My husband took my phone last month to get replaced. It took about an hour to transfer everything to the new phone. The entire time the lady was on her phone. And not everything got transferred because she stopped it to soon. Today he took my daughters phone for the same reason to the same lady they were there for 2 hours waiting for the transfer, my daughter said the lady was on tictoc the entire time they were there and she did it again. She she lost all her pictures from prom and other contacts were gone. Really poor service .

Jessica was a very great helper. If it wasn’t for her to help me get my number back to old phone, I’d go crazy by now. I loved her patience and just being a great assistance to me. Thank you again Jessica.

I love the this T-Mobile store there’s a lot of good customer service here especially the one who helped me her name is Jasmin. She got me in and out and helped me pick out a phone I couldn’t decide on and with accessories needed she was very nice and patient with me very good attitude,and friendly I would definitely recommend going to her.

Andrea did a fantastic job helping me transition from Samsung to an IPhone. I was scared and hesitant because I’m not technologically savvy she reassured me it would be easy. She helped me through the whole proses and made it easy. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I went there Friday night to get some Help with my phone, because my new employer sent a bunch of paperwork and a test in order to be approved. My phone wouldnt open it and the chick working there was like No your phone wont do that. Im like Why? Shes like I dont know and left me standing there to help the people who came into the store after me! This has got to be the best cell phone store ever. The staff are very helpful and they actually know their products. David and Jessica were so helpful. They didnt try to get me to buy the most expensive phone like other cell phone companies do. I would highly recommend this store.
