Estevan is a customer service beast! I came in heated and he tackled my issue while helping literally 6 other customers at the same time. Extremely knowledgeable about all the products and services, and knocked ALL of us out in a very timely manner. I would very much like to buy from Estevan again in the future 💯

She was SUPER knowledgeable & excelled at delivering/introducing me to a new device. My experience here was stellar and look forward to returning.
After leaving Verizon years ago, T-Mobile is not only an outstanding performance company, what they hire some of the greatest people I have ever met regardless of the concern or issue you have. Esteban, Leslie have been incredibly helpful at the store on to notch as well as Michael and Jade in the sand hills store! They should all get huge raises!

Was the worst experience ive had in a Tmobile location. One employee was outside on the phone which wasnt a good sign. I came there on Sunday, Oct 4th 2020 and really needed a new phone bc my phone that i had wasnt showing a blank black screen when people called me. When i came in i was greeted but one employee was on the phone playing games and the employee that was helping me wasnt as knowledgeable about the phones and when he tried to get help it seem like the othe employee that was too busy playing his game. I pay for service and it was like they didnt want my money or just didnt really care if i was there or not. Your stlre didnt have the color phone i wanted so i definitely went to another store which was sandhills location. oh yea i got quoted a whole different price when i was at this location and the actually store i went too said they quoted me way too much for the down payment. which i thought was ridiclous and wierd but all in all i wont be recommending or coming back to this store at all. Customersare priority not an after thought and it seems like customer care isnt your stores concern. God Bless and hope yall do better!
Not helpful. My phone was acting up. I was told it needed cleaning. Wow! Just purchased two months ago.
After going through drama for the past 2 weeks with customer support over the phone Leslie at the T Mobile store on Two Notch got me squared away. She was very professional friendly and knowledgeable.

Me and my wife went to go upgrade her phone. Because her previous LG g4 was bricked by a brilliant update that also bricked my g4. So she wanted the g5 knowing it was a better phone. We were helped by a young man named Robbie I think his name was. And he was extremely out to lunch with his service for us. My wife asked him questions about her phone bill being paid a long with the upgrade and he said that it was going to be included in the total. Little did we know he was lying. A few days later after the billing period we received a late payment fee for the missed payment. We found out that he didnt include the bill pay at all. So a few days later her lg g5 bricks as well with an update and wont turn on or anything (brick meaning the device becomes useless). So we returned to the store and we were helped by another gentleman who instead of focusing on us the customer, he would rather talk and joke around with his fellow employees. Im okay with that as long as you arent making us feel less important because our phone is broken and youre taking our time by discussing silly things with coworkers. After that he tells us that the only way to get the new replacement phone is to have it shipped to the store directly. That is also a lie because I had my replacement phone sent to my house in TN and sent the broken one back to t-mobile distro. Long story short, dont go to this t-mobile store. They are extremely unprofessional.
If I could leave less than a one star review I would. My friend and I came in to inquire about me getting a new line. 2 young ladies were talking to a guy. Then mid age woman with dark hair asked if we have been helped yet we said no and she proceeded with her conversation. They were on their phones and talking about how cute something was on the phone. We stood there for another 5 minutes opened up the cook book on the counter read through half and just left. They watched us leave cause we looked at themLooking at us. The white guy was with a customer but the other two weren’t doing anything. I won’t return just cause of bad customer service

T-Mobile on Forest Dr in Columbia SC sold my wife a replacement phone she didnt need, because the old one was under warranty, then lied and said headphones, case and car charger was included. When I received my T-Mobile bill was charged separately for everything. Bottom line the T-Mobile store at Forest Dr in Columbia SC lied! However the T-Mobile on Two Notch in Columbia tried to make everything right, gave us refund on unneeded phone and all accessories. They ordered a replacement phone for my wife.
So, my LG 4 crashed and burned today. Went to this store to get a new one.I asked for a phone with a fantastic camera and was sold an LG Stylo 3. Turns out, this camera is 3 mp less in selfie mode and 3 mp less in picture taking mode.Also, the sales guy, who was nice enough, kept trying to slip things onto my phone to upsell. In fact, he added on the glass protector without asking. Not a huge deal... Except that the glass cover was $40. He acted like it came with the phone and before I asked him if it was an extra charge for the thin glass protector, he said it was in what he quoted me earlier. What hed quoted earlier, he made sound like it was part of the package that came with the phone. Same with the phone case, but I knew better and asked about that up front.I dont know much about phone specifics and I trust people to help me get in and out with exactly what I want. Will be going back tomorrow, probably to a different store... After I visit a family member who is in the hospital.Argh.
