I wouldnt even give a star if I had that choice. Sherry told me if i brought my Benz it would be serviced that day, once I got there, that was a lie. Shes very rude, no customer service. Nothing was welcoming about her but young and her being there for an easy paycheck. They also overprice you for poor services.
Service is expensive, they make unnecessary recommendations and I had to wait another 25 minutes after receiving a text that my car was ready. If Im texted and emailed that my car is ready... I expect to pay and go!
Very good mercedes dealer have always serviced cars in the past for us nice group of folks to help you
Overpriced and very arrogant. Apparently they not only feel it’s ok to over charge you but also make you feel like they don’t have time to be bothered. I had my manager leave 12 messages over two weeks and no return call. They only reason I brought the car to them now is because there was a recall. Love Mercedes Benz but not this dealership. Never again.
Called the dealer about a vehicle was told to come next day drove from Spartanburg while on 26 decided to all Barbara to make sure the the vehicle was thier only to be told one of thier regular customer took the vehicle for a dayWhen I press then that I was 20 min awayThey said we will call him and try and get the vehicle back.once I arrived to was informed the the vehicle willl be here in 20 min.after 30minThey gave me a launch voucherand promised the car will be back once again returned to the dealer I was approached in the car park and told that the vehicle was sold to thier regular customer by Barbara they didn’t have the courtesy to let me enter the dealershipI felt like that want to look after their currentCustomer base not anybody new from a different area in my twenty years of buyingNew vehicles, which I have purchased 15 or soI have never come across a sales rep who was so lackluster and did not even offer to sale me another vehicle. All they wanted me to do is leave, which is ridiculous because all I wanted to do is give them my money. They made it very clear my business was not appreciated there.
This dealership isn’t as knowledgeable as others as far as service goes. I called once about a quote on a service my car needed and they claimed my car did not need that service...even though the owners manual said the transmission needed servicing at my milage.
Never called me back .... Thanks.... goodyear took care of the problem
