They were able to get our car up and running. No more lights on the dash. They are always courteous and friendly.
They totally exceeded my expectations. My wife girl home on a Friday and we found a nail in one of the 4 brand new tires we had just purchased less that 2 weeks ago. I called up their service center to ask if I could swing by within the next 24 hours to get it taken care of. To my surprise they said come on by today. This was around 4pm on a Friday. Long story short, they got us and replaced the tire and got us on the road in time to make our 6pm soccer game. Many thanks to Terry P. in the service department. I witnessed him juggling multiple customers that afternoon, making each of feel important and well served. This gentleman is the epitome of customer service. Great job.
I had a warning light come on, no appointment, but your service dept was able to work me in. I am very appreciative. Your rep, Kamille, did a great job keeping me posted.
Fuel Pump Recall 17 July 2021 8 am. Apparently service completed at 9:30 am. Unfortunately on one told us. We sat 3 hours longer. I confronted Terry Pruett. He said he texted me. He did not have my cell no. Impossible. I told him we would be waiting for the repair. Everyone waiting in the waiting room was approached when their vehicle was ready but me! Also, car was supposed to be washed. Did not happen. Nobody cared, but me! Is this Customer service Toyota style, it sucks!
I purchased a 2017 Tacoma from Machens in July. I got pretty much every warranty that was offered when I purchased the vehicle. I have had one oil change prior to my experience today, and it took roughly 2 hours for them to finish it. Im a reasonable guy.. I know places get busy, especially on a Saturday. Yesterday, I was driving on a gravel road and got a flat tire. I changed the tire and brought it in today to get patched. Of course, it could not be patched. I expected a new tire to be under the terms of the warranty but it wasnt. Not only did I have to pay $225 for a new tire, I had to wait over 3 hours for them to finish! This was not on a saturday.. it was a Friday at 7 AM. It should not take 3 hours to diagnose a tire patch and replace the tire. I will not be buying vehicles from this dealership again.. why purchase a warranty if nothing is covered and it takes a whole morning to get something simple fixed?
Great service, a little expensive of course but you get what you pay for and their work is excellent
See Jimmy Ellis he is the best
I was there for more than 30 mins waiting for them to open and once they open they said they were short staffed with only 2 guys working. They could not do a simple oil change and denied service.!
Service department, specially Matt, was such a big help. After some mechanical issues while on a road trip, they got us in to check out the car without an appointment and were done within a couple hours. They truly looked over the car and helped us to the best of their ability in the shortest time possible.
I bought my 4Runner from Machens, and took it to their service department while the car remained under warranty - I figured that offered some protection in the event something warranty-related came up. My warranty expired recently, but I kept going because their prices, while high, werent astronomical for regularly scheduled service, and they provide a nice experience - pleasant waiting area, courtesy shuttle, etc.I finally got motivated enough to try a new mechanic for my 70,000 scheduled maintenance, which includes an oil change, and they discovered that the Machens service department - the only mechanics who have touched my car to date - put my oil filter cap on incorrectly, and, in doing so, broke it so badly that it had to be replaced. To my enormous relief, it wasnt broken in a way that caused an oil leak, but if a leak had occurred, it could have caused serious damage to my cars engine. The oil filter cap, by the way, is a Toyota-specific part with a specially made Toyota tool for installation and removal. The Machens Toyota Service Department ought to know how to properly install an oil filter cap on one of Toyotas bestselling vehicles. For them to break the cap, and either not notice or not care enough to replace it, is absolutely unacceptable.Dont take your car to Machens for service.
Friendly service, knowledgeable techs, great sales people.
Just got back from the service center. Had my 2010 Toyota Highlander towed there because it had a major oil leak in my garage. Was expecting a decent charge on the back end. Turns out, the defective oil cooler pipe was under an extended warranty! Im not sure who was more excited, me or Kamillle, the assistant service manager who was helping us. I have taken both of our vehicles here for a number of years, and have always been satisfied. However, I was most impressed this time with how happy they were NOT to have to charge me :) I will certainly be making a return visit next time it is needed.
I purchase my Rav4 from Joe Machens Toyota, I totaled my other Rav4 so I was looking for the same one I currently had, found a close one and this place offered me a Toyota Dealership Deal which included oil changes for life and they will repair my door dents for free. I purchase this packaged for $3,000 extra, I just have to take my vehicle to a Toyota dealership, since I purchased this vehicle I have had to pay for every single oil change, I have called Joe Machens and they tell me the problem is solved and “Toyota” will have to reimburse for my oil changes, I currently been the owner of this vehicle for over a year and a half and I’m still paying for oil changes. I just want my money back from my oil changes that I already paid for or give me my money back that I purchased this packaged. I am Toyota owner and I love Toyota but I will not buy another vehicle from them again! Great job!
