Paid $143 after taxes, and was told I would have to wait an hour but ended up waiting more than 3 hours. The quality of the repair was poor, the edges of my phone are scratched. The person who did the repair did not mention the phone would not be waterproof after being repaired and asked me to sign an agreement with a very limited warranty. Do not compromise the appearance of your phone, it’s better to take it to Best Buy. Not worth it...

DONT USE THEYRE WORK IS JUNK!! We paid $131.74 to repair a tablet and they did a horrible job. The edge of the tablet was rough and the face of the tablet had a crack in the corner. He refused to warranty his work. After this I checked Better business and apparently others have had issues as well.

Honest, excellent service. Brought in a water damaged iPhone which he ran full diagnostics on. Replacing screens is about 1/5th the cost of going to Apple. I recommend and will definitely use them for any future phone issues.

I went in the mall at about 2:45 with a white cracked iPhone 6 Plus, paid for it and went to get a car wash, came back at about 3:10 or so and it was already done with my nice black and gold iPhone. Looks amazing and just like new, and especially with the black and gold color combo its the best my phone has ever looked. So pretty much very fast service, decently affordable although no place is cheap. Hopefully I dont have to go get my phone repaired again but if I ever do I will definitely go there!

If I could rate no stars I would. Mr. Fix It is Horrible!!! The screens are extremely cheap. I literally dropped my phone on the floor at home and the entire screen shattered. The prices are cheap for a reason because there’s no quality in their products. Not to mention they don’t give you any warranty period if you cracked your screen after they repair it. Originally when I got it done my screen sensitivity was off bc I would have to press the buttons harder than normal and it would constantly type a different letter than the one I chose. Then the cheap screen cracked and they offered $10 off when I had already paid $80. Bad customer service because while I’m talking the employer kept talking over me and cutting me off to justify any concern I had. So I could barely get a word out. Smh. It’s just an all around horrible experience and I’ve given them two chances too many with my screen repairs. I’d rather just pay apple for the quality and longevity.

Took it back from him to repair it and he said it was our fault the screen was messing up when there was no way because we put a tempered glass and put it in an otterbox! He refused to put my old screen on and refund us our money! I recommend not going here! Terrible customer service and he definitely doesnt know what hes doing when it comes to repairs! I went to buy a screen protector and the employee was trying to put it on and he went through 4 screen protectors before I told him that I just wanted to buy the phone case and when I told him to please not put my phone in the new phone case, he did it anyway and I couldnt understand a word he said and neither could my friend. Do NOT go here. These people are SCAM ARTISTS!!When my husband approached this establishment, he asked them if this was as former company. (My husband was looking for a former company that had been bought out and changed the name) They said YES this was the former company of _________.My husband wanted his iPhone 6s plus factory unlocked. They wanted $181 to unlock the phone. My husband paid it, was told to wait 1-7 days where they would text him to come back and unlock the phone. When my husband read the receipt it said 7-15 days. My husband wanted to clarify this and was told that is a standard amount of time and was assured it would not take that long. After a week went by, my husband tried to calk and had MULTIPLE employees after several MN like a pick up the phone and hang up, every time my husband called. This was disgraceful. As a company, who does? 15 days go by.. no word. 21 days go by.. STILL NOTHING. FINALLY After THIRTY days and multiple threats from my husband (and his attorney) we were finally refunded. The headache and aggravation is NOT WORTH IT. Not to mention the poor customer service to a well paying customer.You can unlock the iphones through apple, online, for $100. YouTube itDont waste your precious time, money, or sanity.
