I like this store. Its clean, very well stocked and employees are helpful and friendly. Prices arent too bad, especially if I stick with store brands. But I have never bought a salad that turned out to be sour when I got it home!!! Its a good store.

Im visiting from out of town and was extremely pleased with my service. Due to having surgery recently the front end staff assisted me with my bags. Once home my prepared food order wasnt correct and that was remedied immediately. This shopping trip was pleasant and the food was awesome !!!

Today I experience one of the most unpleasant cashier at the Harbison location. She was rude and when the managers came over to intervene, she lied! Normally I am very pleased with their service, NOT today. I left my items and went to Walmart.

I love this Publix! The employees are so helpful and friendly. Plus the subs are awesome ! My mom used to shop at mostly Publix and since she passed away two years ago, I find myself going to Publix more because she loved it .

The employees are always willing to help and show you where a product is. They greet you as well and that is always a great sign of customer service. The store is always clean.

Its a nice grocery store. Not different from any other Publix, really. Parking isnt great but the aisles are wide enough to get carts through and everything is always clean and organized.

The workers at the deli counters are very friendly and accommodating. They really give great customer service

Very nice people but that doesnt account for the sub counter.... The fried chicken tender sub we got was so over fired and burnt we had to throw the sub out and get another lunch. Whoever did those on Saturday 8/14 around 11am needs another position in the company. Disgusting!!

Publix has the most fresh bakery items that i personal canot find at any other grocery store. The staff is very friendly and super sweet. I always go here for events and birthdays.

Worst customer service ever. My Mom and I went to the Deli to get lunch. The young man was alone (no other help) and was struggling with helping us. Its sad that Managers dont step up to help. I saw too many standing around talking or doing nothing. I will not return.

They offer an incredible level of customer service with each visit. From help in the store, to giving our kids balloons/stickers, to helping us take the groceries out to car they are fantastic!

I love public it is a clean store everything seems to be in its proper place and they have a great bakery and deli section The produce is always fresh some things a little pricey but its worth it and they normally have about anything youre looking for in that particular store Ill shop there pretty often

We ordered subs from the deli online so we could just come in and pick them up. An hour after we ordered they still hadnt even started making our sandwiches. 15 minutes after we were supposed to pick them up we speak to a manager who only offers to cancel our order after we tell them what has happened ... Worst service Ive ever had at a Publix.

Need to teach the new personal the proper way to use a bread knife/Cutting in your hand is not the correct way.and too much waste means less profits. And the lit t le mgr/w the attitude that was watching me trying to help.Management you should have made an appearance. Not enough team work in the deli dept.!

Can always find what I need. Love the BOGOs and could not leave without a sub.

This Publix is a very nice place. The people are cordial as well. The manager of the deli however doesnt know that the customers should come first. I waited in line the 5th in line over 20 mins. A person behind me then was serviced bf me. Now the lady was doing the best she could as the other workers walked around doing whatever they do behind the counter. Not once did the manager nor the other workers came to help this girl. I complained and was told well we are training a guy and he cant be over here yet. After I complain, the manager and another person magically came to help. Why did it take me complaining to have this happen? This has happened almost every time Ive come to this Publix. I was there from 4:05 until 4:40pm for a sandwich.

This is in regards to the bakery department at the Harbsion store. I ordered a cake on Thursday to pick up by 1pm on Saturday. I got to the store around 11ish and it wasnt ready. I leave and come back at 12:42 and the cake still wasnt ready. The bakery manager reiterates to me that the pick up time will be 1pm although the cake was ordered 2 days in advance. I told her thats fine but Id never order from there again. She could care less. The entire time I stood there waiting the employees were smirking and whispering. Thank God my friend was there to keep me calm.

The store is very clean and the staff is wearing masks. The carts are being disinfected and given to you by a associate. Deli area us fantastic. Bakery has so many wonderful delights to choose from. Meat department is well stocked with fresh meats. Seafood has a good selection. Grocery section has some items bought out unfortunately. Store is well organized and sale items are displayed in easy to see sections. Friendly and courteous associates checking you out and bag your groceries and offering to take to your car. Good job folks.

I dont frequent publix but now that bilo is food lion, I gave it a go today. The lady at the boars head meat cutter was so rude, short with me and loud because I was in the wrong line for a store made sub. Bilo would cut meat and cheese for my home made subs all the time. But they didnt make custom subs in store unless prepackaged. However, the nice lady at the actual sub counter in public was very friendly and pleasant and also welcoming. It really changed my experience so thank you to the lady that made our subs. She also helped a handicap shopper find chicken sandwiches even though she didnt have to. Kindness makes all the difference!

Publix is my go-to spot for subs. Way better than Subway, etc. The people are always awesome at the deli, willing to accommodate whatever you like on your sandwiches. They have other stuff like fried chicken, tenders, fries, etc but I just stick to the sandwiches. Try the 5 grain bread! Watch for the 5.99 for all subs sale... Great value.

Nice place for the wrong side of the tracks

Been shopping here a long time, but dont want to go back. Wearing masks is required, I understand that, but its so hot in that store with a mask on, my face was pouring sweat before I could get out of there. Seems to me, its a breeding ground for viruses. Maybe when we are past this mask wearing, it wont be too hot. I dont know.

Jameika did a wonderful job for my boyfriend and I. She was friendly, and professional. I will be back weekly for OUR sub.

Friendly staff not meaning management. Management not so greeting. They transferred from the Publix near Kennerly Rd

I went on Friday Feb 5 around 1230-130pm. Ben told me the wrong location to find graham cracker pie crust TWO TIMES and then Kyle at the front end was oblivious to me carrying my own groceries out. I have Achilles Tendonitis and asked the bagger to help with the groceries to the car but she said they did not have time. Several people were standing around talking, not doing anything when I limped by Kyle who I had direct eye contact with. Maybe the Harbison store does not assist customers with carrying groceries to the car like the Vista location, but ill stay with the Vista Publix.

I constantly am in this location and always finding expired items on the shelves. Always check your items and the expirations. I tried to tell one of store managers (Alan) today that something was going to be expired this coming week because I have purchased expired before and he rudely said well it’s not expired yet. Which I understand but who is buying almond butter that expires in 5 days... other groceries pull that stuff before day of. Any way the correct customer service response would have been thank you I will look into that or thank you for letting me know not combating me letting you know. I had to let employees know cheese had been expired for a month before. Check your expirations!!Update 1/21/21- THE EXPIRED STUFF I REPORTED BACK IN NOVEMBER IS STILL THERE ON THE SHELVES!! After letting them know multiple times about it!

This was such a nice experience. I usually shop at s different Publix. I decided to go to this one today. Its now my favorite! Hannah, my cashier and essential worker was sincerely nice and sweet!

Publix is VERY much into a clean environment. You are personally handed a sanitized buggy (that you just watched being wiped down). All employees wear masks. In the frozen foods cooler section, a young man was sanitizing all the handles. There is a hand sanitizer dispenser on your way out. The one-way isles (clearly marked at both ends of each isle) provide more distancing because you dont have head-on foot traffic crowding your space. Of course, you probably would expect this with the incredibly friendly and helpful staff and with the numerous awards Publix has received. And, by the way, the pharmacy is the same way (Nancy is awesome)!

Publix is always a great place to shop. Its always clean, the lighting is Perfect and the staff ROCK!! I can always find what other stores dont. Especially during the beginning of pandemic. Most stores ran out of Meats like smoked Turkey wings or Steaks and when they did, Publix had it!

I was extremely disappointed this year. Ive had my seasonal flu shot at this location for past 3 years. I called 2 days before my visit (I had to arrange transportation) to ensure they had the vaccine. They said they did. When I got there, I was told they didnt have it yet.
