I got a crack in my windshield from a rock that flew up and hit my window. I called and Expert Glass got my glass ordered that day for me and got me scheduled VERY quickly. Great customer service!! Jesse came out to my house and installed my window for me. He was on time, and very quick. He answered all my questions, and did a wonderful job!I had a bad experience last year when the hail storm hit with another local company and I will NEVER use that particular company again. Not only did Jesse at Expert Glass fix my windshield but he also fixed an issue I was having with my back window as well due to this other company not installing the window properly. He went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. KUDOS to Jesse and Kari and their crew at Expert Glass! Will always use them, and refer anyone that I know to them for their window needs!

Came to my home to pick up my car and dropped it back home within a couple of hours. Windshield replacement was a great price and installed professionally.

They showed up at on time at MY office n said big rock put a poker chip size crack in and they suggested that I get a new one because it could spread my choice $85 now n live w a crack or $250 n have a new windshield.I chose a new one and they came back on the day and installed it. And I think they did a great job. 20 or 30 yrs ago it would have cost more so I think service and all ended up deserving a 5 star service rating. Thank you . Crooks. They quoted me a price over the phone for a windshield... and then applied the windshield before I ever saw an invoice. Then, once I got the receipt, 100 dollars extra was on there. I called to resolve, but they refuse to resolve unless I have a recording of the quote given to me.Clear bait-and-switch. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau (They are not BBB accredited as it turns out... whoodathunk?)Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your glass needs.

I called them for just the windshield. they gave me a great price told me they would have it next day they did. told them i would pick it up they brought it halfway could not be happier with there service. if i ever need a windshield again they will be my only call

I had a wonderful experience with Glass Masters LLC. I called the previous day to see if I could get someone to come replace my cracked windshield and they got me in for the next day. The gentle men who did the work, was wonderful! He was so helpful and courteous. They also have a GREAT price. I will most definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Fast and Friendly

Stand you up for appointments.... Just never showed. Never called, never showed.... Nothing. I left my vehicle home all day unocked and arranged for rides to/from work for nothing. Sweet. Thank GOD I didnt pay ahead of time.

I had to have the factory tint window replaced on the sliding door of my minivan. It took 2 weeks after being told a few days. When he showed up, the guy who installed it told me “I hope you’re ok with blackout glass”. This after having paid for my factory tint. The installation was prompt and done correctly. Reluctantly accepted the blackout glass because I couldn’t wait any longer.

I had a great experience with this company. They were the ONLY company in my town that could get the window that I needed replaced in my car. Everyone else was referring me to the Dealer which would have been twice the cost. They were reasonable, did a great job in a timely manner and great customer service. I would recommend this company and definitely use them again.

After reading some of the reviews, I was reluctant to go to Glass Masters. I had a broken piece of glass that I needed a replacement for, and called to ask if they would be able to make a replacement the same day. They were able to do it, and only charged me $10 for the glass. It was ready that day.It is also nice to support local businesses, and I doubt I could have gotten a replacement for my glass cheaper/more quickly anywhere else. Especially on New Years Eve!

Went here years ago with my mom to get her windsheild fix and service was great. I needed a new windsheild for my car and went to the shop and guy there was only doing the tinting. The office looked like a home office space with kid toys spread around papers everywhere. I asked the guy about getting my windsheild replaced and he told me he doesnt do it but to call the numbers on the card and they could help me. When I called first number went to some voicemail with no way to tell if it was the company or personal, Called the second number just to get hung up on with no hello or anything. My family wont be back to this location.

I needed a driver side door window replaced after someone punched out the window in a break in. Glass Masters happened to be the cheapest quote. Oh how much I regret choosing them.Lets start off with them opening 15 minutes late when I had an 8am appointment. They didnt start working on my car until another 15 minutes later. I can understand if you are having a bad morning but I didnt a single sorry or explanation of way things were running late.Now moving onto to the actual job. The person who did the work obviously didnt know how to get the door panel off. There are areas where the plastic has been warped from being pried at. Areas where you obviously arent suppose to be yanking at if you know how to panel was connected. If you dont know how to take it off, at least do an internet search of tutorial video.A clip that holds the arm resting portion was completely broken off. So now that portion has a gap under it and will probably warp out of shape over time at a greater acceleration than normal wear and tear. The casing that holds the door handle and lock was broken. There appears to be some kind of tar applied to it as an attempt to fix it. But to top things off, they left a lot of broken glass in the door and a razor blade. Everytime Id close the door, you could hear the pieces shake like a maraca.I will never be returning here again.

I went to glass masters to replace my windshield that was cracked. They wrote down my Vin number and called mazda to get correct windshield. Well apparently someone messed up the Vin because I now have the wrong winshield in my car. It is covering up sensors and has empty holes where there are no sensors. I called my dealer he looked up the Vin and told me complete different options thats how I know either the windshield place or mazda they called got it wrong. As well as they scuffed the crap out of the material liner that covers the frame along the side of the windshield. In the end mistakes happen I understand however this is a huge mistake and how someone could pull a windshield and not realize the difference in the one they are installing is beyond me extremely noticeable. I will never go back or refer anyone to this place........
