The customer service in this location is sub par at best. Employees will openly roll their eyes at you and suck their teeth. Also, this location is obviously not worried about Covid as their store is very dirty.

This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Not sure if they’re understaffed or what the issue is but I waited for over an hour and a half when they promised that my prescription would be ready. And when my prescription finally was ready, they made me get to the back of a huge line. Staff was rude and not helpful whatsoever.

The pharmacy drive through is very very slow. Be patient and be prepared to wait.

Slowest Walgreens I have ever been to, they are not considerate and never apologized for waiting in line for 1 hour for medication. Go to another Walgreens,

I have tried to call 4 times and waited on hold for a total of 20 minutes and have been hung up on once in the midst of that and STILL cannot get ahold of a pharmacist. I am a COA attempting to call in a medication for a patient...

Website and door says open till 10pm Friday night. 9:50 and she is locking the door. This is the 3rd time this has happened.If your going to close at 9:50, please change close time on your website.

I frequent this Walgreens for health care items, snacks and drinks and the photo department. I prefer this location because the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have always had great customer service from all of their staff. The pharmacy is so quick compared to others that I have been to. The photo department is awesome and I love that I can find good deals and coupon codes online to make things more affordable.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was very disappointed in the attitude of the manager when I called I usually get someone who is at least willing to help he was dry and the answer was just no I have brought majority of the book bags they have in stock for a charity event at my church and you have to watch the ads cause the sale for them goes off and on which is ridiculous but the event is this sat and Sunday they are putting them on sale again for the sale price and I asked if since I have already purchased so many and wanted to purchase lots more if I could get the sale price his response no you can not and ended the conversation really turned me off from future purchases

I went to the store on February 8th to print pictures for my daughters dance competition. I needed them pretty quickly but both kiosk were being used. Brian showed me how to download the app and I submitted my order. In 10 minutes I got a text message that my order was ready. Was not pleased with the pictures and Brian explained why it printed that way. In a hurry to leave I left my debit card and didnt realize it. Headed to Spartanburg for competition, stopped to get gas in Prosperity and realized I didnt have my card . In a panic my 14 year old calmly suggested I call Walgreens..I did and they had my card...Praise God! Brian had also left me a message about my card. So Grateful to God that Brian was honest and operates in integrity. He could have easily been rude but he wasnt. Remember I wasnt pleased with my pictures and I didnt purchase them. Friendly staff. Store looks clean but I Saw roaches in fridge section so I don’t buy food items from there. Pharmacy is nice and staff are helpful. Store looks updated compared to most drugstores nearby

Terrible pharmacy experience. When filling my prescription, they stole 2/3 of my medicine. When I called to get to the bottom of it, they denied it and brushed it aside. I will not be returning to this Walgreens in the future.

Ive been coming to this Pharmacy since it opened. I love it! The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had any errors with my prescriptions, and I get MANY filled. Lately when I drop off prescriptions at the drive-thru, however, the pickup time has greatly increased. They tell me anywhere from an hour to 2 1/2 hours. This is very inconvenient for me because I dont want to return home and come back for it.?i used to be able to drop it off and get it in 20-30 minutes. Other than that, I would reccomend this pharmacy to anyone!

Anytim e I have a problem wsith my inhaler or p rescription gets called in wrong, they fix it asap. Great group of professionals at this location. Have been with them a long time.

Im so disappointed I visited this store today and while try to check out I tried to use a coupon in the paper that the store had the cashier said they are expired so why are they still in front of the store for customers to pick up and not being honored at the register. Why are the new sale papers not out ?
