Very Bad customer service.Yes please be careful on this place

Came here twice store isn’t open on time.

I went in there and the techs were so kind and really helpful.Prices are the same as everywhere but the customer service was what made me feel so comfortable and welcomed at the store.

Came to pay my bill, MetroPCS isnt open until late morning anyway. Arrived early and sat until 10:25 and no one showed up even though posted hours open at 10. I was told I could pay online but the company wont register my account. Not impressed with MetroPCS

Place claims to be open until 8:00, went over at 7:50, lady has store locked up. We had to come back next day, and we were charged a late fee because she chose to close early the day before.

Switched to Metro Pcs after Sprint continued to raise prices. Purchased a ZTE Pro that completely stopped working. Went to this store at 10:00 and stood outside until 10:15. No one in the store, door locked, no lights on. What kind of business is this? A passer by mentioned that Im not the first one hes seen standing in front of the store because they are never open. I wouldnt suggest Metro PCS to my worst enemy. Their phones suck and the service is worse.

It seems like every time I pay my bill at this location they taxes are always so high. My bill will only be $84 and I always end up paying $92.89 thats almost $10 taxes like really thats some p.s

Got my phone here after Verizon wireless sent me a bill of over $700 for 1 month! with PCS Wireless, my bill is ALWAYS the same and is always an even amount, i.e. $40, or $60, depending on your plan.

I bought a phone that broke in eight days so I bought it back..They gave me a loaner so I switched back to a old phone I had and gave their loaner back til my new phone comes.The new phone came and they tried to charge me another$15 to switch back to the phone I already paid for so I refused..So I basically paid for a broke phone when I couldve just kept the phone Im on now..smh

Been waiting in line for a half hour while one of employees is hitting on one of the customers completely being ignored while trying to purchase a phone terrible customer service

Horrible customer service gave me and my wife the run around because of a screen protector that was promised for a purchase of 2 phones in which she paid for now they will not give her the protector just horrible place do not goThe employee aracely

Don’t buy accessories here.

They are very unaccountable, they have attention schedules. And they open at the time they want or and Sunday December 9 they have the hours of (11am. To 6 pm) and it is 11:23 am and they are just opening the premises and Miss Lizbeth arrives even with a separate dream that she does not care what customers were waiting. her answer was (if you want to wait, wait, if not, leave) that was her answer. I hope the owner of this place can solve this
