They do an ok job, I guess... They are definitely a dumpster fire, so keep that in mind if you plan to stay and wait.At my last visit, the technicians were cursing and playing music so loudly that you could clearly hear it all in the waiting area. I felt bad for the older people sitting there who probably didnt expect that level of trash.For a positive, they do honor online appointments and take your car straight in the garage when you arrive.Ive only done oil changes and alignments w/them. I dont think I would trust them with a larger repair because the level of professionalism just isnt there

I took my car in for service to the Mr. tire on Saturday. They recommended a transmission fluid exchange, which I purchased. Then on Monday, the car was still exhibiting issues, so I took the vehicle to the dealership. The dealership recommended a transmission fluid exchange, and I explained to them that I had that service performed two days before at the Mr. tire. They confirmed, and showed me that the transmission fluid had not been changed. I’m very unhappy with my service. I do not recommend.

Had a tire pop and called Mr. Tire. Sadly, it couldnt be patched and my tire wasnt in stock. However, they helped me order a tire to be delivered next day. DJ was quick with my installation and a pleasure to chat with as were ALL the gentlemen I encountered. Dont be fooled by the rough interior. Its a very friendly place. While I hope not to need to be back anytime soon, I certainly know where Ill go in the future for tires! Their service is great!

Tire popped on my way to work today and my spare triggered the AWD system in my car, meaning I could not go faster than 40 mph on the interstate.... I called Mr. Tire and they had me prioritized, and fixed in less than 2 hours total. Im very impressed with the entire experience and would recommend to anyone. A refreshing customer service experience, which can be hard to come by in 2021.

Ive been to many Mr. Tires, but after visiting this location I felt like the rest were trying to make every opportunity to convince me in getting unnecessary repairs! The previous Mr. Tire at Timoniun had advised I will need a whole set of brakes and new tires in the front, but this location clarified the current condition and that the parts were fine! Last but not least, the gentleman at the front desk was courteous, and professional.

I have been taking my cars to this location for 10 years with no issues. They can get a little crowded sometimes but their courtesy and professionalism does not change.

Satarian was very professional and efficient. I made an appointment for a different location that did not have the tires I requested. The associate there was not very pleasant and pretty much turned the business away. I then contacted the location on Berger Rd. Explained the situation to Satarian who seemed very pleasant and eager to assist. Satarian called another location to get the tires and had my car done by the requested time. I would highly recommend this location! Satarian is a perfect fit for consulting via phone calls to win the business. His in person interaction was just as welcoming! Thanks again happy customer

Called in to get a flat repaired and my oil changed while I was at it, and they were able to get me in same day and serviced my car and all its issues within about an hour, all for a fantastic price! Definitely going to come back again if I ever have another flat or need new tires!

Mr Tire #721 is in Columbia Md on Berger Rd. I’d been to 3 different stores telling me something wasn’t wrong with my tire but I kept losing air. I came in early on 12/16. Immediately this nice man knew what the problem was, got me in, fixed the tire and checked my other tires. That’s great service and someone who knows what they’re doing!UPDATE:6/12021 - The customer service is unmatched here. I had some issues with my tires and came in for a consult. The skill and expertise of the manager is really excellent. He’s very helpful, friendly, and knows what he’s talking about. I will come here again and again.

My visit to this Mr. Tire was great! Nate helped me find out what was going wrong with my vehicle. I was able to get the tires replaced among a few other repairs. The only problem I had was that, when I went home to spray the tires, one of the back tires had a slight tear in it *pictured below* nonetheless, service speed was great, pricing was fair, and I think next time Ill buy tires online and bring them elsewhere to be installed.

When I came back from my work trip I noticed one of my tires was completely flat. I changed it for the spare and called Mr. Tire in Columbia, recommended by a friend. They immediately said they could get me in the auto shop and had tires in-stock for my vehicle. Since I needed all 4 tires done anyways they provided me with a great deal. They were even able to finish the installation within 2 hours.

I noticed a nail in my tire today and Fred and the other gentleman, who I didn’t catch his name, were able to patch it up in under an hour. Great service and were very friendly. Honestly a life saver.

After a rough morning discovering my one tire was flat and not being able to get to work, I was able to drive to this shop without damaging my rims. The gentleman told me that they had several cars in front of me and I’d have to come in the afternoon. Turned out I had to get both front tires replaced. He saw how I needed to get to work and made accommodations to replace my tires at the moment so that I don’t miss work and pay. I so appreciated his kind gesture! Because of him, I am able to get to work and get paid, rather than missing the whole day and waiting for my car to get in the afternoon. I will never forget his kind gesture! He was also very personable. I recommended my client and a couple of my friends to switch over to this place. From now on, I’m coming to this place for services.

The guys down at Mr. Tire will take care of you. They accepted me as a walk-in on a Friday morning and had my tire patches in from the interior wall ASAP while being short staffed. An unexpected tire repair could really ruin your day, but Fred and Joseph down at the shop got it done quickly and affordably. I cant thank them enough.

I went to Mr. Tires this morning based on so many positive reviews. My reason for the visit is because I thought I needed wheel alignment done due to shaking and wobbly feeling when I hit a dip on a curve.My appointment was for 11:30am and the lone person working there took cared of everything (I apologized I did not get his name). I described to him the symptoms and he told me he will take a look because the problem may not be a alignment issue.After examining the car, he told me my alignments are fine, but the struts looked original and they needed to be replaced. I had suspected old struts, but he had gained my trust by being honest and not take my $140 to work on an alignment when is unnecessary. Moreover, he did not charge me for his time.Well, I now know where to take my car in for my future tire and repair services.

MR. Fred at the Berger road location is amazing!!! He helped me out with putting air in my four tires which took him 5 mins when Meineke turned me away. I know where I will be taking my car needs in the future!!!!!!!

I got an imch screw inside my tire and it just does not hold the pressure. Drove to this place and they have very quick tire patch and rebalancing service on a Saturday morning! In and out less than 30mins, and price is reasonable. Will revisit!

This is the worst Mr Tire branch I have been to. I went for an oil change and they forced a premium oil in my car withholding a disclaimer that I would not be able to go back to using the nonconventional. After 2 weeks of oil change my car starts overheating (its never done this before) and I find out they did not fill up the coolant. I will definitely not be trusting my cars with Mr Tire in the future

Would recommend this shop. Had multiple leaks in one of my tires that were hard to pinpoint but Nate went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Since it was hard to find the exact issue, it took longer than expected but Nate kept me updated about what was going on and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix the tire. Super friendly staff and great service. I will go back for future tire needs!

My commute for work is from Silver Spring to Baltimore on 95. When I got a flat this evening on the way home, I called Mr. Tire on Dobbin Rd around 5:15 asking if they could make the repair in such a short period of time and they said yes! I plugged in what I thought were directions to the location I called, but ended up at the Berger Rd location.Arriving at 5:30, I realized I went to the wrong location. Oops... Eric (I think that was his name according to the receipt) was kind enough to realize I wouldn’t make it in time to Dobbin Rd to have the repair done and did it for me!! The repair to the tire was quick and it was so nice of him to accommodate me on such short notice and so close to closing!! He saved me from what would have been a terrible morning commute on a donut.Overall great experience. Will return, and probably soon since I’m due for an oil change!

Just wanted to post this quick review for the outstanding performance by this shop. I had a metal valve stem that basically broke in half from deterioration. The service manager took a look at, said it needed to be replaced but it had a sensor in it. The service manager said they can replace with a rubber one for now so you can get rolling. It took him literally 3 minutes to pop a new one in gave me back my tire and told me have a nice day. He didnt charge me at all (hope I wont get him in trouble for that). He did not know that his quick professional service enabled me to quickly mount the tire back on our wheelchair van to get it back in service for an appointment our family had. My wife and I are grateful for your shop and great customer service during these tough economic times. Keep up the good work.

He was professional and welcoming and they got my job done within no time! I was visiting in Baltimore and had a flat tire. I worked with another company for 2 days only to be told in the end they could not help me. I drove to Mr Tire. I explained my situation. Nate had my car in the bay within 10 minutes. They could not fix my tire but ordered me a new one for the next morning. They made sure the tire was in the truck the next morning even explaining to the driver I was from out of town and needed to leave town that day. This location is great! I got my oil changed and tires rotated at the dealer. They told me I had unrepairable screws in 2 tires, dry rot, and I should definitely replace the 2 and all 4 just to be safe. Really? I bought new tires in 2017 from the dealer. I said no thanks and went to Mr. Tire. They put it on the lift, looked at all 4 tires, and found the screws. They were maybe 1/4 inch long and were just in the tread. There was no dry rot. They sent me on my way free of charge. Their customer service was amazing and friendly. There was coffee in the waiting room. Thank you for saving me money!

Excellent customer service. I just bought 4 tires and allignment and was given a great price. Nate at the front desk remembers your name, is very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant! They even still fixed my husbands flat tire when he discovered he left his wallet at home! If that is not customer service, I dont know what is. That is why I came to this location to buy my tires instead of another one that was closer to my home! I highly recommend this location!

This location has demonstrated incredible customer focus and care on the 3 separate occasions over the past year. After having a privately owned shop that I went to in Baltimore City for years, I was hesitant to go to a chain store believing that I might not get the same level of customer service. I could not have been more wrong. They have a very knowledgeable and honest staff and have exceeded my expectations on every visit. Eric is very accommodating for getting your car in and taking time to explain different options and steps to take to keep your car in good shape. I highly recommend this location.

I had a 100% positive experience doing something nobody enjoys: buying a new tire to replace a flat. Eric helped me quickly, assured me that I did not need to buy more than the one tire because of the good condition of the other three, found the exact tire in stock, and got me out the door in just 50 minutes. Very pleased with the service. I also witnessed Eric’s great patience and professionalism in dealing with irate (and unreasonable) customers who were not handling the hassle of buying tires well. Thoroughly impressed and I would definitely go back in the future.

Several time customer of this Mr Tire location in Columbia, MD. They’re always exceeded my expectations. In the past I’ve purchased a couple sets of new tires, but today was a quickie tire rotation. Super service every time. Smart personal guys that know what they’re doing.

These guys were awesome! Came in Sunday morning for a new tire and they had me in and out in 30 minutes! Didn’t nickel and dime me; in fact they talked me out of a tire rotation which saved me an unnecessary expense. Absolutely would recommend them and will be using them for all of my cars needs.

Had my tires delivered here. I called in and got an appoint same day. Great service and they were quick. Transparent about prices and was smooth dealing with them. Will be back in a few months when i have to switch out for my Summer Tires. I would highly recommend them.
