I want to leave a fair review, the only thing that stressed me out about the process was the time it took to repair my carProsThey took on my car even though it was originally deemed totaled, later disputed that with adjuster and the changed it to repairable.My car does look good so farConsCommunicationI just wish they were more proactive with notifying me of potential delays, I would check on the status of my car periodically leading up to the estimated completion date and never once told of any delays until the Friday prior to my Monday pick up and that was me reaching out to them, it was then pushed back to Friday and I didn’t find out until Friday that it was gonna be the following Monday and each time it was pushed back I was the one reaching out, I just wish I found out about the delays without me having to be the one to reach outAs far as the delays I do believe that there were a lot of things outside of their control but I just feel there was a more professional approach they could have taken as far as communicating that with me, overall it wasn’t a terrible experience

I was recommend here by nissan of Lexington. I called and was told to come in between 2pm-4pm for a estimate for car repair. I sign in at the front desk lady, and sit there for almost a hour. No one acknowledge me. They all walked pass as if I wasnt there.(one guy did speck and was very friendly.) These people was the total opposite of the people at Nissan of Lexington. They wasnt helpful at all, and act as if they didnt want to help me. Its away to handle business and this is definitely not the way.

The guys that work here are professional and courteous. I was in a collision last friday that, as you would expect, ruined my day. I took my car to this location and was greeted by the body shop director Cid Hoss. He discussed repair expectations with me and placed me in the skilled hands of John Reily who went over the repair estimate and estimated time of completion with me. I was in and out in about 20 minutes or less and on my way to work. During the week as my car was being repaired I received text message updates on the progress. This allowed me to plan my schedule around the estimated completion date. The work done on my car was flawless and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and professional service.

Horrible service!! Lack of communication amongst employees. My vehicle was never ready on the day the app stated it. I call and a new date is given from different employees. They’re extremely unprofessional. Took an entire month for them to fix my vehicle and they didn’t even replace the tires or fix the brakes considering the vehicle slid during the auto accident.

I dealt with Chris and sometimes Neil when Chris wasnt available. They were both AMAZING throughout the entire process. They gave me updates, and put me in a Dick Smith loaner car to help reduce my repair costs. The repair took 29 days but my Mercedes looks better than new.

The Geico adjusters here are ridiculous and handle claims atrociously! I spent an egregious amount of time here waiting for a CHECK over an hour! This is definitely not a place that I would want to deal with any Geico representatives at this location! Sorry Dick Smith but you need better adjusters.

Google forces you to give them 1 star I would not give any if I could. Had my vehicle for 5 days and never looked at it. Then tried to blame my insurance adjuster. Gave me attitude on top of it. My thought is poor customer service equals poor quality of craftsmanship/work. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE THEY ARE RUDE!!

Have taken forever to fix my car. Have taken forever just to inspect my car. I was in an accident January 20, 2016 and it is now February 1, 2016 and I have heard nothing. Its impossible to get through to them. According to insurance my car still hasnt even been inspected and I have not even seen my car since the accident! Get your crap together DICK Smith! I have not had a single phone call from them with an update or anything. Im extremely upset and unsatisfied with their service.

Affiliated with the Geico adjusters who work INSIDE their building. They were going to use reconditioned parts on my brand new vehicle. When I had it moved to an unaffiliated body shop, the repairs doubled in cost and it was repared well. Thankful I realized the arrangement and got it out of there.

I brought my bmw for repair at the body shop, they didn’t not fix the all the damage and told me that the damage was not related to the accident. Horrible place I will never to business with them again.

I was in an accident, and they fixed my car like new! It does take time for the work to be done right. I am thankful for John R. for staying in contact with me throughout the process. My hope is that I will not have to use their service again, but I highly recommend them!

My Xterra was rear ended so we put it in for insurance repairs. John Reeley handled everything, polite. professional, he and the folks there took good care of us, they even repaired a non related issue on my back door! Thanks John - I would recommend and I will come back.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE! I left my car on a Tuesday and was told that they would do their best to get my car done on Friday and if not then it would be done by Monday. Monday comes and I havent heard anything from anyone, the only communication I received is an automated text message saying my car would be done on Tuesday. Tuesday arrives, and I call to see when Ill be able to pick up my car, and they tell me no no no, well call you when its done. It should be done Wednesday, but if not then then definitely Thursday. Today is Thursday, my car is still not finished, and if I call to check when my car will be done I am made to feel like Im bothering someone by even asking. All of this, and they know Im paying out of pocket for a rental car (from them no less). It has been the worst customer service I have ever received and would never do any business with this company ever again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Customer service was insanely bad. Employees are either all idiots or its a total scam. They kept my ONLY vehicle for a WEEK when I dropped a bodyshop repair claim and asked them to just fix a tire and jump it (at MY expense) so I could get it home.If you are rich and drive new cars with full insurance coverage, then they love you. Older car? Paying for minor repairs yourself? Kicked to the curb!

They are awesome did a wonderful job on my Hyundai Elantra 2017 they wash my car and vacuum out my car and gave me an awesome alignment I will be coming back on my other vehicles I came through Geico they scheduled me right away😀😀

Geico claim. End result was good, but a struggle. Was in the shop 3 weeks. Partly not their fault, b/c the car was so new they had some trouble getting the parts in. But, when I got the car back the tire rubbed the wheel well when full lock left turn. Took it back. They said they made it better, but they didnt. Luckily, found a Toyota service bulletin online describing that the TRD Pro 4runner has to have the bumper trimmed when installed to prevent tire rub. Why did I have to find this? It would be their job. Finally, they used my instructions and fixed it.

A scheduled 2 day bumper replacement turned into a week with no updates from the service rep when he said he would. Craftsmanship is second rate at best, they tried to deliver the truck to me with the bumper still misaligned by 3/4. The only positive is they did provide a loaner truck at no charge.

I came here through Geico. I had an awesome experience. They were professional, propmt, went above and beyond, and were just very kind people. Very refreshing after dealing with Geico corporate ;)
