They claim they are open but you can’t enter the store and shop. I have a broken tank and they don’t have the glass I need. I’d probably buy a new tank from them but I can’t even browse and look at them, I have no idea what’s for sale inside. Pick a different place

Vaping Zone has been my GO TO online vaping source for years now.When I place an order, I get an immediate confirmation of the order being placed. Within a half an hour, in changes to In Process. Another half hour and it changes to Complete. If I place order early enough in the day, it goes straight from complete to shipping and I know that within about 3 days itll be in my mailbox. Super service like that is getting tougher and tougher to find. Take it from a 50 something year old, who remembers what real customer service is all about.

Vaping Zone has been my goto for eliquid. They are very professional, and answer all of my questions about vaping.

Wont allow customers inside, doesnt have coils for two of my 2020 tanks.

The staff is friendly. Most of the time I am greeted by name and am in and out in about 10 mins depending on how busy they are. The products are good. I usually get a battery every year since I work a lot outside. The juice is great as well. So far my favorites are Smokey Mountain and Blue Dragon. Definitely check them out!

Great Juice, Decent prices. You have to take the service with a grain of salt, this is a website, with a brick and mortar location. You walk in, log in on one of their computers and place your order. Expect the staff to have expected YOU to have done some research. Once they get to know you though, they are really friendly, and take your opinions to heart.

We ordered some juice from Vaping Zones online store and the package was lost in the mail. Rather than sympathizing and making an effort to keep our business, the Vaping Zone employees we spoke with (Amanda and her Manager), shrugged off the blame to the post office and made no effort to reimburse us or offer a discount.Now instead of becoming long time, repeat business customers; my father and I will no longer be shopping with Vaping Zone. If you are looking for a good and reliable Vape Shop I would look elsewhere.

I gave this store a 2 star review because the prices are good. HOWEVER, when I walked in to the store, I felt quite uncomfortable. It didnt look like a traditional vape shop- there was little to no products on display, boxes all around and there were 4 employees sitting/standing around inside (none of them had greeted me or asked me if I needed help), and, for some reason a BABY and a DOG...Which REALLY caught me off guard because the place was FULL of vape fog.I decided to speak first and ask if they had the product I was looking for (since all of the employees were still just staring at me), one of the employees jumped up, said that they did carry what I was looking for and went into a back room. The employee came back out with what I had asked for, then took forever to ring it up and complete the transaction. I left the store without any of the employees thanking me for coming in and purchasing from their store.Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to this store as I felt like my business wasnt appreciated at all.

I recently made an online order for 30 ml of BlackBerry Juice concentrate and recieved just half a bottle. It could have been error in filling it or maybe leaked out I dont know. This is where you know a bad company from a good company......customer service. I called vapingzone up and they apologized and told me to keep the half bottle and they sent out a full 2nd bottle which i recieved within a couple of days. Cant ask for better customer service than that.

All the staff are rude. The process of buying fluid is confusing and none of the staff will helpm. They sold me an $80 bottle of fluid and failed to mention that it would melt the acrylic tank that I bought from them. When I brought it back they refused to do anything about it. Worst place for vaping in South Carolina.

Im honestly surprised to see 1 star reviews. I stopped in because i was close to their store and just broke my baby beast tank. The gentleman that greeted me was amazing, he had a wide selection of parts, and had my exact tank for a decent price that even came with replacement glass so i could fix my broken one also - well worth the money. He asked about juice so i figured Id see what they had since it looked like they make the juice to order, and they do. Told him i like a green apple one i had so he showed me a kiosk and recommended a green apple kiwi. He put the online order in for me and got my stuff ready while i set up an account which wasnt an annoyance since i plan on using them again anyways. He offered to prime the coil and get everything ready for me which was very nice. Once i used the new baby beast with their juice i was impressed - i like the juice i got from them a lot more than my old stuff and the new tank worked great - no leaks at all which i usually have an issue with and very clear juice!

Not the easiest place to find if you arent from the area, gps had me going all weird. I usually order online and have it shipped to me, but I was in the area so I thought I would stop by to save shipping cost. Their juice is amazing and the cost is unbeatable. And the service is fast! My only gripe with them is that you cant just walk in, talk to a person order and pay. You have to order on the computer, so you have to create a log in and order on a kiosk. Well when I got in there I couldnt remember my login so I had to go back out to the car to get my phone to order where I had my login info saved. Not really a problem, just an inconvenience, but is it really that hard to order from a person?

Good juice. This is were my sister bought her first vale kit. Prices on hardware is quite expensive. The juise they make is a excellent quality at an excellent price. You dont pay through a cash register you have to order it online on there computers. Its very annoying. Other than that great service.

Hard place to review because it isnt what you normally expect from a vape shop. They primarily do mail-order but do offer counter service. The staff is friendly but often seems rushed or distracted when it comes to helping. Fantastic selection and decent prices, but you really need to know what you want before you go.

Meh. Its not a conventional vape store, but they offer a very great selection of made in house juices. Kinda reminds you of a distribution center when you walk in. As far as customer service, it varies. They all act different on different days and no two employees are the same. Cant say Ive reached regular status enough to get the full experience, but Ive bought juice, tanks, batteries, and a mod from here. No complaints about the products- service isnt best, but not worst.

Have been here two or three times and always regret not making the extra long drive to Two Notch or Lexington for a different vape store. Bought a coil rebuild kit for the aspire Triton and they told me it would have everything I need to start building my own coils. Even gave me some real advice that I WOULD mess up my first build. OK cool good advice. They will not show you how to build or even help you build the coils because getting sued or something like that. Whatever. Told to go home and YouTube it. Get home to find one pre-spun coil ready to go but no other wire. Just like he said I messed up the first (and only) coil and now Im stuck here with nothing. How could you remember to tell me Ill mess up the first and not recommend buying wire with the kit? I was told the kit had everything I needed!Cant sample juices if you have a tank, can only smell them. Bought some Fruit Loops juice because it smelled good got home and immediately threw it away. Cant use words to describe how bad it tasted. I dont like how you are forced to the computer for all the products. General grumpy/non-caring attitude from most employees mixed with higher than normal prices make me avoid this place whenever possible even though its so close.

When I logged into the website of Vaping Zone, I didnt know that they had such a wide range of e-cigarettes and its accessories. They even sell the USB cable which can be used to charge the e-cigarettes. Its a relief that there are also some online source from where I can buy even the smallest accessory which complements e-cigarette.

Ive been going to this place for almost 3 years now they got me set up with a E-cig when I first quit cigarettes and now to fully blown mods. Very helpful crew everyone is very friendly and respectful witch I appreciate. They are very knowledgeable about what they are providing to customers. I also want to point out that last week I returned a brand new mod that was defective out of the box. 2 days later I returned the mod with receipt In hand told they guys what was going on and they gladly replaced it with another new one. They definitely stand behind there Warranty. I have absolutely no complaints about the vaping zone team. Even down to the ladies preparing customers vape juice there very helpful and knowledgeable on flavors and finding what the customer likes. Replace the V with a R and itll describe your experience at this store. The guys that work there are nice, but the owner lacks basic courtesy and customer service skills. I bought a battery from them and spent over $150 on my first visit, despite the annoying Internet process. The first time I went to charge my battery, it just completely died. They looked at it and agreed it was some kind of mechanical malfunction. I didnt even expect him to replace it straight out, I would have been happy with just half off the battery I was going to buy to replace it. I asked the owner if he would do that for me, since my boyfriend and I were planning on buying juice, along with a whole new kit for him. The owner refused and said hed only give me half of what I spent on the original battery (that was basically defective and worked for two weeks.) And acted like he was doing us a favor, sadly we had to spend another $25 bucks at this place so that we werent out the entire cost of the first battery, but weve since taken our business elsewhere, and will not be going back. If you care in the slightest about how you pay it forward, put your money in someone elses pocket!

Theyre flavors have a horrible aftertaste and the staff, if youll call them that, are absolutely apathetic. Ive been witness to them yelling at each other, cursing at each other, arguing amongst themselves loud enough that you can hear every word... and the online ordering thing is the most absurd way of doing business.... especially when you have 5 or 6 people that are capable of helping a customer but choose not to in lieu of just pointing to the computer for you to do their job for them. Idiotic, is what it is..

Ive been vaping for over 3 years, and Ive been to every vape shop in Columbia. This one is the worst, hands down. Im honestly shocked to see any positive reviews on here. It wouldnt surprise me if most of them were fake. So where to begin....first of all, you have to create an account with them in store before you can purchase anything, which is beyond annoying. VZ makes most of their sales online, so Im assuming thats why, but you cant just walk in, buy something and walk out. Second, the staff is rude, unhelpful, and unknowledgeable. My first time going here, no one greeted me, spoke to me, asked me if I needed help, nothing. I had to ask one of the staff members for help, and when I did, they acted like I was annoying them. Not that I really needed their help anyway; I guarantee you I know more about vaping than these guys. But that doesnt negate their terrible customer service. I know numerous other people in the Columbia area who have had similar experiences. As if all this wasnt bad enough, they dont accept returns, so if you buy something and it doesnt work, you wont be getting your money back. Im convinced theyll tell you anything to make a sale, and they dont care if what you get is to your satisfaction or not. Thankfully, Ive only purchased a couple pens (which broke within the first month of use), replacement coils, and some eliquid from them, so they didnt get a lot of money from me. My advice to anyone serious about vaping or interested in learning about it: dont even think about taking a chance with Vaping Zone. Just drive to the Madvapes thats not even a quarter mile from them. Far better product selection, staff who are actually friendly and know what theyre talking about, and they accept returns. And to the staff at Vaping Zone who will most likely read this: no, I was not paid or asked by anyone to write this review. I just want to prevent people from wasting their time.

This was the first vape shop that I ever bought a vape from. Ive ventured out and tried other vape shops, and I keep coming back to this one. I prefer their vape juice and their prices. As far as customer service goes, if youre expecting that in-your-face Southern hospitality, youre not going to find it here. However, if you ask them for help, youre going to get help and theyre very knowledgeable about their products. Personally, I do like that the staff is kind of odd and quirky because Im that way too. I like that they know my name when I walk in there. So long as Im still vaping, theyll remain my vape shop.

This was the first vape shop I went to a few weeks ago when I started vaping. They have helped me a few times and gave me some demonstrations on how to use the equipment. There vape juice they make is very affordable and the girls that mix them are awesome!

I would have given this 1 star but I like that they sell a lot of DIY stuff. If you want to make your own juice, this is pretty much the only place around that you can go to without going online.This isnt really a store...its like a warehouse with a store front on it. There is stuff everywhere...they cant even ring you up you go to a computer and have to order off their website and then they give you what you bought. You have to enter in all your credit card information and everything...would it kill them to buy a swiper that attaches to your phone?The guy that helped me was nice but was not professional...I know I know its a vape shop...but seriously look professional and clean....he just looked dirty. Then the people working there were eating food that smelled so bad it filled the entire store with garlic. Most vape shops smell amazing because duh ejuice smells great...but this was like a dirty pizza place.They should either go all the way online or actually put in the effort to have a decent store and professional employees...this was gross. I wouldnt go there unless you really need something.

I have been using VapingZone for 3 years. Typically, I dont write reviews, but they are too good to not. I stopped smoking and trained for the Chicago Marathon, while vaping. VapingZone is Friendly, on time, and has great options and mostly great pricing. Ive tried other vaping online retailers and stores and it was more expensive and/or took me 1-2 weeks to get my stuff: I always get it in 3 days from VZ. Plus, When they made the one and only mistake in 3 years of my ordering every month-ish, it was rectified fast and efficiently without any problems getting ahold of them. Same thing when I ordered the wrong piece once, they took care of me. Just need a store closer to me and I will give them 8 out of 5 stars!

Tried vaping before to help me quit smoking, walked out of the store entirely unprepared for the experience. This time, they helped me through the awkward beginning phase and Im officially a not smoker again.

People seem to give this place a lot of hate but I have tried the other vape shops in the area and the only advantage other vape shops seem to have is that you can sample flavors, aside from that they are usually filled with teenagers who dont have any idea what they are talking about and have outrageous prices compared to the vaping zone.Every experience Ive had at the vaping zone has been pleasant. I went yesterday because I had a problem with some juice I had purchased a week or so previous and Leah whom Im assuming is the owner or at least the manager came out after I told the girl at the juice bar my problem and apologized, she made me a new bottle, replaced my cool for free and spent over an hour with me showing me how to and personally cleaning my tank for me so that I could get the best flavor. She also gave me her contact Info and told me to contact her If I had any problems in the future. As someone who has been in retail sales the past 5 years I can say she went above and beyond, when I would have just been happy with them replacing the juice. If you arent getting the service youd like there the chances are, its probably the attitude you have towards the staff. This place is excellent and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I was in the store May 3rd, I bought 2 items and when I got home they did not work. I am on a fixed income, called the store and they dont take returns, so now Im stuck with broken merchandise. They sold me broken stuff and Im so disappointed with them. I will never shop with them again and I will let people know.
