What a beautiful boutique! This store is in Trenholm Plaza. Really nice, unique clothing at a fair price, the clothes in here, are the clothes you buy and keep a lifetime because they are timeless, trendy wardrobe builders. They have bags, shoes, jewelry and fabulous jackets. The staff are friendly and eager to help. They also have gift certificates. There is something in here for all ages, which I saw a myriad of shoppers here. If you want something textile that not everybody or every store will have, Go Here.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My friend and I went in and not one of the 3 associates said anything to either of us for 10 minutes. Finally someone walked up to open a dressing room (my friends arms were full) and say hello, but never came back to check on us at all. The store was completely empty and they basically ignored us about 90% of the time. The clothes are cute though, a little pricey, but would’ve been worth it if the customer service didn’t actually SUCK. I won’t be back.

Update 8/17: The owner of the store reached out with her personal cell phone number. We talked at length about the incident today and she was sincerely apologetic. I declined any special treatment, as that is not what Im looking for or intended to receive with my review. I increased the 1 star to a 5 star based on the quick response and the concern about my experience. After speaking with her, I will give this place another chance.Original post:I’ve never felt so unwelcomed while shopping for clothes. I walked in WANTING to spend a few hundred dollars because I needed a cute last minute outfit for a bbq. One girl said, “hello” and literally she was the only one. A lady employee crouched on the ground to find something for another customer next to me, blocking me from moving forward and didn’t say anything. Nothing. No apology, no offer to help, nothing. It was an awkward silence while I waited for her to finish. The girl who said hello, asked to start a dressing room for me, but never came back to me to tell me where the room was. I figured it out by the dress hanging on the door. I needed another size in a dress I was interested in, but no offered to help. Not while i was in the room, and not even when I got out of the room. I figured I would just get it myself. They had maybe two other customers in the store at this time. As I was walking towards the rack to look for the correct size, I saw an employee about 2 feet from the rack I was walking towards. She looked at me with no smile and walked away. Didn’t say anything at all. While shopping around, they offered another customer drinks, but didn’t even acknowledge me. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but that was absurd. I spent about 20 minutes in that store and walked all the way around and had items in my hands to buy, but I left them. I don’t like saying that people are discriminative, but I am hoping that my race didn’t have anything to do with this situation. This was my first and last time in that store. It’s unfortunate because we live right down the street. Also, unfortunate for them because I’m about to meet roughly 40 army wives or service women who all just moved to the area at this bbq.

Food was delicious. Service excellent. First time there. Very good menu.

Ive shopped here twice for my girlfriend. The last time we were offered drinks because it was such a hot day. Not sure about the prices for their clothes, but they do have nice, affordable jewelry, which she seems to like because shell actually were them. Unlike when I buy her things she doesnt like...

Nice, chill spot for top class elegant, hipster style. Great place to burn some extra money for size 12 and below.

I purchased a pair of earrings in here for only $18... I specifically told the lady I was purchasing to match a pair of shoes and would return them if they did not work. I went to return them because they did not match and they wouldn’t allow me to return them because they were under $50 (unsure where it says that, also unsure why she did not tell me I wouldn’t be able to return them). Shopped in here frequently, but that will surely be the last time.
