Store is not crowded at all. Workers were nice n friendly, introduced to to new items. Went for there special on car scents $1.95. Stocked up for awhile.

Customer service was wonderful, but they were just low on stock. Ill go back :)

Love it, got 75% of of my purchase. I had 3 items and only paid $18.00. Didnt go there a lot in the past but Ill start going now. Love the variety of fragrances and most of all the discounts 🙂

Lots of new goodies and excellent service. I definitely had a great time to get in to the store because I was the only customer. This isnt the case on busy weekends. But this is one of those stores where you always get excellent service. As usual they were having a sale

Good selection of products. But the cashier a bad attitude cold and unresponsive didnt offer to assist us with anything even when asked. I would have spent more had she been helpful and friendly and less of judgemental. Wont be visiting that store any time soon. I went there because someone gave me a gift card it was my first time shopping there and very well maybe be my last.

Disappointed to find out that the coupons I received via email and mail were no good even after March 1, 2020. I was told as of today that they no longer accept coupons after the expiration date. The three days after is no longer in their policy.😟 I totally hate they changed this. Im thinking this is partially why their prices are increasing

My first time ever shopping Bath and Body Works in this mall 7-11-18 and it was THE WORST EVER! The sales associate accused me of attempting to use an invalid coupon 😡😡😡 because she failed to look at her sheet and see what the deals were for the day. Then when she realized it was valid she started rambling on about coupon fraud 😡😡😡 The next day I went again and this time it was a different associate and she tried to tell me that the marble lid candles were not on sale for $12.95 🙄🙄🙄 Then she went to scan one and they were $12.95 like I tried to tell her! Omg! Ive never seen such horrible associates in my life! Those associates need to go in training because they are clueless 😡😡😡

On September 29th I went in side of this great store and got the best service! The staff was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my shopping needs. They made shopping there very easy for a guy who hates to go shopping. After I got my things I told the manager there that I would recommend all of my friends to come there because they are not very good at shopping for women either LOL great work ladies! I thoroughly appreciate it more than you know!
