Carla is a wonderful human being! She took time out her day to help me get my battery installed. I originally purchased a battery from the Garners Ferry location because I am closer to there. I purchased the battery and they told me because they were too busy, they could not replace it. Advised that I go to the 3018 Two Notch location to get the battery put it in!! That was very unprofessional. I arrived at the Two Notch location and Carla immediately helped with my situation and did not refuse just because I did not purchase the battery from her location. She definitely made my day and made me smile as it has been a super hot day! I recommend that you all go visit that store because Catla is the beat and she knows her stuff!!

Went to pick up brake pads that I called for them to hold for me. I was there in 10 minutes and they were at the desk ready. Thanks for the great customer service.

I left my lights on so battery was weak. Was only a year old. Took it to autozone on two notch and asked Chris to charge it. Told me it was bad. I went outside tested with my meter it read 12 volts. So i took it down to another and they charged it and said its good. Still working fine days later. Been using autozone for many years. That wasnt very honest or trust worthy on his part.

I’m not reviewing autozone as a chain, but this specific store. I came here to swap out a batter for my truck that had died. Even though I was pretty certain that it was a battery issue, the sales person wanted to test it to verify that it was the battery and not another issue. After testing and confirming that I had a bad battery, they helped me select a battery for my truck that didn’t break the bank. They also gave me some dielectric grease to put on the terminals before installing on my truck. Before they sold me the battery, they also made certain the battery was a good battery. I thought they were very helpful and professional. The store was empty while I was there around 2pm on a Friday. I would and will continue to shop here for my auto parts need.

I stop by too have a steering wheel cover put on because I told the young lady I had the strength of a nat!!! none!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣 she put on it on for me!!!!! I didnt get her name, but thank you very much!!!!

Battery was dead. They tested to verify it was the battery. The guy replaced it for me there in the parking lot. Was very friendly and nice to talk with. Great!

The level of incompetence at this location is the greatest Ive ever seen any parts store. The manager on down to all the other employees were very unprofessional and rude and were proud of giving out incorrect information and showed no remorse for making mistakes the manager Ricardo is the most UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE..IF I could give this store a negative score I would..If this is a representation of AutoZone and their corporation this is really SADDD......

I can’t say enough about these guys being willing to go above and beyond for me. On several occasions I visited this location due to issues with my car. Everytime I went I was blown away by how kind, professional, and knowledgeable the staff is there. Even when I was frustrated, the genuine kindness that I was shown made it a bit easier on me. The manager even walked to his car and got his own umbrella for me while they jump started my car in the rain. You don’t find that level of generosity at places like this. You think of rough/rugged men who expect you to have an equivalent level of knowledge about cars as they do. But not here! The manager went completely of the way to help me. Thank you for being gentle giants and helping me through my struggles!!!

Staff is always nice and helpful. Went in for an oil change special and tried to different advertised specials but computer didnt want to take the filter for my car. Manager ended up making it right. I fought wish that the store would upgrade along with so many others.

I needed a battery. They gentleman was nice and helped me to put it in. He was also nice enough to give me a small discount when I was shocked at the price of my battery. It was nice to know that he had good customer service and tried to help me get back on the road.

This AutoZone is located on Devine Street there people in there knowledgeable about your auto parts that you need always more than one attendant on duty, theres never a long wait.

These guys did right by me. I went in thinking my battery was bad. I asked just to have it replaced. I forgot to ask his name but he insisted that I test the battery first to see if what I was seeing was superficial. Went out tested the battery and told me it was good. Anybody that gives up a purchase to be honest is a keeper in my book. I would drive out of my way just to have him service my newly purchased used car.

Quan and Cardo were both great with helping me with my battery and new set of wipers. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient with helping with all I needed! I will be back for future needs, highly recommend these guys!

The manager of this store is a horrendous, racist, lying ape!!! Went in today to return an item and as soon as I walked in, he told me hes not accepting anything in his store today. Well I almost had to walk out and check the front sign. This is an Autozone store... but the manager is clearly running this place ragged. He was an unprofessional jerk, refused the item and said he couldnt refund me the shipping or the tax. The TAX!!! I informed him that I received free shipping to which he responds oh trust me you always pay for shipping you heard of tax? Come on seriously? Plus he told me to take the return back to an Autozone close to home! How the hell does he know where I live? He obviously is a stereotypical, pompous, little punk! I will never go back to this nasty store. He almost made me get my ghetto on but that would not have been good for nobody!Save yourself the trip. Ive reported this store to AutoZone Inc. This guy needs to go back to grade school.

As with all Auto Parts Store I get discrimated against by the male employees. God forbid I should ask to borrow a tool theyed tell me they dont loan tools. The males will always help the mens, but I got ignore often refused service until there were no men coming or going in the Stores Now when the manager of the Two Notch Rd Store was always treated me fare. It was such a problem at most of the Stores that I took my business elsewhere. Only went there this time because I needed a dome light. I went to Advance Auto Parts and got the same discrimination by a male from Advance Auto store the night before who told me when after I bought the dome light and ask him would he put it in for me? Told me that they werent allowed to help the customers. Got my moolah back ended up right back at AutoZone the next day because I had no other alternative I had been to about three or four auto parts stores up and down TwoNotch Rd. Some was closed. But then we know that all things work together for the good of them that love God and are called according to his purpose. As it turned out the manager was there that day and I got a better dome light for a lesser price and he put it in for me. Let me stress that its not only AutoZone but Ive experience the same discrimination from all Auto parts stores except the Advance Auto Parts on Forest Drive when male employees wait on me. But by far AutoZone male employees has been the worst discriminators against me whenever I shopped there alone versus if I shop with a male.
