Eric was more than willing to stay and gave us ample time to drive the car and consider the sale. When it came to negotiations Eric also made this an easy and quick discussion on where I wanted to be and where the dealership needed to be. There was no back and forth conversations just a direct open understanding of what they could do and why. We did not get the car for my initial offer but got a deal that was acceptable and very happy with my new 2008 Saturn Sky. Brad made the financial part of the sale comfortable and very friendly. Living in between Columbia and St. Louis, we typically go towards St. Louis/St. Charles for dealerships and automotive needs. After finding a wonderful, 2004, one owner Audi S4 at this dealership, I am glad we headed west. Dusty was fantastic at communicating and responding quickly. Negotiation was made via text and email and pickup of the vehicle took less than an hour. I called Josh about pre-owned Cadillac CTS-V on a Monday. He was very responsive and we had a deal in about 30 minutes. I am the type of person they generally likes to do all my own car maintenance. But now I travel a lot for work and I have nowhere to work on my vehicle. I have taken my cars and trucks to Columbia BMW several times and always had a great experience didn’t realize how good they were until I had to use a different shop recently in St. Louis. Sometimes it’s the small things. Every time my truck comes back from Columbia BMW it’s been washed and cleaned to the best of their ability depending on what I have left in it. Bought a 2000 viper rt10 from BMW Columbia MO. Had lemon squad check it out and was given an ok. After is sat from the test drive, the radiator cooled and showed a small leak. Instead if just shipping it as most dealers would do, they called and said they will replace it free of charge. Now thats integrity.

Buying a vehicle while posted overseas can be difficult but Dusty Volle and the entire team at BMW of Columbia made this a great experience. They took care of me throughout the process, made sure I received all of the information needed, were never pushy and always professional. They even drove the vehicle to my wife in St. Louis to complete the process after she arrived in the U.S. I cant say enough about Dusty and the team and even though we live 3 hours away I will look to them on our next purchase.
