Got a oil change my first time there and they didnt properly place the splash guard back on my car and it partially came off while on the highway. Took it back and didnt make a fuss. After all, mistakes happen.Took it back a few months later to get a bunch of work done and found it was incredibly expensive so I took it somewhere else to get some of the work done and got the remainder done at Midas. It wasnt cheap but it saved me a couple hundred to go to two different shops.Went for an oil change and a break check today and prices went up. On top of that I rescheduled from yesterday because they were short staffed. I still needed to leave the car there.To be 100% honest Im just done dealing with the hassle. Being nickel and dimed when theyve done sub par work in the past. Theres no loyalty to the customer. The staff were perfectly fine though, no complaints there.

As an veteran, I highly, urgently, and strongly recommend to avoid this place to do any kind of car services. I went in for a car inspection and came out paying almost $300 for two tires they said I needed so I can pass my car inspection. However, I was given a military discount for $30 bucks. Still close to $300. The price is astronomical compared to other places I usually go to get my car service. I always tend to do price comparison before making a purchase decision, however it was a last minute thing that I needed and the spot was available to get my car inspected. They are way over priced. I understand trying to go by the books and policy to make money but when it is unbearable and over priced you are loosing great potential customers. The price should always be reasonable and fair. I just got this car and it is kind of new well new to me but a very good used car that had low miles when I bought it. Besides the point, this place will definitely find ways to drain the pockets. Please, I highly and strongly advised you guys to not use this place to do any kind of car services. I hate to be last person posted, I told you so. And you were right, I should have listened.My two front tires that they changed has almost 10 psi in them which too much air in the tires. I let the guy know that too much air is in the tires and he told me that it will adjust and should go down when I drive it. It has been over an hour now and my tire pressure is still too high. They put too much air in my two front tires. They supposed to check and put air in all the tires exactly the same amount to have balance. I am livid right now. I am very dissatisfied with this place. This place is doing a disservice to potential customers.I asked for corporate number and they couldnt even provide me the number to call and make a complaint. But Google will be my friend today because I am going to call, write a letter, and demand some kind of adjustments so they can overall improved with this place of business. The guy did offered me two oil changes for free in the future for the dissatisfaction I experienced and to not make a formal complaint to corporate. I did not consent to that but I received the two free oil changes coupon or papers he gave me. However, I do not think I would go back to this place. It cost too much for my expectations.This is how they treat someone who thought to serve in this country to get such horrendous and overpriced service. It is deplorable. I am ashamed of this business overall service.Please, I say again, Do not let this place rob or drain you of your hard earned money. Its a money pit.

I gave this place my last few dollars on 9/14/21. Prior to that they did some other services for me too that were all more than $400 - $1900. My car has broke down on me again today smh. I have visited this place multiple times in the past 3 months - 6 months, and you would think they would be able to narrow down what the true problem is with my car! So you know what, I’m going to take my hard earn funds as a single mom to the Dealership going forward even for oil changes!

Office was spotless and young gentleman excellent other workers extremely slow. Young man handled my car with knowledge and accuracy immediately. Others in my opinion lazy. Blonde hair young gentleman.

Avoid this place, i came for oil change, oil filter, air filter. They tried to cheat me to replace rotors ( dont need to) and brake pads( yeah may need to). He charge too much. I said no. He did not like it when i change my mind. I paid 110 for oil, oil filter, air filter. I run for a week, my car said no oil or low oil level on the reading screen. I Checked my car later there is no oil at all. I mean NOTHING AT ALL.FOR YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR FAMILY LIFE. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE. Thank you Paul for doing that to my car.

I went in today to get an oil change and the place was so comfortable and homey I definitely will be coming back. Rich and cyndey were great as well really showed me great professionalism and very much helpful their customer service was so awesome it made my day. Definitely would recommend Midas on hardscrabble road

The people at Midas were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process of fixing my car. They answered my questions thoroughly and communicated well during the day, letting me know the timeline and any adjustments that were needed. I am extra appreciative because they worked really hard to ensure they got it done as fast as possible so I could get back to my regular routine. They even waited a couple minutes late after closing for me to get there to pick up my car, as I couldnt get there any earlier, but worked early the next morning and needed my car. I will definitely go back with any needs I have and would recommend them to anyone needing car repairs!

The staff was extremely pleasant upon my arrival. Cindy and Paul greeted me with genuine smiles before offering their assistance. I went in for what I thought would be a new rotor and caliper to my front passenger side, but soon found that I had more issues. Cindy walked me the the issues as she explained the type of events that could cause the issues. I wasn’t simply told, she explained throughly and showed me the wear to the other front rotor and why it occurred. Of course, I was looking at an unexpected expense that I wasn’t prepared for. I expressed this to Cindy and she explained other payment options to me. The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, taking extra care with my vehicle. I was even given a loaner, so that I wouldn’t be inconvenienced by the time it took for my repairs. This staff is simply AMAZING!!!!! I have worked in customer service for 21 years and it’s not often I am impressed by the customer service I encounter. But this staff went above and beyond to give me quality service and they made me feel that I mattered, not only as a customer, but as a person. Because of the service I received at this location, I will NEVER go anywhere else for my vehicle maintenance! Low prices don’t win customers over, excellent customer service does!! This is not a good place to get your car repaired. Cindy is a horrible person. She made a list of things I needed to get fixed and what end up taking my car there for the problem still exist. DO NOT GO HERE. I BEG YOU!! Young mechanics have no idea what they are doing.

Everyone was very professional. They signed everyone in as they arrived. I had a oil change and a tire rotation. I was finished within 45 minutes. They even used a coupon and saved me some money.
