They did a fantastic job! It had a bunch of dirt and grime that had collected on it from its journey back from Germany, but all cleaned up and looking good now. Only did an exterior wash and wax. It took about an hour to finish and they did a walk around to make sure I was happy with everything. Will certainly be back again.

Hubs truck looked like new after they were done with it. Hadnt been washed since we bought it in 2016 and it looked like wed never driven it. Seriously great work. Well be taking my car here before we sell it because of the great job they did! Thank you!

Took my lexus here 9/28 and I ordered the select service package ($135 plus taxes and fees = $150). dirt was still visible upon pick up. seats and floor was NOT shampooed. residue left all over the inside of my windows. it took them almost 1 hour to complete the detail...felt like a rush job. i would never take my car here again even if they offered to re-due my detail for free.

Fast clean car wash. My Lexus had been sitting in our driveway under a tree for the past 3 months with a bad alternator. Well I got it fixes and to say the car was dirty was an understatement. I ran it through the car wash without having the hot wax applied and the car looked like new. Tires were actually shiny again and the products they use ate right through the embedded dirt that an abandoned car would show. There are clean microfiber towels for customers to use to dry off the car but I passed on them. The staff is extremely friendly and the car wash didnt leave any dirt or residue on the car. Im a car guy so I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the drive portion made the car. They have a section were they hand wash cars and that might be my next adventure with them. Highly recommend for those who want a clean vehicle in a pinch. Ill definitely be back!!!

Great service the scratches on my car were pretty deep and they did and awesome job with a quick turnaround. The staff was honest with would they could and could not do which I actually appreciated and that was just due to how much I had scratched my car down to the metal but, you wouldnt know now

I got my 2019 Dodge Challenger ceramic coated and it works great. My car has never looked so good. The front desk staff are nice and professional. I highly recommend this place to address any of your car needs.

They did outstanding work touching up the paint and installing protective film on the front end of my car. I was worried that the paint touch up would be more noticeable with the protective film. They did such a great job correcting the paint and installing the film that I can’t even notice it unless I’m VERY closely looking at the car. They have the best prices and use high quality PPF. They do not rush the job and they take the time and effort needed to achieve perfection. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is seeking to get PPF or ceramic coating on their car.

Used them last year for ceramic coating my Shelby. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the performance of the coating. They provide excellent service. Have a knowledgeable staff. Today was a full wash. It took a little bit longer than scheduled but that is okay because my vehicle required the additional time and care that was taken.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! They charged me $180 for the “express” detailing. They also charged an additional fee for removing tree sap. Exterior and interior cleaning was sloppy and tree sap was not removed. When I went to pick up my car I had to wait another hour for them to take my car back and clean it “properly”. Such a waste of time and money!!

I had some paint-less dent repair and and the rejuvenate exterior package done on my car. This team brought my car back to life! They removed some serious oxidation, dents that I didnt think could be fixed, and made my car look 10x better. I highly recommend their work!

Customer hospitality was the best part. Morgan was at the front desk. She was super friendly and informative. The process of checking in and dropping my car off was quick she was definitely the highlight of my service.The service I got was an interior and exterior cleaning. My technician was Jesse he looked young so I was worried about his experience but the exterior of my 4 door sedan looks beautiful!! No bugs or streaks. The wax didnt strip any paint off my car. The interior was shampoo and vacuumed. The crevices in my car looks brand new. However, I I do see a little bit of dust in my vents still and minor streaks from wiping on my gear shift. However its very minor and I am still overall satisfied with my experience and will be returning back.

The folks at Atomic are awesome. They always do a spectacular job cleaning up my cars.I have a 2014 Outback with 120k miles on it. It goes to the Shenandoah every weekend and come back with frequently muddy hikers. Every spring, I take it to Atomic for freshening up with their Premium detailing package. I wish Id taken before pictures. I was especially impressed this time with the job on the engine bay.Theyre a little pricey, and itll take all day, but seriously if you want a super clean car, skip the mobile guys and bring it to Atomic.

The customer service was excellent, and very convenient - I was able to drop off and pick up after hours by paying online, so I didnt have to take time off work. When I saw the results, I was amazed! My 8yo, long-neglected vehicle looked showroom-new. I haul around 3 dogs in this car, and there wasnt one dog hair anywhere inside! Great job, Atomic!

I havent let anyone detail my car since I got it 7 years ago besides me, and I will be honest and tell you their reputation holds up to their quality work. I dropped my car off today (they are a busy shop give them time to do it, if you want it done right perfection takes time its not McDonalds you wont get it right away) and when I picked it up I couldnt believe how great it looked. I used Atomic Auto Salons Interior Rejuvenation service for my small SUV. The service took a little over 3 hours and I was very pleased with the results. They were very professional and left my vehicles interior looking like new. I had several years worth of debris and scuffs inside, and they cleaned all of the crevices thoroughly and removed all marks from all of the surfaces. The tomato soup stains on my cloth seats were gone as well. While I waited, they provided WiFi so I could work in their waiting room, which was super convenient. I highly recommend Atomic Auto Salon.

Used Atomic Auto Salon on my 2012 Subaru for interior detailing. The inside was really bad due to years of neglect and dog hair. They gave me a quote and stuck to it, took a little longer than quoted but wasnt up-charged for the extra time. Very happy with the results the interior is clean and doesnt smell like dog anymore!!! Rates were reasonable compared to a few other places near by. Would use them again, very polite and professional!

Went there for a tint removal and the tech was 20 minutes late. He took the tint off the back windshield and left glue residue and wanted to charge me extra $70 to take it off smh. The least he could’ve done was take the glue off for coming late to the appointment. I took the glue off myself for less than $3. I originally planned on getting my car re-tinted here but I’ll take it somewhere else.

Amazing work! Ive used several companies in the area over the years with mixed results. Ive always avoided Atomic because they cost a little more than the rest. However, I waited till the last minute to get my truck done this weekend for my brothers wedding and every company I called was fully booked.So, I had no choice but to call Atomic and they got me right in. Now Im mad at myself not coming here sooner. The experience was top notch from beginning to end. When I first got there, they walked around the entire car with me. Pointed out different concerns they had and really took the time to understand what my expectations are. Usually most places just grab the keys and provide no guidance on what service I should use.I went with the Rejuvenation Complete, which again is a little higher than I normally pay, but it seemed to be the best option and let me just say, I think they swapped my truck out with a brand new one! They even found a long lost watch I dropped between the console and seat!Needless to say, Ive finally found my favorite detail spot!

Then, I decided to take my small suv to there. It turned out that my suv looked very nice. Even, I pointed one spot that the guy might overlooked it and asked him to clean it off. He cleaned it. The staff at front desk was friendly. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back to there next time.

Took my brand new 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport to Atomic for some paint correction, Ceramic Pro Gold, and to have the windows tinted. I could not be happier. Dave the owner explained the whole process to me which was great bc I was very nervous about turning someone loose on my brand new truck. I was also able to meet the tech that would be working on my truck which also great for me as it assured me that he would take care of me and get the paint looking better than new and NOT scratch it up even more. I also had the windows tinted which look great. They look like the factory did it. Thank you again for the amazing work!

I wish I knew the name of the guy who detailed my car. I heard his name ONCE, but that was like 4 hours before I got my car back. His name may as well be JESUS, because he performed, what can only be described as, a MIRACLE on the car I brought in. I literally told him Do your best, this car is jacked up. Stains everywhere on seats and carpets, something gross, sticky, and tackified on the dash for YEARS, general debris, leaves, grass, dirt, and smell. A real disgusting project. It wasnt my car and I was embarrassed to bring it to them...But, he was super cool and when I came back to get the car, I was, and I have never used this word... FLABBERGASTED.....HOLY COW...it looked like a BRAND NEW CAR. Smelled GREAT, looked GREAT, was freaking AWESOME. I will 100%, NO DOUBT, from now until I cant drive take all of my cars to this place when they need a thorough cleaning and detailing. THANK YOU! I was SHOCKED at how the car looked after....even more than I was when I saw it BEFORE! ;)BRAVO to this place! I would give it 10 stars if possible!

I an effort to be fair, I was late and about to miss an appointment. Rather than seek to find a suitable means to satisfy my need for tinting and keep my business. The people here sought first to access a cancelation fee.I have been in the Automotive industry for 15 years and never been so SHORT-SIGHTED as to begin a conversation with a new customer, who has missed an appointment, with talks of fees. I am new to Maryland and have am in the process of building relationships. Within 5 minutes Atomic Auto Salon has burned a bridge. As a professional trainer of sales and service representatives I have traveled from New Jersey to Florida and as far west as Texas to train on dealing with the public. I would award a failng grade to anyone who first hides behind policy rather than lead with customer advocacy. Poor business practice Atomic Auto.You keep that $60. Ill let someone else make the thousands of my truck, SUV and coupe.Thanks for saving me the hassle of learning where your priorities lie later.

I was down to the wire for having my vehicle detailed before delivering it to IAL in Baltimore for shipment to an overseas location. I dropped my vehicle off at my allotted appointment time. When I returned to pick up my SUV, she (my SUV) looked amazing outside and in. I wish Id found and welcomed Atomic Auto Salon into my life sooner. They performed the best and most thorough work! Impressive and commendable for sure. I will be sure to recommend them and visit them upon my return to the area.

The overall experience I had was not the greatest in terms of workmanship and customer service unfortunately. There were many points of the service inside and out that I was not satisfied with when I came to pick the car up, but also not satisfied even after I made some complaints. I have photos illustrating everything I had complaints about.Detailing in my eyes is a professional cleaning with professional tools and service people; as in I hope I couldn’t do a better job myself. I payed for the second highest level of detailing but there were many things that really put a damper on the service I had. When I got the car back almost all of the silver details in my car were streaky, even though a streak free clean is listed as a part of the service. The seats were not lowered and there was still dirt inside of my car when I got it back. The wheels looked like they had been barely wiped and had grime still in them. The black anchor points of my seats weren’t even touched at ALL and this is just a few of the things.After I brought the car back (leaving it for 3 hours for the service and an extra 20 to let the technician “touch some things up”). There was still dirt in between the leather boot of my parking brake and dried cleaning products on my plastics. For 230 dollars and 4 hours of my time I was very disappointed. Every service person I talked to was helpful, but didn’t deliver to me the service I thought I was getting. The photos will speak for themselves I guess. I wasn’t gonna write a review but there was just too much I couldn’t hold back. And then to top it all off when I got my car back a second time the mat was installed incorrectly and my accelerator was depressed, causing me to rev my engine the second I started it. Big safety issue and I’m glad I was in park.And yes. All of these photos were taken directly after the first time I picked it up

Quality service through and through. Front-end office staff are very attentive, courteous and professional. Very knowledgeable of products and services providing accurate information. The service technicians provide the attention to your vehicle as if it was their own and always ensures that the customer is totally satisfied with the service performed by always providing the customer a walk-thru inspection of the final services.

For the price I was charged my expectations were very high. I was not at all impressed. They don’t pay much attention to detail and the interior cleaning wAs focused on the worse areas but not the obvious ones like the dash. Lint was left on the outside and interior from the rags. They did do a good job shampooing the carpet but otherwise could have been better if wipes down with armoil wipes.

I got my 6 year old car detailed and the work was very thorough. My car came out looking close to new. The front staff is only very attentive and professional, will be coming back again.

I had an interior rejuvenation detail for my 2012 Civic. I am shocked by how clean my car is. I have two dogs and there is no evidence of dog hair on any of the seats now. The technician, Darron, was friendly and carefully went over my car with me before and after the service. I would definitely recommend Atomic Auto Salon to my friends and family!

I had a horrible experience. First the changed my appointment. I was supposed to be there 2 hours for detaling. It took 3 hours. when they brought the car, It was still dirty. they had only barely wiped it out. the tires were dirty, spots on the windows, dirt on the carpet.When I complained, they said the guy was new so did not know what he was doing. They should have supervised him for his job so the customer gets a good service. Then they wanted me to wait another half an hour. No apology or nothing. I just got my car and left. I had to wife the windshild from inside since it was more dirty from before that I could not even see with sun hitting it. I have to take it somewhere else now to clean the rims. the hagdes between the doors also not done even though I asked them first to do that. Horrible place.

This was the first time that I got my vehicle fully detailed. My detail tech was Ed and the detail job he did inside and out was extremely well done. Eds work exceeded all of my expectations and I will return to get my car detailed next time by Ed. The part I am most impressed with, I had some really stuck on dirt/sap from parking under trees for an extended period of time that I thought was never going to come off. Ed did an amazing job to get as much of it off as he could. Now it is hardly noticeable.

I usually never write bad reviews but I really feel I need to write this one. I went in for a full interior detail. I was very dissapointed with their service. Front desk staff was very rude, so that was already a bad start- bad attitude when declining upgrade and overall impolite. After receiving my car back, I still noticed stains and hard surfaces with things stuck on them, that I could remove with my fingernail. Dust still noticeable. Some crumbs still left on floor that was not vacuumed. When I mentioned these things, they said this was all going to be cleaned up if I had gotten the rejuvenation. Entirely too much paid for little cleaning received. I had seen other places that were offering even more with a lower cost but I still chose Atomic Auto Salon, having high hopes, but I was wrong. Will not be going back again.

I had a tint appointment last week with Atomic Auto Salon. The tint technician was very knowledgeable, fast, and did an excellent job on the tints. Other tint shops seem too slow. I was very pleased with my tint service and would come back. Im also curious to see how well their detail services are as well.

The car was cleaned up nice exterior wise and my engine bay, but my wheel wells, both front and back wasnt cleaned, as well as fuel door crevice (Premium Detail/Exterior Only). I personally dont really care, but just want other people to check everything before they leave. Also if I ever bring my car in again 1. Do not touch/unplug my dashcam while washing my car (If you guys are proud of your work, you wouldnt care if its recording or not) thats how I think. 2. Do not let your worker to rev my engine like he did today, and dont let them accelerate my car how he did today. The only reason why Im leaving 4 stars is because I did get your service (not exactly whats listed in premium detail). Even though I didnt like the way you guys treated my car. Next time when I come, please take care of my car and try to do everything thats listed in your service. Thank you.Editing to 5 stars (07/23/20). Extremely overpriced for the basic hand wash service I received. Wheels looked really good, but there were obvious marks on the body afterwards that I had to ask to be cleaned up, and the trunk was not vacuumed. You could get a much better basic detail for half the price somewhere else.

I own a Mercedes Benz 2014 E-350, after looking for appointments online I found that Sunday would be the earliest I could bring my car in. I decided to call(Saturday) and see what was available before Monday. The employee on the phone told me that they could fit me in right then and there. After bringing my car in I was told that it would take about four hours to complete the premium detail(exterior only). The shop assigned two workers to my car and had the vehicle completed in about two hours. The final results were breathtaking. This business takes care of your vehicle, and from my view, treats it as if it were their own. Extremely impressed with the end result and want to extend my gratitude for your attention to detail. I have a 2010 BMW 328i jet black she was in bad shape cosmetic wise she had webbing swirls scratch’s i rubbed against a pole and had deep scratches on the rear and front bumper.I took her to the auto spa and it took two visits and she is looking like I just drove her off the show room floor she is beautiful I wish I took before and after pictures I am proud to stand by this machine, next I will be taking her back to get windows tinted, and the interior coated. They do outstanding work. Atomic Detailing is AMAZING!!! Dave is the friendliest guy you could meet and you can tell he has a real passion for what he does. I showed up to the shop at 4pm on a Friday afternoon and they close at 5, even though he said he needed to leave at 5 Dave still took my car in and went way beyond my expectations. I had shampooing and cigarette repair done to my car. Dave was able to get all of the stains out and make my car look brand new again. As for the cigarette burns you cant even tell there was ever a burn!!!!! I am extremely happy with everything that was done and I will definitely be returning in the future for detail work. The prices here were even much lower than I expected which was an added bonus! I love how they would come into the office and let me know how much longer until the car was finished. It is really awesome and rare to find a place where the employees care so much about the customers and go above and beyond what is asked. If I could give more stars I would!!!

I used atomic auto salon to correct a previous detail that a body shop performed on my Mercedes-Benz. Before, the paint was swirled and had holograms EVERYWHERE. The guys at Atomic cleared up all of that and restored my paint back to what it was - gloss black - with no swirls or marks. I absolutely love the job they did, and I would HIGHLY recommend using them for detail, especially exterior work.

Atomic is simply AMAZING! I have taken multiple vehicles of mine to Dave and he has done a great job on all of them. Atomic was able to get METAL flakes/shavings out of my paint without charging an arm and a leg. Every body shop in town said I would have to get my car sanded down and repainted. I had Dave take a look at it and my car was back to looking new in less then a days work. Its obvious customer satisfaction is top priority at Atomic.

Outstanding Service! I came for an estimate for a fairly bad door ding. I was told by another shop it could not be buffed out. The estimate the other shop gave me was $483. When I arrived (early) for my estimate at Atomic I was seen right away. The estimator took one look at it and got rid of (by hand) the door ding in less than a minute, stating it was just paint transfer. He asked for no money despite my offers. Honesty and integrity is what you will find here. First timer at this place. Price is reasonable..especially since I have a Tahoe. Very clean, very professional, and they do an excellent job on the service. Morgan the receptionist and she is very good at explaining the prices and services. Darren was the detailer and he did an excellent job..highly recommend him. I will be returning for another detail. I received the express and it turned out nice. I can only imagine what the full detail looks like.

Wasnt satisfied however the owner contacted us immediately to make things right. If you have any problems contact the owner for he was helpful. After working with the owner we got the car back and things were looking better.

I got my 99 Camry treated for water damage(very bad mold) there techs Mike and Darius took care of my car. I was told it could be more than what it ended up actually being. So the skilled staff was able to actually save me some money. My car is as good as new. Highly recommend you give these guys a call if you have water damage. If they could save my car they can do anything.

Went here to get my headlights restored—my car is almost 10 years old and they were very cloudy and my attempts to fix them at home were in vain. Dropped my car off here and after just one hour they looked clear as day and brand new. Highly recommend.

Typically went to the Auto Spa in Cockeysville but I wanted some place local. Best decision I made. They did an awesome job. Will be taking my vehicles here from now on. Would have been 5 stars if they didnt ask for deposit. I didnt like that much, but the workmanship was great and the staff was very nice.

I bring my 2004 Highlander in yesterday for a rejuvenation interior cleaning. My car was super filthy due to the work from the previous owner of the vehicle. The employees reassessed the filth in my car. Told me it was going to take an additional hour. I agreed to pay for the additional hour. I come in at 8 am. I leave my car for over 6 hours. I received a call stating my vehicle was ready. I come back to the shop to pick up my vehicle, I was told $165 for the price. Then I get up charged to $195 due to a higher down payment I was not informed about. The receptionist apologized and kindly gave me a 10% discount. Barely one stain was removed. It still looked the same as I left it. Some of my seats are still wet from the cleaning. I will admit they did a good job on the vacuuming. I did expect some of the stains to be removed due to the fact some of the seats looked like oil stains. Especially in the back of my vehicle. I was told 75-80% would be removed. Barely anything happened. I read positive reviews on this company. This was why I chose to bring my vehicle here. I am highly disappointed in the work I received. The money I spent to get it professional cleaned is not worth it. I expected a new car smell. Now my vehicle just smells like soap and water. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle for any type of cleaning. If you need to get a real job done, take your money else where.

Really great guys. I dropped my car off and was personally introduced to the gentlemen who would be specifically taking care of my car. They did a pre-inspection to ensure they could even tackle the workload. I got a courtesy call in between picking it up. Once picking it up, it was brought out front and the manager (?) came out and did an after inspection to ensure it met standards. He them brought out a spray and added some last minute touches. These guys are very personable, professional, and courteous. They even offered a pick up and drop off for next time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Terrible experience, I literally felt as if my car was never touched. Today must have been a bad day for the whole team . Not only did I expressed major concerns about the detailing of my car, but two other customers expressed their disapproval of the service. The dust from the steering wheel, cup holders, dashboard, all the way to the wheels were NEVER touched. I literally wiped my hands on each part, and what do you know, dust and soot were all over my hands. I would really appreciate my money back because I feel so taken advantage of. In spite of getting my car detailed here, I STILL had to get my car washed at a different location. 😔.-----A very unsatisfied customer ( 0 stars would be my honest rating)

Competitive rates, outstanding work, and a personal, workmanship review of my vehicle with the shop owner. When was the last (or first!) time you had a quality assurance review of any work done on your vehicle???

I needed to have a few door-dings removed from a recently purchased used 2016 white BMW X5. The price they quoted was fair, but I wasnt sure if they could get it perfect... I wanted it to look brand new, and even the smallest blemish is an eyesore on those broad white doors. Raleigh promised me I would not be able to tell where they had been. That set my expectations pretty high. When my wife inspected the car after he was finished, she was breathless - the doors are now flawless. Never have expectations been exceeded SO well. Congrats Raleigh, you did a tremendous job!! HIGHLY suggest talking to this shop for paint less dent removal.

I only gave one star in order to write a review. I was not happy with the service provided to me by this business. I was at the shop for almost 4 hours for an interior cleaning for which I was told would take 1 and 1/2 hours. After a sloppy job, I asked the technician to re-clean my leather seats as there was still visible spots on the leather and clothe area of the seats. There was also dirt on the ceiling area which had not been cleaned. After a 2nd clean, there were still spots on my seats; so I asked for a manager. The receptionist said that the manager would be right back that he had to drop a car off. The manager, who is also the owner did not return for about 1 1/2 later. When he arrived he called me a liar and stated that his employees told him a different story than what I had told him. He later came back to me and stated that he could remove the stains from my leather seats. Then, he apologized after he had spoken with his employee to ask what happened and determined that he was wrong. #REAL TALK

Fantastic service! These guys went truly above and behind to work around my schedule and detailed my 2016 Traverse. The car looks great, and it is well worth the money.

I seriously love their detailing job. They made my 2 year old car look brand new, which is hard to do when you have a small child. Some stranger even commented on how she thought my car was brand new.

Cleaning service wasnt worth the money. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. A lot of dust was left in car as well as residue on the clear surfaces where the cleaned. Couldve been done a lot better. Headlights werent scrubbed either. Windshield still had remnants of bird droppings. I was also never called or notified that my car was ready for pick up and had to call 30 min before the shop closed to see if my car was ready. Waited 4 hours... Not the best. I would suggest going somewhere else.

I was Satisfied from the moment I walked in until we picked our car up! We brought our Challenger to have the Windows redone, We had a horrible tint job that needed removed and replaced! The receptionist was very explanatory and helpful she was 100% faithful the tech could fix our problem. We got in a few days later dropped the car off with Don at 10am who walked us through every step of what he planned to do. He was done by 12:45! We were Amazed out how good the car turned out and again when we picked up the car he explained his whole process and not to mention the other guys there showed us some of the other work they do and Im pretty sure my husband will be returning be to do a ceramic coat very soon! I couldnt be more pleased with the people and the work that was done! I also feel the price was reasonable! Thank you!

My husbands car was nasty. I mean gross. Stains everywhere. Pet hair. Dirt. Atomic rejuvenated his car and it looks new again! I recommend this service highly. Hopefully hell keep it cleaner now that it looks so nice... But if not, Ill be back for more service!

My wife found this place online. Our van was in desperate need of an interior cleaning. Atomic did a great job. It looks like it did when we bought it. Will definitely visit again and take our other vehicle there.

My car was beyond absolutely disgusting. I got the Full Interior detail and the guys at Atomic Auto Salon cleaned it up incredibly well. Every nook and cranny was accounted for and spotless. My car has not looked this amazing inside since I drove it off the dealers lot. Fantastic work, reasonable pricing, and all this was done much quicker than I thought, too. I cant recommend enough.

Had my wrangles undercarriage washed and fluid-film applied. Looks good, seems to have covered everything. My exhaust was sprayed (or maybe over spray from application)... should have been covered first to avoid a bad smell for a few days. No big deal tho Ill come back next year. Thanks!
