The guy name Matthew is very unprofessional o brought a tv from hd tv outlet and he didn’t have the remote he told me i can buy it on Amazon and the tv will work but it didn’t work after i try several time i also try calling him to see if he can help but no answer after trying for several hours this place have very bad customer service and i will not recommend this place to no one

I bought a tv a week ago and started getting front panel lines on screen so the fist thing I did was to contact them and they told me that as long as screen isnt cracked they got me covered. After I read some reviews I was scared but took tv back in box and they were pleased to swap it out for us and I just wanted to share my experience with everyone... They provide you warranty but what they do not cover is CRACKED SCREENS I mean noone does I read reviews on best buy and Walmart and people still write bad reviews... I went in to buy two TVs on Friday. I was met by a very friendly salesman. They did not have the TVs I wanted. He advised me that they may get some in on Saturday. I returned Saturday asked if they had received the TVs. I was told no. I asked if he had something comparable and was comply ignored. I inquired about several other TVs and still ignored. I went to Walmart and bought the TVs for the same price I was going pay. I believe in supporting small business but not when there staff treats people rudely
