Jeff is simply amazing and one of a kind! I literally called him about a vehicle for our middle daughter while sitting at another dealer having the worst experience of my life. I live in Columbia SC. I have been looking for aUsed Jeep Wrangler for about 2 months solid that fit my budget and had the least miles. I found one on Carfax that Adams Auto Group listed. Nice store thats very clean and quiet. Jeff is very easy to work with. I will say be careful with your purchase as the truck needed wheel bearings replaced immediately and the warranty company is refusing to help. Adams should have fixed this before selling the vehicle.

Stay away from Jeff the salesman. I bought a 2017 Honda and didnt realize the touch screen is broken until a couple days later. When I asked him about why he didnt tell me he said he doesnt drive manual so he didnt know. Because I guess you have to drive the car to turn it on and play the radio. I assured him I wasnt looking for a free fix as its $1,200 to replace, but I wanted an explanation as to why I wasnt notified at all before buying it. After dodging the question and making up excuses multiple times I was left on read. Can be assured I will never return.

Just bought a vehicle from them and Dennis Summers helped out alot with purchasing my dream truck!

They left off information in the description. I drove 5 hrs for the car md there was damages not disclosed about it. Then they lied about the warranty of the car. When test driving inaskes if they had a dvd so I could test the dvd player out I was told they didnt and that if something didnt work the warranty would cover it. Low and behold I get it home and the dvd player doesnt work. The CD player doesnt work. They are friendly until after they get you to sign the contract then they are rude and will hang up on you. Also check your contract because they will.input wrong information like thenpur the milage wrong on the contact for the worse after lying about how many miles were on it to begin with. Was told it had 27k miles get there it has 35k. They wrote it up saying it had 33k miles. Its a shady dealership so please beware.

I pass this Dealership for three days before pulling into the dealership to see about this black Honda Civic. I pulled in a guy walks out very professional dressed down. He made my want to not get out of my car he was so clean. The staff Jeff and Jason were great does two pulled it off for me, and Im very happy that they worked everything out for me. Jason even help me setup everything in my car. He even help me on his day off like that about him. paperwork was quick with Jeff explain everything with me.

Jeff was very nice. However in the 1st week of owning the truck it has needed new Tires, new Ball Joints, and new brakes. Do not trust them when they say certified . In fairness I knew about the tires.Im pretty sure (cant prove) they lubed the ball joints to mask problem.

Shady dealership. We bought and returned a car in less than a week. The car they attempted to sell us was NOT fit to be sold yet. When they brought it to us after having it detailed there were still large stains, pollen,, dirt and French fries smooshed into the carpets and ceiling. The mechanic turned the check engine light off, for an emissions system code (in three days of having the car I couldnt have magically done this). The sales person told us the tires would be new when we asked, however 3 of which were almost completely bald. When we spoke to the finance manager he told us it was our problem, that he couldnt lose any more money on this car. Jokes on them, anyone who buys a car has a return policy and theyre just going to keep racking up miles on these already used cars.
