BA Auto far exceeded my expectations and lived up to the positive reviews online. They are professional, fast, honest and reliable. I had an unknown issue with me car and didnt know what to expect; of course I was anticipating an expensive repair. BA Auto diagnosed the problem and found it was a minor item. I had my car back the same day and the charge was very affordable. Ill be a returning customer.

The team at BA Auto have been servicing my European cars since 2016. They’re one of the best, most professional shops I have ever dealt with. Everyone is courteous, the customer service is impeccable and their repair and maintenance services are top-notch. There are two axioms I live by when it comes to automobiles; “buy it nice or buy it twice” and “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”. They always make sure that I never have to “buy twice” with regard to repairs or maintenance and their impressive attention to detail never fails to catch small issues before they become big problems- “prevention by the ounce”.I can’t imagine taking my cars anywhere else!

I was impressed by BA Auto Care in the way they listened to my concerns about the vehicle. Throughout my discussion they asked clarifying questions to ensure the accuracy of their understanding of issues I was having with my car.They could have reset a Fault Code for the AC System but instead Zane and his team used their intellectual curiosity to trace the fault to its source to reveal that a screw that secures an electrical control panel had been screwed into the AC wiring causing a short/fault. The easy remedy would have been to clear the code and return the vehicle to me the way the Dealership had several times but instead they repaired the wire re-routing it so that this would not occur again in the future and then clear Codes.Super impressed with the entire operation from the owner who took copious notes during the intake process to developing a plan to diagnose and repair. At every stage I was contacted to keep me updated until concluded. Thank you for your honesty, quality of work and professionalism. You have a customer for life.Cheers!

I went back in to have the sensor checked. They topped off the coolant, ran a pressure test and the sensor came out okay. They are always competent, honest and friendly. You would do well to go here for your auto needs.

Very happy with the repairs/maintenance done by BA Auto Care! I recently had my car taken in which has been sitting around mostly for the past year and a half. They were able to do some tough maintenance without complaint and did it in a very timely manner. All charges were discussed thoroughly before execution of work. Communication was excellent.

BA identified and repaired a problem that previous service centers including Apple Ford saw and failed to report as a significant problem. When my wrench light lit up and the car went into limp mode, my hunch was confirmed when BA told me about the damaged exhaust assembly which had been seen before and left unattended by other mechanics. This is an example of getting what you pay for. At BA, they care about getting it right. The big garages at dealerships really just bank on cranking out dozens of oil changes over taking time and care to solve problems. Sure, it might be good for a bottom line, but again, you get what you pay for. I felt valued and like my problem was understood by real technical experts. At BA, you get personal service that lets you know they care and want you to have a safe and reliable car. I’ll be using BA from now on. Head and shoulders above dealership service. My car runs like it used to and I’m grateful for the referral to them!

I have used BA for over 10 years and find they do a very professional job with my vehicle. Everyone I have recommended always comes back with comments about great service and trustworthy staff. I own a 2009 Nissan Altima Hybrid, that died on me at the beginning of the year. I had it towed to the nearest Nissan dealer which was right around the corner on Reistertown Rd. They told me I needed a hybrid battery and additional engine work, which would cost me thousands of dollars, because the hybrid battery was $2000 alone. They said I should just trade it in because the car was only worth $1300. Once I said no, they told me I had to come get my car that day or pay storage. When I went t ok pick it up salesmen came out of nowhere like vultures, still trying to get me to do a trade. Worst experience ever.So My car has been sitting since February, I decided to try again somewhere else. I found BA Auto Care on Google, and I am so thankful that I did. I was given an honest estimate and was told my hybrid battery was fine. Brady called me and discussed what, I needed in detail. I was even given estimates for additional work that was recommended for the future, but not an immediate need. I made my payment over the phone and pickip was easy and contact free. My receipt was over my visor and my keys were in a lockbox with a code that I provided, for 24 hour availability. My car is back on the road and I couldnt be happier. If you have a hybrid vechicle, BA Autocare is the place you should go. They really know what they are doing. Im not taking my car anywhere else.I apologize for the long review, but this place is awesome in my book!

I have had my cars serviced by BA for over 10 years. I also lived paycheck to paycheck until very recently, so having a trustworthy auto shop has been invaluable to me. Prior to BA I had many bad experiences with auto shops/mechanics that left me feeling it was normal and just what I had to expect. Well one day in 2010 I needed work done and someone suggested BA. I have never gone anywhere else since. I have total trust in their service and in what they say needs to be done. Everyone who works at BA is enjoyable to interact with as well.

Been using BAAC for years. Discovered them back when we owned a Range Rover. If you have a Land Rover/Range Rover, Mini or Jaguar that is out of warranty this is the best place in the area. I have a 2010 Lexus with 160k miles and I’ve been taking it to them since the warranty expired. I fully expect to get 200K!

Their waiting room was large, clean, and comfortable. There is an inside indie to watch my vehicle being worked on in the very clean looking all white painted garage. I felt confident that the work they did would keep me safe and secure in my vehicle.

This is the shop where I get my non warranty work done. Excellent staff particularly Zane. Plus high quality mechanics to do a good job first time every time. The only thing I dont like about it is they dont have a military discount. Todays time it seems like they should. Excellent place to take your car

They were so professional but also very nice! They called with what work needed to be done and explained why each thing was needed. Plus they were able to tell me exactly how much it would cost. When I explained what issue I was having with my car, one of the technicians was immediately able to say what the problem was - and he was right! My car hasnt run this smoothly since I got it!

I really cannot say enough good about BA Auto Care. When we were new to the area, many neighbors recommended BA Auto Care. After I had yet another dealer try to convince me that my car needed expensive repairs on parts I could clearly see were not in need of replacing, I am done with dealers. A less scrupulous business would have taken advantage, but BA Auto told me what I suspected, that the parts were fine and the dealer was just trying to rip me off. Their prices are fair and the quality of the work is high. I have never felt pressured with their work recommendations. I recommend BA Auto to everyone.

I have been taking my Toyota RAV4 and other cars to BA Auto Care for years. Theyre fantastic! No unnecessary maintenance or repairs and when I have an issue, they solve it for me! When one of our cars was submerged after an Ellicott City super storm, they dried it out and got it running again - At. No. Charge. Cant say enough great things about them. Wonderful team!

AAA replaced the battery in my car about 2 weeks ago. Less than a week later the car would not start. AAA came out again and cleaned the connections and got it started. I ran a couple of errands and the battery died again. AAA towed it to BA Auto to have them look at it. They called and said that AAA installed the battery improperly by over tightening the positive cable terminal, causing the terminal end not to be secure to the battery. It not only damaged the cable terminal, but killed the battery. BA Auto identified the problem quickly and wrote it up so I could file a claim with AAA. My car is now running fine. I have used BA Auto for years and have always been very happy with their pricing and service. I will continue to take my cars there.

I can’t say enough good things about this establishment.. I have a renewed faith in people and honesty thanks to Brian the owner.. Have been taking my cars to BA for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the level of customer care and the quality of the service.

I came to BA Auto Care for some very serious mechanical repairs on a Land Rover Range Rover and they did a tremendous job of keeping me updated on the process, prices, and length of time until I would receive my vehicle again. I was nervous at first since this was my first time having mechanical work done in MD (I just came to this state), but I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

These are the guys I trust to take care of any maintenance my car needs. They are always friendly, courteous, professional, and quick. Just this morning, I called over to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change and checkup, the man I talked to said he probably could and they sent over a driver to come pick up my car since their shuttle service isnt currently active. Overall a great experience, highly recommend them!

I got a second opinion regarding my MD state inspection. Except for replacing Power Steering Pressure and Return hose/components, none of the other recommendations matched. At this stage, I do not know whose inspection is actually genuine or if there is a flaw in MD State inspection procedure or, if each mechanic finds/adds extra items as per their whim? Considering that both of them picked up on power steering hoses, I am comparing costs from both mechanics. BA Auto care charged me 803.9 while @autostream quoted 574.The overall service seems Ok, however, expect to pay at the higher end of the spectrum for the same quality of service elsewhere.

Quoted me $550 for a simple brake pad replacement, per axle. This is without rotor placement or anything else. This alone should tell you about there lack of honesty and integrity.

BA Auto Carr has been my go to mechanic for about 5 years now. I have been more than accommodated since becoming a customer! All staff members are knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. I am always pleased with the services provided, and the cost. In comparison to other local mechanics, BA’s prices are reasonable, but the quality of care is what puts them above the rest! Brady has been my service manager a majority of my visits, and he treats my car as if it was his. Never any pressure here to have something done that isn’t needed. They will do whatever they can to accommodate my schedule, including their shuttle service, which picked me up from work, as well as took me home. BA is also very timely in the completion of any service, I always can count on them for having my vehicle ready. All around great customer service from all staff, and most importantly I know I can trust my vehicle to run at its best under their care! Thank you BA! :D

BA Auto Care continues to impress me with both their auto care & their employees. I have used BA Auto Care for 20+ years; Only once did I change to another provider for my Auto Care and the reason for doing so was solely because I had moved and decided to use a dealership that was much closer to my new residence, however, this decision proved to be a huge and potential costly mistake! It also illuminated clearly for me why BA Auto Care has been voted Best of Howard County for 25+ years! Thankfully, I quickly switched back to having my car serviced by BA Auto Care regardless of the distance and have not considered another provider since!

Ending a long week and excited for Friday I started my commute to work and heard an awful noise coming from my car under my feet and on the left side. I just moved to Columbia so have no ideal where the best food is let alone an auto mechanic. I did some research online and found BA and couldnt have been in better hands.I contacted them, explained the sound and that I was new to the area and was told to come in anytime that day so someone could do a road test with me to determine the cause and if it was safe to drive. I showed up around 1:40 for the test drive and was greeted and asked to take a seat. Within 2 minutes Brian (the president I later found out) drove my car around the block with me and determined it was a brake issue. Brian took his time to explain everything to me and gave me an optimal and a worst case scenario for the sounds and repairs. To my surprise they had time to do a brake inspection and even the replacement of pads and rotors. This was invaluable as its my only vehicle and I use it for everything.Based on some research the pricing seems fair if not slightly high but the customer service and ease of doing business with them was worth the cost. Im new to the area but Im confident recommending BA to anyone in need of auto repair.

I was so impressed with the service, staff, amenities, and professionalism here. I only came in for a Maryland inspection and was treated with excellent service. Everyone was friendly. There was a great waiting area with coffee and snacks and all of my paperwork was electronically sent to the state. I was given a free ride home and picked up after this service promptly. Great experience.

The only thing I was uncomfortable about it was a general oil change and they needed to drive my car 3 times with 3 different people. One time might make sense but not 3 times for an oil change and not during COVID.

I visited this wonderful shop when i needed to get my car registered in Maryland and thus inspected. BA was recommended on the states web-site as being an authorized dealer for these inspections.The service here was great. After being greeted by an efficient and caring person, I sat in the lobby for a few minutes. There was coffee, tea and snacks offered in a beautiful clean environment and I sat in a really comfortable lounge chair.. After waiting a few minutes, i was taken home while my car was being serviced. When my car was completed, this same driver came to pick me up. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend BA Auto Care.

Went in for a front brake job on my BMW 335i and then my drive side front HIB went out, so I told them replace that as well, simple job right?! Every thing went well after two days and then I decided to wash the car. On the way back from the car wash, I got malfunction error on the adaptive headlight. And noticed condensation building up inside the drive side light housing. I suspect the guy who replaced the HIB didnt seal the housing properly and water got in and damage the module. So I brought the car in and yes they said thats exactly what happened. And quote me $2200 to replace the headlight module!!! They refused to acknowledge that its their fault, and it just happened that exact seal went bad right after they worked on the same light!!!! I will never come back again.

I took my car, a Mercedes c300 there to fix a starting problem. They did not fix that problem, but they came back to me with a 1800 dollar estimate for a rear brake repair. I did have them fix the problem there. It cost me 150 dollars for nothing. The problem was a dying battery that I had replaced at another shop.

Great service. Unusual situation where the parts from GM may not be available for 30 or more days. BA did a great job walking me thru the situation. Parts arrived within 10 days and car repaired quickly. Could not have asked for better service.

I will never go to any other shop. Ford F150 with over 212K miles with stock factory engine, great preventive measure service.

Honest and friendly! I know NOTHING about cars and was worried I would look like an IDIOT trying to explain my problem. Brady could not have been more patient and kind. He even went so far to find out that the repair I needed was covered under a warranty and suggested I take it to the dealer! He could have just done the job and charge me couple hundred dollars but he was being honest and looking out for my money! They will forever be taking care of my vehicles!
