Receptionist Lisa was highly unprofessional, she didnt even address the business she works for, just answered the phone with this is Lisa. I wouldnt have known it was the glass distributing company I was trying to contact if I hadnt asked her if it was, when I did, she smartly answered with ummm yea. I ignored that, then asked about pricing, she told me she was too busy and to call back. Will not be using this business for my companys needs.
