Had a recall for an airbag, which they took care of, and had them do an oil change and check the fluids, etc. They took care of it all easily and had the car ready on time!

This review is for Apple Ford’s Quick Lane service. To say unacceptable and unprofessional would be an understatement. I went in only to get an oil change. The moment they changed the oil and left the shop, they claimed “the vehicle just shut off and won’t start back up.” I have had literally ZERO issues with my car and I’ve taken it to this location several times previously with no issues, but the day I bring it to only get an oil change, SUDDENLY it’s broken and won’t start??? Give me a break. The mechanics rigged my car somehow and tried to tell me it was the alternator or engine and I needed to pay for the full diagnostic. I went back in the shop myself and had them show me the test in front of me and voila! Alternator test passed! Coincidence? I think not. I went back and forth for 7 total hours in one day with the service advisor and mechanic who both were disrespectful and had great acting skills telling me they did nothing wrong. Come on guys. I know it’s a pandemic. I know you need business. I know you’re trying to take advantage of people. Just stop. I was there 7 total hours, they intentionally kept me waiting, they denied me a loaner when I said I had to get back to work, then told me verbatim, “ma’am keep it down. I have customers in here. Your best bet is to go to enterprise which is right around the corner” all because I wouldn’t let them service it and pay for the diagnostic. UNACCEPTABLE. All it needed was a battery folks!!! Which of course I didn’t buy from them. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Don’t be fooled. I knew they were trying to fool me, but wouldn’t let it slide and it they made it a complete disaster because of it.
I was initially told a part would be in on a Tuesday or Wednesday and ended up in a rental vehicle for over a week. The part that I needed did not arrive on time to the dealership. In addition to the cost for repairs, Im also out the cost to rent a car while Apple Ford held onto my car unable to do anything. It is of course understandable that shipping issues arise, but it would have been helpful to receive updates earlier on so that I could plan to keep my vehicle until parts arrived or just to know that Id be wasting money on a rental for essentially no reason. At least theyre friendly.
Apple Ford Service is the best out there. My advisor, David Chavies, is awesome. His knowledge of ford trucks is the best Ive ever seen. He is friendly, kind and very attentive to all our needs. We are a customer for life.

Last week my partner and I purchased 2 cars from this dealership with DANIEL. He was super professional the entire way through, knowledgeable, and he was honest. We didn’t purchase the first day but we returned the next day confident and ready to own both used vehicles. Daniel was understanding and was extremely flexible.And almost each and every salesperson in that building acknowledged us. Constantly checking in on us and even thanked us many times for our patience and purchaseCan’t forget about the financial manager, ROB! He was also professional and didn’t give normal dealership b.s. He even gave some financial literacy info which goes a long way! I would definitely recommend this dealership and getting their PLATINUM program.

Dylan Eckhart did a wonderful job of representing the vehicle online since we have this new normal! The navigator was beautiful as he described spotless as he described.... he was attentive, responsive and took care of all of my concerns! Congratulations to him and a very impressive dealership! I rented a car and drove down to pick up the vehicle yesterday and they even took care of my rental car return.
If you can avoid it DO NOT get your vehicle serviced at this dealership! The only thing that I would recommend at this place is to get your oil changed and tires rotated at the Quick Lane. If you own a truck dont let them do the free car wash either, trust me on this one! Have them show you how they have to drive your vehicle through the wash and youll see what I mean. Its ridiculous for a dealership to have this kind of setup.
Darrian and Curtis both helped me out a ton. I had an electrical problem with my car, under warranty, and brought it in. COVID had affected the arrival of the part, so Darrian was able to help me secure a rental car. That ended up lasting for a few months, but Darrian followed up with me and his manager constantly to keep reupping the rental. Not only that, but a problem arose when I picked the car up after the electrical part came in. Darrian helped me get a tow back to the shop, and was able to also help me with receiving repairs on that problem under warranty as well. Very professional experience!
I have praised Apple Fords off site Quick Lanes service station many times (which is only 2 blocks down the road.) But due to the panidemic, my only option was Quick Lanes at the dealership. I have been there twice, both visits wasted a large chunk of my day . If you can wait until the off site service is up and running, I recommend you do just that. You will have a much better experience.
I’ve purchased two vehicles over the past six years ( someone hot and totaled my first one). The experience was good but the best part is the service. Very punctual, honest, highly professional. There are two customer lounges and I go for the one with open desk, cubicle so I can get my work done while I wait for servicing. They are typically ready before I’m done!

Hadnt planned on buying a new vehicle but Ford was offering 0% interest, so it just made sense. Given that we were in the midst of COVID-19 I tried to be as patient and reasonable as possible but the internal communication at this dealer is basically non-existent, and after getting the keys to the truck, not one employee at this dealer ever returned a phone call. Over a month after they assigned the wrong truck to my loan, they still had not fixed it (even though they promised it was done) and I had to call multiple times over 3 days just to try to get an answer. When they finally got two people working together they promised to give me a call tomorrow to confirm everything was fixed, and a week later Ive still not received that call. I will not be giving this dealer any more business in the future, completely unprofessional and in the world of sales and customer service, they could not even muster the bare minimum of effort.To give credit where it is due the only reason this dealer did not get one star is because Dusty in the service center actually did a great job with getting a missed damage issue taken care of and keeping me informed through the process.

Poor communication, not returning emails with answers to my questions and pressuring me to defy a stay at home order and we deemed our one trip essential. I asked to have the manager contact me and emailed him questions. Ive not heard back except an email with supposed attachments. None and I replied back saying that. On that email he said the driver never got out of the car, evaluation of our trade was done visually and thats not true. The car was gone for about 10 minutes and was parked, keys handed back to us and NO disinfectant done, and we left. Im still waiting to get a reply from the manager with attachments he says he has that are to contain the numbers of their offer, got no explaination about the evaluation of the trade and have reached out via email with no response. That all took place between end of month March and all of April, 2020. Such a run around no sale.

They call it Quick Lane but you have to wait 3 hours before your car might have oil changed.
Took my running 2005 Ford Mustang in for air bag recall, had them look at the check engine light that another mechanic could not reset. Dropped it off running with no engine issues and now am stuck with a torn apart car that supposedly needs a new motor. They have had it over a month, did not contact me with any updates unless i reached out to them and are not helpful at all. I will never take a vehicle there again.
Ive purchased tires from them twice. I shopped around all over Columbia and they are by far the least expensive (by $60 on one tire installment). They also provide a shuttle service if youre local. The gentleman at the front desk is professional and efficient.
Two waiting rooms made physical separation easy. Employees and customers were wearing masks as well so waiting for the vehicle was a breeze.

I arrived at 630 am on a Saturday morning. Its first come first serve and doors open at 700 am. I was sixth in line and was only getting an oil change and front brake pads replaced. Im still here and its almost 7 hours later. They didnt have the brake pads in stock supposedly and had to order them from across town. The brakes were way overpriced as well, about 2 to 3 times the prices I found online. When I asked why I was told your brakes are special. Literally every person and car thats here after me have been serviced and are gone. If you can get serviced elsewhere, do it. Every time I come here theres some issue or unexpected cost or it takes all day to do a routine maintenance item....
I typically go here for all three of my vehicles that need servicing. Never again. I called ahead of time to ask if they do inspections, I was told yes and that I did not need an appointment, only to drop off before 10am. We went this morning and were told they do not do inspections, and to check with the dealership. Walk over and the dealership only does by appointment during the week. So we asked if we could leave the car for a simple oil change (I mean, we are already here so might as well). The gave us directions to the quick lane down the road and refused to service the vehicle, said the one down the road would be faster. We go to the other quicklane and they told us by appointment only and no same day appointments. This was ridiculous - sending your customer on a wild goose chase when they had to know these places do appointment only, and I called ahead of time to avoid this problem. Waste of time and I will never waste my money here again. On service or new vehicles.
Hello! It wasnt Quick Lane, but the Main Service Dept., that was fantastic. Excellent explanation of repairs needed, extremely excellent customer inter action, timely repair. I would recommend my family and friends.
They have a satellite office a few blocks away from the main dealership that does oil changes and tire work I’ve been coming here for year and a half and they’ve never had hot water in there bathrooms. Been hearing for year and a half that they’re working on getting new hot water heater. I feel sorry for the employees knowing that they have to go throughout the day with dirty hands
I have purchased many Fords over the years from several different ford dealers this dealer was by far the worst with customer service once they get your money they are pretty much done with you i am only giving 1 star because i have to to move forward never ever again will i go here

Very suspicious of part that just happened to break while a technician drove my car. Came in today for my schedule oil change for my ford flex. My car also has 100K miles and agreed to have our spark plugs changed as well. After my service was completed I was told that the technician heard a knocking noise when he drove my car and that my sway bar had become detached and needed to be repaired. My husband and I had just drove 200 miles yesterday and heard Absolutely no knocking noise. I leave from my appointment with what now sounds like the undercarriage of my car is ready to fall out. I immediately returned to the quick lane and informed them that my car was not making that noise prior to coming here today. Their replied was they cant explain the coincidence of why it just so happened to make that noise right after my oil change and spark plugs. Unfortunately my hands are tied and now I have to spend an additional hundred and some dollars for a sway bar the just so happened to fall off ever so conveniently today.....after they worked on it......I smell a scam

Scheduled my appointment for a routine oil change and told them that I will be needing a new tire as one of them was damaged from a pothole. Three days later when I show up they tell me that I would need to come back the next day as they need to order the tire. Had no choice so I came back the next day.... no apology. On top of that as I was about to leave I noticed that they forgot to put my hubcap back on. So I had to go back in. The mechanic brought it out and put it back on.......who by the way was the first person to say he was sorry.

I came in for a 10am appt. at 1040 my car is still sitting in the parking lot. So i go to the desk and ask how long it will be. My appt was at 1000 and it hasnt moved. He says it takes about an hour. He then proceeds to get my car keys and tells me i can reschedule. I said i need it done i don’t want to reschedule i just want to know when you think it will be done. He said 11. I said ok if it’s 1040 and takes an hour how will it be done at 11. So i just went and sat down. He proceeds to come in the waiting room in front of everyone and say well let me educate you on how this works. I said i know how it works i have been here many times. Then tells me it only takes 20 min to change my oil. I said ok what about rotate my tires, check my brakes etc. it will be done at 11. Are you gonna wait? I said obviously i am sitting here. Well 1105 he says it done. I look at my report. And it says everything is fine. I said they checked my brakes, he said yep. I said that’s funny because they last time i was here they said they would probably need to be changed because they were getting pretty thin and my alignment was off. But apparently everything is magically back to normal. That’s ok i will go to my mechanic friend and have him take a look and you all will be hearing from me. Customer service is a Zero.
