I have lowered my rating of this Publix. I have been there many times and continue to run into the same issue with staffing and stocking. While the front-end staff are wonderful in every way, the availability of products (salmon after 7pm, coconut pies and such) is virtually nonexistant due to closed store sections, staffing or availability of product or someone has to enter the pies into the computer to be sold etc. If I ask staff, I find that no one can work in that section after some particular time, no one is qualified to check for product in the back or has the time to enter the pies into the system for sale. They declare this and dont seem to care if the customer is there. I will start shopping elsewhere. This has happened on many occasions and for the last three days in a row. I recommend that shoppers consider another business until this store can catch up. At my Trader Joes (much farther away) they leave the salmon OUT so people can buy it, the stock is (in the computer) on the shelves and staff are HAPPY to walk you to get whatever you need if you cant find something.

Very clean and friendly staff. They had a small amount of gluten free stuff but the scattered throughout the store. The staff was so friendly when I was asking where allergen friendly foods were. The parking lot was fairly big so there’s definitely enough parking. They were definitely a little over priced.

Clean, customer service oriented store. Easy to find items and is well lit. Lines are not exceptionally long and staff does a good job of manning the registers. New self-serve checkout registers really speed up the shopping experience.

Very friendly staff . great bakery with friendly staff. great deli with amazing employees. a great meat department with extremely helpful and knowledgable workers. So overall everything is top-notch and what you would expect from Publix grocery stores

Clean store. The first thing you see upon entering is an employee wiping down the carts, then distributing them to guests. The employees wore masks and almost everyone in the store wore masks as well, with a couple of exceptions. The aisles are tight, as is the parking lot, but the selections are great.

Good grief! Its just too small.. too crowded.. Isles, parking lot, and check out. Build a bigger store near by or add on please!!!

Your bag boy Mike has a lot to learn about customer service if a customer is talking to you you should not be looking off into space felt like I was talking to a wall. If I’m trying to tell you how to bag groceries and you’re staring off into space and pretending like I don’t even exist of course I’m gonna look at your cashier and explain it to her in the fact that you had the nerve to say why didn’t you tell me well I tried thank God that order that I was doing wasn’t for me because I wouldn’t left that shiiiiiii there and left…out. I have been in retail for 10 years do better and for my personal shopping I will not be back. This is coming from someone who never leaves the reviews so that just tells you how uncomfortable I felt

Its a nice clean store.It has lots of buy one get one free deals every week. Their regular prices are a bit on the high side but the buy one get one free deals and sometimes their sales make them more reasonable for the price conscious shoppers. A good feature of their buy one free deals is that if you just buy one it is half price.At the moment they are being very conscientious about keeping the shopping carts clean. They have an employee stationed at the entrance wiping down the handles when the carts are returned by shoppers.

Awesome, friendly, helpful employees who always greet you with an enthusiastic Hello! Everything is always in stock and great selection of items from around the world! My only complaint with Publix, in general, is how narrow the aisles are. This seems to be true at every Publix I shop at. Never-the-less, everything else the excel in far outweighs a narrow aisle.

Went in to grab a few items at lunch for dinner. The store is ALWAYS clean. The heavenly smell coming from the bakery as you walk in is just a bonus.

I was told about Publix from a friend and they are a excellent store to shop at. Theyre fruit is actually the freshest and I always get my fruit from them before any other store.

Publix is always a great place to shop. Unfortunately this time I couldnt find my cats Rachel Ray Indoor Cat food. Granted I was at another Publix, but I thought they all pretty much carried the same thing.

Expensive, 6 people behind the counter at the meat department. No one waited on me, only one person in front of me. Employees chatting and laughing among themselves. Was told someone would be with me in a moment, 15 minutes later and no one has offered to help me. Bought prepackaged meat and I left. Rosewood Publix. Expensive and dismissive. The male cashier was not interested in making eye contact. He asked me how I was doing. When i told him i was well, and asked how he was doing he did not respond. He handed me my receipt and before i could put my change in my purse he had moved on to the next person in line. Also, there was nothing to sanitize the carts with and 70% of the shoppers were not wearing mask....

The customer support here was above exceptional. The store itself was out of order, stuff was thrown everywhere and not organized. stories was very small and they should consider expanding a bit.

Publix is Great place to shop with every necessary food item that I need! Thanks!

Update:9-2021-They STILL DON’T Have the Boars Head Products!!!*8-2021* -They were out of ALL Boars Head products. Besides that it was a typical Publix experience. Customer service is always timely and the Cashiers are always pleasant.

Fast and friendly. I love how the Caucasian employees are soooo warming And helpful to African American patrons. No discrimination

Store is always clean, shelves are always fully stocked, meat and veggies are always fresh, and the employees always greet the customers. Love shopping at this store.

Consistent with most other Publix stores: clean, good variety, good parking, friendly staff. Love the grab-n-go options in the deli case for lunchtime instead of going through a drive-thru.

Although it is an excellent supermarket and caters to all my grocery and baking needs, I had a really bad experience with the blowing of balloons. They charge a decent amount for blowing up helium balloons and I got a lot of them blown. But the sad and really frustrating part was, the balloons did not stay afloat even for 24 hours. It was really disheartening to see the balloons lying on the floor the next day. I honestly dont know how the balloons wee blown, But ya, My birthday plans suffered

This Publix is usually stocked with the items I need when I need them. The workers are always friendly and willing to help and the satire is organized and clean.

The only thing I did not like was the wait! the woman at the register said 15 min. If I had not checked with her who knows how long I would have been there
