My fiancé and I went in just to look around because we needed a new mattress DESPERATELY!!! Literally the best place to buy a mattress and we didn’t feel pushed into our purchase at all. Wayne was super personable and an amazing sales associate. We had the body scan done to make sure we were able to find a mattress that best suited our needs. At the end of the day we ended up leaving with more bed/bedding gear for a price that some other companies would charge for just the mattress alone. Its so hard for many ladies to go to Matt store and just feel free trying different mattress, but Emad was very polite and knowledgeable person, he was great in showing me different type of mattress, and explain for me what type of mattress can be good fit for my need. i wasnt planing to buy at that day, and i told him that im just window shopper! but i was surprised that what i said didnt change the way he was explaining every thing for me. at the end he get the sale, and i was happy with my mattress choice, really very recommended.

My husband and I had decided to replace our old mattress, but we were at a complete loss as to what to replace it with. Mr Emad was very patient with us, I never felt he was being pushy or inattentive. He was very honest in his advice and he has years of experience to recommend him. My husband and I were very overwhelmed with all of the options, but he talked us through the different features of each type of mattress and what he thought would be a good fit based on our sleep patterns. I was apprehensive about going to a “warehouse” discount-y type store, but they carry all of the good name brands and so there is no compromise on quality. Would definitely recommend!

Emad helped us pick the perfect mattress for us. I think the store is taking Covid seriously and had steps in place that made me feel comfortable. While we did have some delays in the delivery we were warned that it would be harder to move up the delivery date than push it back. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent.

The staff and the quality of merchandise here are simply the best. Our adult daughters made a preliminary visit to check out possibilities for a new bed. They got a lot of information from the extremely knowledgeable sales personnel. When my wife and I went back with our daughters to explore further, we got the same excellent service. There was no pressure at all, and all our questions were answered patiently and clearly, and we were able to take our time in testing various possibilities. Delivery was right on schedule (we love the app that let us keep track of the delivery truck as it made its way to us), and the delivery personnel were very pleasant and efficient. The daughter with the new bed loves it. All in all, we could not have asked for a better experience.

This is our second purchase from Mattress Warehouse and I am generally pleased and will shop there again when we need another mattress. The store is clean and has a large selection of mattresses, the sales people and Tanya (the manager) are helpful and not pushy. Delivery was on-time as promised, the mattress was sealed and in good condition, and the delivery folks were polite and efficient. Overall, we are happy with the mattress we bought.The reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that their starting prices are too high and the price negotiation process feels too much like buying a used car. They will initially quote you 2x-3x what the mattress can be purchased for online and its up to you to know what a fair price really is (which is challenging because of the games played by manufacturers and resellers with model names/numbers).This is a bricks-and-mortar store and its fair and appropriate for them to charge a little more to cover their costs of sales people and showroom space. Being able to try before you buy is a valuable service and Im confident that if we had not tried several mattresses, we would not have been as happy with the final purchase. However, a little more should be 30-40%, not 200%. Unfortunately, this aspect of buying a mattress is true at most stores so do your research before you go and be prepared to negotiate a fair price. With that in mind, I recommend Mattress Warehouse as a good place to shop for a new mattress.

I spent about 4 hours in here a few days ago trying out a ton of mattresses. Dan was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and he helped me find the right mattress for me. I highly recommend coming here if you are in need of a new mattress!

I never asked for nor did I expect any refunds, I just want to make sure poor service is addressed. Email from CS about why they randomly emailed me refunding approx $50 Mr. Hernandez, you were not overcharged on your order, the refund was to compensate you due to the delivery issues you experienced. For some reason, I dont really feel compensated for having a very late delivery, having to help the guys unload and set up the bed, and hear the delivery guy griping about how hard his day was. Very disappointed with this whole experience.Edit 9/4/18 (Response to Response from Owner): I already contacted that email before and never got any responses. At this point Im honestly just disappointed at the method in which the complaint was handled, since I had originally tried to let you guys correct it before putting my review here on Google. Honestly folks, avoid this company.Original Review:Salesperson (Tanya) was fantastic, but she has been moved to Glen Burnie location. Delivery was awful, showed up nearly two hours late and I had to call at the end of the window just to get an update on where they were, when the delivery guys arrived, they didnt even come introduce themselves or verify anything just came barging up with the mattress, and my father in law and I had to help him carry the mattress up the stairs listening to him complain about how rough his day has been while his partner was in the truck?! When emailed for a review I let them know this and randomly got an email about a refund that I didnt request. Not sure it they were trying to avoid this review due to their delivery service being awful but I can tell you that I will not purchase from them again due to the delivery experience.

We recently bought a Tempurrpedic mattress and base. Naomi was our sales assistant. She provided us with excellent customer service. When the base delivered did not work for us because of the type of bed we have, Naomi immediately found a similar base that would operate properly and delivered it the next morning. So far we are very pleased with our mattress and with the service we received.

I had a great experience buying my new king size mattress. I was not pressured and was given a honest opinion about all the mattress options. I also learned alot about how to pick a mattress. My salespersons name was Emad and he was great to work with. I wouldnt have decided on something without his help. I will be back to buy another mattress soon.

According to the results, we were shown several mattresses that worked with our bodies and fit our budget. We thought the service was really good, with Hayel (our sales person) being respectful and friendly.

SCAM ALERT: The mattress I bought was quality, but the price was inflated and they engage in the typical shady mattress industry business of scamming you out of your money.FInd it cheaper elsewhere and well give you your money back, except you cant find the mattress elsewhere TECHNICALLY because the names are different even though its the same mattress.I take responsibility in not knowing much about mattress buying before I purchased my mattress here, but I know more now and its incredible how genuine and helpful the workers seem while theyre lying through their teeth.Im not a spiteful person and rarely feel this way about any business, but buyer beware of poor business practices here (and in many mattress stores, in general).Update 1: Ive e-mailed the owner, per their response to this review. Due to the importance of customer service and satisfaction (that this company also claims to believe is important), I will keep this review updated accordingly.Update 2: I e-mailed them September 25th at 11:30am, still no response and I am not surprised. Mattress Warehouse was more than happy to sell my 2 queen size and 1 twin mattress. However, when it came time for delivery our experience went from a positive one to a negative one. We were supposed to get our mattresses on Friday. The delivery was not loaded the night before so they were unable to deliver and had to push the delivery back to Wed. A second time due a mistake on their end once again, the beds were not delivered on Wed. and I was told they would be delivered on Sat! At this point we were 10 days without beds and my boys were sleeping on the floor. I ended up having the situation resolved by the Arundel, MD store even though we purchased them at the Columbia, MD store. I would not purchase beds from the salesperson in Columbia again. He was much less polite and helpful after he sold the beds. It was as if he thought the sale ended there. Very disappointing! I would purchase from Philip in Arundel, MD again. He was apologetic, took responsibility, and credited us cash back due to our inconvenience. He redeemed Mattress Warehouse.
