David scheduled me first thing next morning and it took about an hour and ten minutes. 2010 Ford explorer, total cost was $285 including tax. I scheduled a windshield chip repair, and when I arrived the owner checked my windshield and told me that I did not need repair, that everything was ok. They could have totally sold me the service, but instead got a customer for life! Thank you for being honest and helpful!

Called them this morning at 8am, I was able to get in at 1:30pm same day. Took about an hour for the install. I was pleased. Owner asked me to send pics of my windshield to make sure he installed the right one (some models have rain sensing capabilities... mine does not). Anyways, I appreciate the due diligence making sure I got exactly what I needed. Price was fair and less expensive than other locations. Happy all the way around.

These guys were awesome. I was recommended different shop by my insurance company. After that shop cancelled my appointment at the last moment, I found Precision after a little searching on my own. Did a great repair on my convertible back glass

My wifes windshield got obliterated by debris that flew out of the back of a pickup truck on the highway, and Precision fixed it perfectly.

Needed my windshield replaced due to chips that did not pass state inspection. Called for an estimate Monday morning and got an appointment for early afternoon Monday. Work took about 1.5 hours for the replacement and to remove overly dark tint on front door windows. Work was excellently done, quick and cost exactly the price I was quoted. I came in to get a small chip repaired in my windshield, and I had the best experience. They got me in the same day, and fixed the chip extremely fast. The glass looks almost new! The gentlemen was also very pleasant. Of course, they made me aware of the risks beforehand, but it turned out just fine. I called on Wednesday and my glass was replaced on Thursday at their shop.During the installation, the crew noticed that the window moulding was defective. Rather than install it and act like nothing happened, the crew stopped everything and asked if I could stay a little longer while they ran out and got a quality replacement part. I was not in a hurry and was able to take conference calls while they were getting the replacement part and finishing the installation. Regardless, the team did not waste any time getting the replacement part and finishing the installation. Amazing service! Insurance sent me to Safelite who couldnt get the correct windshield after a week of trying (Im not putting blue or green tinted windshield on an orange car!) I had to pay out of pocket for a new windshield, and this business is BRILLIANT. Seriously, I felt like a VIP the entire time. While its a small shop, the owner personally greeted me upon walking in, talked about his daughter and family life a bit, and really made me feel welcome. This place is punctual, reliable and honest. Had a cracked windshield on my Explorer, called Precision and it was replaced the next morning. Wanted the OEM Ford windshield and they got it right away. Dave showed me the windshield before installation so that I was sure it was OEM - a reassuring gesture on his part. Was professionally installed and paid exactly what I was quoted. Price was also better than Safelite. Highly recommend.

Just had Dave repair the rear window of my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire roaster. It had become partially unglued from the canvas top. He did an amazing job. It was finished within hours for a very reasonable price. All of the auto repair shops I had checked told me that I needed a new top, and as a last resort, I checked out Dave. He came through big time.

Something sharp hit my windshield while I was on the highway and cracked it. I found Precision Auto Glass and the experience was excellent. The owner of the company is extremely friendly and helpful and very skilled. I asked for the OEM windshield and they were able to order it, and they installed it while I waited. The work done was absolutely perfect.

Small little shop over by Lifetime Fitness. Not the easiest place to find, but well worth it.At first, he didnt think he could repair the two nicks (fairly large) and five cracks in my windshield. He was worried hed move the cracks and cause further damage. I knew it wasnt going to be an easy fix. I told him I couldnt afford a new windshield right now and I would take the risk.He did a fantastic job with the amount of damage I had. Yes, you can still see two spots on the windshield, but Ive had repairs before, and its just a fact of life for glass fixes like that.I offered to tip him because the job took a lot of his time, especially in the heat wave we had this week, but he refused.Highly recommend!Note: His price was exactly half of Safelites quote.

Guys had the vent window in my Mercedes Sprinter installed and me back on the road in no time flat. We called ahead so they were able to make sure they had the needed piece of glass. Probably a good idea to do the same.

A lot of these glass repair shops advertise 24-7 availability, but you cant get in until next week. Even more advertise mobile repair, but they dont do that well either. This place was excellent. I called in the morning. They scheduled me immediately and they were done in forty minutes. They also had the cheapest quote.

Shopped around and figured this was my best option from other reviews. Broke a lot of clips and windshield isnt centered, but its better than broken glass.Owner is very nice, Ill give him that.
