When a customer calls to see if you have something, don’t get all wound up because you have to get up and go look. All I asked was if they had SilGlyde and you would’ve thought I asked the man to walk to china and back.

Found exactly what I needed and the guy at the counter was able to look up relays that would work

Great service with a smile.

Horrible customer service. The older man who works there won’t install batteries even though the website says they do. He said before i left that he “hoped i didn’t have far to drive because the battery has no juice” the lack of concern for my safety as a whole is completely baffling. He did this to a close friend of mine also. He needs to be retrained or fired.

I came in with a lot of issues for my vehicle and Travis helped me TREMENDOUSLY. The other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I would most definitely recommend this location to any of my family and friends.

The best Napa in Columbia. Fast and friendly service. Corrected the mistakes from Napa at airport in West Columbia.

Went in for some windshield wipers. The staff were very engaged and helped me select the proper items. I was in-and-out in under 5 minutes. Good service overall.

Skip this place and go to the one in Cayce instead. Been here a few times and they are pretty clueless. Sold me the wrong things every time. Some training wouldnt go a miss. I was also the only person in the store each time and you still hang around pulling your hair out while they are all busy doing nothing. Takes about 20 mins to drive to the other NAPA store which will save you a whole load of time and frustration.

Can you folks please answer the phone with anything besides, NAPA, can you hold. I get this everytime I call but still have reps coming in to my business to waste my time. Put more people at the counter, help customers, and stop putting people on hold. Or stop sending sales reps out to try and get business when you can never get someone to help when you call this place. Use CARQUEST, youve been warned!

Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. The store manager was VERY friendly as well, they had everything i needed for my 2015 Jeep patriot AND my 1978 el Camino.

Went in for an oil wrench. The one on the shelf was less than $10 but it didnt fit. The one I needed was over $30. This is to change oil in a mustang, standard equipment. When I commented on the price difference the staff became very snooty stating that the price was with a discount. They can keep their discount and their wrench.

The Place you find everything in a good price and good quality and the manager of the store always answer your question very helpful and really nice I always go there and get my parts excellent employees
