Their deli section is amazing. Wide varieties, all fresh and tasteful. The rotisserie chicken was well done.

The employees at this store are always helpful, courteous, and willing to answer any question I may have. The cashiers have gone out of their way to help me locate what I couldnt find on my own. The deli counter employees are great as well.

I only used the ATM because they are next to my dentist office. And to be frank and very honest. I loved seeing so many beautiful Black women like myself working but what was offsetting was walking in the door not only being stared at because I had on a headwrap by non Black people but my own oozing at me as if I was from another planet. I thought it was me until I made eye contact upon exiting with 4 individual workers. It was uncomfortable to the point Im not returning.

Clean bathroom and no issues accessing it, plus a secure # number combination lock is always a plus.

Great experience, quick check out, good selection, my birthday is tomorrow, and they had my favorite cake mix and frosting.

I love this store! It is always clean and everyone is very friendly. One employee in particular, Regina, is awesome! She is very hardworking, kind, and positive. Every time I go, she is always in a good mood, which makes me want to keep going back.

The convenience of being close to any Stater Bros market in this area is good. But this one, being smaller than the newer one on Barton Road, doesnt always have the items I want. Like the 2.5 gallon drinking water cant always be found here The cashiers are always so friendly and nice

Im sorry to say my experience was thoroughly un-enjoyable today. Walked in at 11:30 am on my lunch break to get a sandwich made at the deli. The employee was friendly and escorted me there.Upon arriving, the male employee behind the counter insisted that he doesnt make sandwiches and that the lady is in the back for which he volunteered to go get but never did. I was referred to the pre-made sandwiches of which there were only foot long family-sized subs. Beyond being rude and not very helpful when asking to speak to the manager, the employee was dismissive.Bad experience at an otherwise great store.

Great service except for the food. But spoke with management and he re-assured he would speak with the girl that seemed to be having an off day. It happens to all, but perhaps focus a tad more on the kitchen. As a lady before me repeated her basic order 3 times to Sara but she seemed to be in another world. The manager was great as well as the bagging clerk.

This is my go to location for birthday cakes as well as some party foods. Just beware of the serving size on all rolled up in deli for parties not nearly enough for an entree even the grande size.

Always out of 16 box of Ensure milk chocolate. Today bought 1 box and 5- 6 packs of milk chocolate Ensure. Cost me $40 for 5 packs. My husband will not drink any other flavor.

My wife store, I would go to Superior foods but we dont have one here. So Im stuck with staters.

The assistant manager, Ruben is a very unhelpful individual and Stefanie is rude. They over charged me for 20 lbs of chuck steak which was on sale for 3.99 and i didnt notice until I was unloading the groceries. They charged me 6.99. They would not honor their price and refund me the difference. I am waiting on corporate to call me back. Never did i think anyone could be as rude as Stefanie, who acted as if my voice was nonexistent and i was talking crazy. I believe she should be instructed to by more respectful to customers, elderly, and disabled individuals. No manners.

Staters is moving more and more to their brand and the quality of most products isnt as good as major brands. Grand terrace meat department is terrible!

Always 5 stars deliciously prepared foods for me and my family. Never failed us since it opened Dec.2019. Friendly professional staff. Owner Ms Bella really knows her culinary appreciation levels. We like her Sushi bar too. Oh and her special Tea! Thank you!

I came in the store on February 8, 2021, I asked the head butcher to slice my ham and for the first time in 15 years, I was told to have the deli slice it. When I took the ham to the deli the associate told me to go pay for it first! I guess I was never noticed in all these years? When I asked the cashier she said that too many people were asking only to never return to pick up their orders. So now everyone has to be punished I thought? Can you share my review with your Management team. I was not able to see a manager around the store and would like them to review my comments because this policy is not fair maybe we can pay right at the deli? I’m disabled walking is painful for me, I have a bad hip and sciatica pain, and always depended and appreciated the old butcher service! Thank you!

Went to the deli Sara the girl working there has an attitude not only with me but multiple customer. Employee is not trained to do basic functions. Sara kept rolling her eyes through out the transaction. Employee seems miserable at her position, she kept throwing the spoons etc. I’m assuming she knew she would work with customers when hired, but lacks basic skills.

Today June 3rd 2020 at around 3pm, I encountered my worst grocery shopping experience. I have never felt so disrespected AND humiliated by store employees, especially coming from a manager who represents the company and store. The store manager Steve, accused me of yelling after I was trying to explain the situation with a face mask on, and followed to disrespect the 6 feet policy, by standing over me in such a demeaning manner. Even if I was yelling there would be no need to violate the 6ft apart distance protocol in place. Furthermore, awful attitude coming from the store employees including the cashier and another employee who rolled their eyes a couple of times. This traumatizing experience has negatively impacted my decision to ever shop again at this store and even my perspective on the company in itself. I am highly concerned for the people who shop here, as I can not fathom this being the norm. I appreciate that my local Stater Bros stores always do their best to treat their costumers with respect and dignity. I hope that management is reevaluated at this store, especially in these difficult times, I would not want someone especially as a person of color and women to ever encounter this atrocious experience. Please learn some human decency for the sake of our community and country.

I have bought meat a few times now that I’m the fridge less than 48 hours GOES BAD I honestly go to staters for the meat because I always remember them having QUALITY meat but this particular store I will not. Going to Costco from now on.

This is a decent store because it is local in my area so I always come here. I do like this stater bros because the employees are very nice and it is clean. I mainly go to stater bros because I have digital Id so I can get discounts so it helps alot if I need to get something real quick and at a decent price

Im never shopping here again they never have what I want even if I asked a million times I hate how impersonal this place has become growing up Im going to Stater Brothers as a kid I remember how the manager would talk to my mom or vice versa and he would go out of his way to make sure the products she wants is on shelves this is not the case anymore the store doesnt carry what I want and then when I asked them to carry it they dont I have to say Ill never shop at this store again

Stater Bros always has great products and great prices. I watch the weekly ads for my grocery list and shop accordingly. Stater Bros also has digital deals where you sign up online and find those specials online. The digital deals sale items dont run with same dates as weekly ad fliers, so make sure to pay attention to dates. Last but not least...the meat dept is wonderful.

I bought a 12 pk of ipa and it had a broken bottle with the broken glass nicely put back inside the bottle. I guess check the box before buying
