The last time I went into the store I had such a great experience! As soon as I got there I was welcomed by one of the workers. She asked me what I needed help with and immediately directed me to what I was looking for. Once I found what I was looking for(it was a new phone for my daughter) she got everything in an orderly fashion and even went out of her way to make sure I had all the essentials for her new phone. I would definitely recommend coming here if you looking for a no hassle experience! The cashiers name was Shelia I believe, she was super helpful.

Great service overall super nice and helpful young lady that helped me the other day. I’ve been there before but it was my first time being helped by Sheila I believe was her name. Also she’s very cute so I’ll definitely be back.

I had such a horrible experience here. I came to this location to see if one of the girls could help me transfer my pictures onto my SD card. The girl who helped me said she could not because I needed to buy a new one. I ended up going to the metro in the same plaza and she was able to do it in less then 5 minutes. The girl ended up convincing me tp switch over from boost, and I was able to get better service and a better phone.

Earlier today, I walked in and was promptly greeted by Sheila. She answered my questions about adding a new line and current specials quickly and informatively. I appreciated her positive attitude will be returning to this location all the time now.

This store is so good, they are very respectful and provide great assistance. Went twice in one week and both times the costumer service was amazing. Every time someone came in they greeting them with a hello when someone left they said have a good day. Ive never been into a place where all the employees have had amazing costumer service such as this Boost mobile store. The young gentleman (Mohammad store manger ) was fantastic.
