Bought a washer and dryer. First it takes over an hour to get the order correct and rung up, then when its time for delivery they say they cant bring the dryer in because the order somehow got deleted from their system. Have to go back to the store and argue with the manager in order to get a dryer thats already been paid for. Have to get a refund, pay for the dryer again and set up a new delivery time. Still waiting on a refund for delivery fee.

This sears is going out of business. The prices on the things in there is very low 50% to 60% off many things. Dont know how long it will last but the deal are good now.

The 15% liquidation fee tax is ridiculous. Ive been to many store closings that didnt do that. Not to mention a lot of stuff there is still WAY overpriced for being a closeout. The sign said everything must go, but when I tried to buy some clothing dividers they said no. They said they wouldnt sell them to me because there werent that many left. Um...no duh!!! I bought a big sign stand from there that they said I could get on the Sep.3rd. I went there to make sure it was still there and I didnt see it anywhere. It better be there in the 3rd or Ill NOT be a happy camper.

The worst service. These people have no problem not resolving SIMPLE issues. They will pass you off to the next. Sears is about to make me go back to Wal-Mart.

Purchased a refrigerator from here on the 19th of June,supposed to pick up on the 25th never showed up by the 29th I requested for a full refund. Still to this DAY ! I jave not received my money back yet! I hate the customer service and no need to call if you dont have an hr. Or so to waste. Ive been hung up on,Ive never been so disgusted with a company !

The worst experience, customer service, delivery I have ever had in my life! Will not be purchasing not a single thing from them again. Your in business because ppl like me purchase from you not anymore I will be taking my business elsewhere. Dont even care that they give ppl a hassle with there crap! Very very unprofessional drivers I CAN NOT BELIEVE SEARS EVEN HIRE PPL LIKE THIS! I only wish I could give no stars very disappointed

Havent been in many years. Last time I went I had a return on a defective product that was within warranty I was hassled by the staff and the manager. I then made a comment about the SEARS Way and he told me to my face that the SEARS way was dead long before I was born.

I enjoy wandering around such places but to be honest - here it is actually better just to observe as on the one hand the variety is great, on the other hand - the service and the prices have not reached the level of greatness that easily make people return.

My favorite tool store - I know they sell other stuff but Im a long time customer - been coming here for about 37 years...

Needed help finding dryer drum belt, waited for help for 30-45 minutes, just for them to tell me, they didnt have it in stock. Lady name Betty had the nerve to be rude about it
