I had a great experience here. The service was incredibly good and I even got a call a couple of weeks later from the manager asking how my services was. Excellent place I would recommend to anyone!

I went here to buy a phone that was on sale for $79.00. They would Not sell me the phone unless they get to activate it . If not the phone cost is $ 150.00. He then added a bunch of extras charges that was not at all what I needed.DISHONEST when I asked him to remove.DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE
Service here was great. My friend got new phone and they transferred all info from old phone. She was very happy with service from Boost Mobil.

The employee had no idea what we he was talking about, and continuously filled his lack of knowledge with what I wanted to hear. In other words, he lied like crazy. No, boost guy, removing the icon from the home screen does not uninstall the program. And yes, they DO throttle the speed of the data after 23 gigs in your $50 plan. Nice guy, though.
This business needs to change its name and hours as well as they are not really a boost Mobile carrier!
Cheerful employee but very distracted, Sold me an iPhone and forgot to post my payment to the server when he told me I was done, caused an extremely long and annoying problem to deal with once I got home and found out the phone wasn’t working.also forgot to post the payment for the phone insurance I purchased. Am still waiting on that to be corrected.
Called this location twice on 9/15/2019 to see what deals they had for new customers. My call was never answered.
The cashier was a happy guy he smiled pretty much the whole time Ive been here.
