While trying to find a reasonable price laptop for work on a poor mans budget to make money, I run across a great deal on best buy website. Upon checking it out and speaking to a rep thats not even in store but at a call center because best buy is to good to take calls, I cant get a good deal because I didnt pay a pricey membership fee! Guess only the rich get good deals because they can afford all that money since that have stacks in the bank because of companies like this catering to them!!! Poor stay poor and the rich stay rich! GOD Bless America!

Had an install done. Couldnt be more pleased. Staff was excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, and concerned about my satisfaction. Prior to the install, I did try to call and get through to ask techs some question about what accessories I needed. Call sent me to a headquarters tech who doesnt actually install. Told me I needed this and that which was going to cost another $120 and didnt jive with my research, so I drove to the store to talk w the actual installer. The installer agreed with me. Glad I was thorough enough to drive to talk with the technician. Need to go back to phone system that links directly to the store.....not HQ.

Clean, huge store. Lots of goods you can test out, especially phones and laptops. They also have lots of phone services, including prepaid. Prices are usually retail price, but you can find good sales. Staff were generally friendly.

He was super patient, explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions and gave me direction for how to resolve potential issues in the future. This store is over the top with their forcing customers to wear masks. I like Best Buy as a company, but if they choose to put a table and an associate up front to force people to wear a face mask instead of allowing everyone to decide on their own terms whether they wish to wear one, then they will not receive my business. This particular visit I was prepared to buy a laptop, printer, and video conference module for a friend who runs a not-for-profit counseling ministry and is currently using outdated hardware. I will now order my hardware direct from the manufacturers, and will bypass Best Buy until they respect my Constitutional Right to choose what to wear.

#MM3 reignsStaff at the location in Harbison act slow, weird and full of misinformation. I tell my son to contact sources online for his gaming inquiries because the staff at this location closest to where we live really act super slow! The “reps” on the floor yesterday were too busy helping one man rather than spreading out for myself and other customers, they need a training course - smh next!

Greeted when entered the store, ask if I needed help, I said not now. When to get product it was locked in cabinet. When back to greeter, then was ignored while he BSd with who seemed to be a friend. When to pickup area, she then asked cashier to page someone to open cabinet. The guy that showed up was very helpful.

Best Buy was very helpful. Brought in my desktop computer that serves as my gaming drive to have it completely wiped just to have a fresh start. They promised to do that and run all tests to make sure all the hardware runs as expected. Even offered hardware upgrades which I may consider in the the future. To anyone who owns a computer, have a service contract or warranty on it for future care. Thank you Best Buy. Im looking forward to possible future business!!

My experience did not have the side by side refrigerator I want. All The sizes was 35 with 68/70 height they carry bigger refrigerator. I needed a 31 with 66 height. I wish I could find one at this size

This Best Buy on Harbison is probably the Best store I have been to. Smaller stand alone seems to be more personal to the customers. Great layout makes everything seem easier to find. Every merchandise expert I have had dealings with his been spot on with their knowledge about the product that I was interested in. -1 star only because they were out of the product that is was wanting to buy, only having to buy the more expensive version. Which was ok. Small parking lot will make for headaches around holiday times.

Its sort of like the Best buy you might remember but without things like customers and excitement its just a storefront. Sales help is nowhere near as knowledgeable as they used to be and they look extremely bored, which I dont blame them since theyre never seem to be that many customers in the store like there used to be a few years ago.Very clean beautiful store the people were very nice... just not a lot to do but shine up the displays. Picked up a cell phone though, and the sales associate that helped me was outstanding and I met some really nice folks that day.Research ahead of time and hopefully, if the price isnt fixed like Google and apple Samsung and everyone else does these days just (almost what I would call a form of collusion) it might catch you a deal by getting them to match a price from the internet

I knew what I needed, got in and out in less than 5 minutes. No one bothered me about helping me find what I was looking for and there was no line to check out; it was everything I want in a shopping experience. Unfortunately while the rest of the state is getting back to normal, theyre still pretty dogmatic about their mask policy so well avoid shopping here for a while.

I cracked my iPhone11 screen and made an appointment to take it to the Harbison store. Check-in was quick and the customer service agent was really helpful, so this is not a negative review against him at all. They ran a diagnostic on my phone and thankfully found the screen was the only thing that needed to be repaired. After about 15 minutes, the agent informed me that the store had the glass to replace the screen but not the adhesive. He said there was no time table for when the adhesive would arrive (although he said it could take up to a month and a half) and said it was then first come first serve when the adhesive actually showed up. He said my best bet was to either send it into Apple directly or go to another Best Buy location. I drove down to the Lexington store in which they were very helpful as well but informed the store is supposed to give someone a call before their appointment to confirm everything - I never received a call from the Harbison store. All this being said, if the Harbison store would have at least been courteous and given a call to state what was going on with their stock, it wouldve saved myself (and maybe others) from having to waste 2 hours trying to figure out what to do with my phone. In this case, I couldve taken care of it by making another appointment, which is now two weeks from now, from my computer instead. Its beyond me that a huge corporation like Best Buy does not have a better customer service system for handling things like this. The employees were great, the system is not.

I went in there and looked forward to receiving a pleasant customer service by one employee named Monty or Lamont that has always made my shopping easy and pleasant. He always gave this very big smile. To my surprise he no longer work for this place. I remember he mentioned to me how he was a valued team member and worked for many, many years for this store. Well, that was very disheartening. I walked right out of the store. For me, it will never be the same. Ill take my money elsewhere. Thanks Best Buy for a very disappointing experience.

Another reason why Im not a shareholder with Best Buy. They give so much business to competitors. Its 6:29pm on a Friday and they are closed. Came to buy a washer / dryer combo and now my money goes to Lowes or Home Depot. Best Buy literally has bankers hours, this doesnt favor the consumer! Upper management has too many issues. Im sure theyll be bankrupt soon enough.

Went into the store to purchase three items, air pods, android tablet and computer monitor. I walked in and needed some assistance, I noticed two employees standing there talking to one another. I asked if one of them would be willing to help me with these items being I’m new to this store. The one gentleman asked what I was looking for, before I could get the last word out he looked at the other employee and said “ Have fun with that” and walked away. The employee that was left with me was extremely helpful. The tablet was out of stock So I had to order it having it delivered to my house. The employee printing off a paper to and had me take to the cash register to check out. However the cashier was extremely rude and rolling her eyes when I handed her the paper. Not knowing what it was and what to do with it. When the helpful employee came over to communicate what the paper was for she once again rolled her eyes and gave him attitude. I most likely won’t be returning to this location. Didn’t seem like many employees wanted to work or even be friendly.

I over all love Best Buy. But this store manager with the beard said that I could get the new iPhone pro Max and make the payments on my T-Mobile account he said I should sign of for the credit card. Later he tells me I can not get the phone on my T-Mobile account and he promise my credit score would go up as his did in mine went down 5 points. Im not upset at the mistake Im sure his intentions were good I am upset at the fact that he would not own up to his mistakes be weary when dealing with the bearded store manager trying to convince you to get a card you dont need... I have the entire conversation recorded and am going to corporate with it

Went looking for some odd size cables today and initially couldnt find what I needed. I was wandering in the TV area when a sales lady asked if she could help me. When I told her what I needed, she told me where they likely were. I said I had looked there and it didnt look like they had any. She took the time to go look herself in that area and bring me what I needed that I had overlooked. Very good customer service since that was not even her area.

My washer and dryer purchase experience was so horrible that I can’t give them more than 1 star. I took half day off after they confirmed that I will receive my washer and dryer the next day. The EVENING of the delivery date, they finally told me that they don’t have order. It took them additional 2 weeks to finally deliver. I sold my old washer/ dryer after I did receive confirmation from them.It’s took endless phone calls and case numbers to finally receive my order. Going to this specific store to complain, I was pretty much told… well, don’t order online.

Overall the experience was good, but when we were standing at desk in the cellphone department with the assorted carriers, the guy behind the computer with no line or prior customer to help we stood there waiting for some sort of acknowledgement to let us know he was ready to help for so long i began trying to use my phone to find an answer to our couple of questions and had almost answered it myself when he unenthusiastically let us know he was ready.

I’m very disappointed in his best by location I have returned to the location twice to ask a question about a car alarm installation when I asked for help in audio section in the store I waited for approximately 20 minutes and no one came to answer my questions then I was told to pool to the rear of the store and someone will be there to help me when I pulled around to the real facility nobody was in the audio installation department and the doors were locked continue to wait on the phone to call no one will pick up the line

I only gave it two stars due to the service guy in electronics. I went and asked him where can I find a product. He just pointed in a direction and said some where over there. He seemed as if he was having a bad day. Still, does not excuse his rudeness. So I went in the direction he sent me. I looked and looked but no avail. Finally just went to the cashier. She was apologetic and helpful. Got what I was looking for. Needless to say, it was no where close to where he sent me.

Came in today to maybe buy a laptop. We waited for a good 10 minutes because he was helping a customer. When he was done with her he came walking toward us and then got stopped by another employee and told us he would be right back. We waited another 5-10 minutes and he never came back. So we left. We will go somewhere else. You just lost a customer.
