Havent been yet but looks very nice and plan to check it out soon
Mr. Pito Reyes was very helpful trying to find me what I needed even staying a few minutes after 5 to assist me
Called ahead about hours and WAS NOT told an appointment was necessary. Arrived simply to purchase a decent shower head and was not allowed to go in because there was no one there to assist. Apparently, service isnt important enough to maintain adequate staffing. Wont be back.
Ferguson always has the parts I need and if they are not in stock they can get them usually within 3days. They go out of the way to make sure I have what I need for the job.
Amazing experience from beginning to end. I called on a Friday needing an odd bath tub by Monday. I first dealt with Ryan Grubb who was fantastic and answered all my questions, I called back to order the tub a little later and Ryan was with a customer so I dealt with Brianna Sowatskey who was just as helpful and even went as far as to call the warehouse to try and make sure I got my tub on time. Come Monday I called and got the same excellent service telling me that they could see the tub was on the truck was on its way and would get to me on time. I couldnt be happier with the service here and would recommend them to anyone.
Helped me to save money, very knowledgeable.
Not open on Saturday, need to update your Google listing.
Always has what I need!
I visited the showroom to purchase outdoor lighting and ceiling fans. I was not offered assistance. No one would look up from their computers. I asked an employee one question about a ceiling fan color and was told to look on their website and to make an appointment. I did not realize I could not ask a question without an appointment. This, after driving 50 miles to get there.
Sarah Stephens is so helpful and professional. Thanks to her guidance I was able to make four purchases in under 30 minutes.
Please be aware that they will not allow a mother with a child in the store even with masks on. I feel this policy is discrimination against mothers.
We used Ferguson for our kitchen and two bathroom remodels. Halley provided great customer service by responding to emails quickly and keeping us updated on any hiccups that occurred with our multiple orders. In addition, we had a Mirabelle product with a finish issue that was purchased five years ago, Halley replaced the faucet with really no questions other than a picture of the issue. I was very happy they stood by their product. Ferguson even delivered everything straight to our house without charge making it really convenient for a do it yourself job.
Great selection. The vignettes of the kitchens are very helpful. Wasnt able to talk to sales person due to how busy they were. Great pls e to gather ideas.
I went into the Ferguson Showroom and was greeted at the door by a very friendly receptionist. I was told I could look around and if there was a sales associate available that they will find me. I appreciate being allowed to look at my pace and not be hounded by questions. Once I found some things I was interested in, a sales associate helped me. My new powder room is beautiful and the sink and pedestal are exceptional. I dont know why others have such negative reviews. Today I am going back to pick out sinks for another remodel.
Very nice store...pricey...we just looked around & got good ideas
Superb showroom and very knowledgeable staff. Mallory was very helpful in decision making process and was mindful of my budget...highly recommend..
Fantastic selection and excellent service from Mallory!
Ridiculous. For some reason, they only seem to hire college grads who know how to work a computer but have absolutely no field experience. Frequent miscommunication and wrong orders are par for the course here. NOT recommended.
Beautiful showroom and very polite/ knowledgeable staff.
Great place, for new owner who are building their own house.
We had one of the worst customer service experiences here on 2/4/17. We arrived with basically a blank check ready to buy a farm sink and a vessel sink for some renovations we are doing and depending on what all they had, we were prepared to purchase various other stuff for our kitchen remodel. We walk in and the turd at the front desk asked us what we were looking for and we told him. He said that since it was a Saturday, we couldnt buy anything and that we would have to come back during the week (during normal work hours) to buy stuff...??? anyways...We were told to sign in and someone would be with us shortly. So my husband and I walked around the store for about 15 minutes by ourselves before getting helped, which is fine because there were other people there in front of us. Then an associate named Cathi came to help. She showed us some sinks in true salesman form. When asked questions about installation and measuring for what we need, she didnt have much information so she went to get some literature for us.After returning, my husband was saying something to her about how the farm sinks were measured when another customer walked by, and while in mid-sentence of him talking to her, she interrupted him and said to the other customer across the store, Hi (customers name)! How are you doing?! Hows your project coming along? blah blah blah...... She continued to talk to the lady for a minute or so before getting back to helping my husband. She didnt say excuse me, or sorry or hey give me a second please or anything. Instead, she saw someone she obviously knew personally based off the conversation they were having, and instead of just acknowledging the lady with a short Hi, how are you? and that was it (you know, something professional), she just rudely peeled off from helping us and started talking to this other lady.So after she finally got back to my husband, he asked for a tape measure which she then went to go find. Meanwhile I had walked over toward the front of the store to check on our 3 year old playing in the little kid area. While there I saw Cathi begin to start helping the same lady she was just talking to earlier! She stopped helping us to go help her friend. So now, being fed up, I went to tell my husband this and we decided to just take our business elsewhere. On the way out, we ran into Cathi which had just pulled away from her customer friend and we told her we were leaving because of how we were being treated. She started to argue with us that since it was Saturday, they were very busy and she couldnt not talk to customers. We brought up the sign in list and that we had to wait our turn to get helped. Her reply was something along the lines of, the sign in list isnt to get help, it was just a list. The entire time we were confronting her with how we felt we were being treated she kept trying to cut us off and trying to talk over us. So we asked for the managers information so we can contact her.Needless to say, we were very disappointed with how things turned out. We were prepared to buy around $2000 worth of sinks that day and possibly thousands more for our kitchen remodel. Maybe it was how we were dressed (flannel coat/dickies/hoodie sweatshirt/leggings) that made it look like we werent worth talking to. Maybe Cathi just dont know how to deal with customers. Whatever it may have been, Ferguson will not be getting our business, nor do we recommend you taking yours to them.
