Wish I had read the reviews before giving this man my business. Stay away from this shop!! This man is aggressive and underhanded. He lacks professionalism and doesnt commit to customer satisfaction. The work was terrible. He damaged my vehicle and wouldnt even fix his mistakes. He cursed me out and called me names when I called out the clear coat issue and mentioned that the color didnt match. Save yourself the money and the hassle of this con artist and go anywhere but here!

Dont ever take your car here for ANYTHING This guy is so unprofessional. We took our car to see what the problem was because it wouldnt start, so he said it was the starter and he replaced or claimed to replace the starter then decided that he would take it upon himself to change the alternator and charge us for it. Even though we never wanted the alternator replaced. So we thought the problem would be fixed and low and behold it didnt fix. So we tried calling him back and ask for a refund and he proceeded to cuss us out. The starter wasnt even a new starter. The one he replaced was a burnt out starter. THE WORST BUSINESS EVER.

This man is so dishonest does a poor job look at the other reviews the bad outweighs the good everybody says the same thing he’s very abusive when you call him out on his wrong.Real professionals when you’re unhappy try to fix it Frank on the other hand acts like a kid starts cursing very unprofessional if you want good business you need to do good business what he does not understand is that his business can do so much better by word of mouth and good reviews not this kind of bad publicity. I’m sure there are so many other people that had bad business done by Frank they just don’t know how to write a review or just don’t care too you have been warned stay away from this place unless you want to be riding one of these reviews Frank has no integrity. His core values want to screw people over because it’s all about business making money not business making money and keeping customer satisfied so that they can bring other customers. Cooling issue. Turned into Radiator replacement because he blew it during test drive. Owner is arrogant, inexperienced & sloppy. Bad business.

Terrible customer service guy is very rude and got over on me for 600 dollars for a 35 dollar part. Very unprofessional theres way BETTER BLACK BUSINESSES to go to. Dont waste your time or money.

This guy has a friend who brings cars to his lot only To keep the money instead of doing work. What they do is one small thing and then can’t be charged as criminal but civil only. Not only that but Frank was directly responsible for using my truck parts as a work bench and sprayed clear coat on the side of my truck and the hood. This truck was suppose to be a patina finish that needed wet sanding first. Purposefully overspraying onto my vehicle shows a complete lack of respect for my vehicle and shoddy work. I gave the 1200 To his business partner to begin work. None of the work I paid for was done. When I complained after two months when the deadline was 4 to 6 weeks Frank threatened to begin charging me storage fees if I didn’t get it off of his property! Honestly, I would not let this guy work on my truck for free. His paint job look terrible on his personal cars that he did himself! He has terrible business practices and should be shut down. I’ll be making a BBB complaint today as well.
