I went in there today to pick up an online order, and received help from a young lady that was extremely nice. My order was not ready yet, and two older aged women came into the picture. They proceeded to complain to me about how I came in there way too early for my order, and snapped with an attitude after I simply tried to help. Even the younger lady today me how sorry she was about how rude they were to me, and about how that was uncalled for. I gave the two stars for her, she was amazing. Meanwhile, having two employees gang up and continue to be rude to the point, the other girl felt so bad she apologized, was unnecessary. I work in retail as well, I know times can be rough and customers can be super rude. Which, is why I go out of the way to be extra nice to employees. This was just so much. My first and only time going in here. But an extra thank you to the young lady who helped me and apologized, she was so nice and sympathetic. She deserves a raise, and she also deserves recognition.
Well the price I got on a new laptop was okay but that was about it. Im in the middle of my work day so I elected to pay the $50 and have them update Windows and clean off the trial stuff. Was told 30 to 45 minutes, which I knew it could take a little bit longer if there were several updates. Went back to the store every hour on the hour. Every time I went in there was absolutely no one at the tech desk and the laptop was completely off. The products are what they are but I will not ever ever ever use their tech services again!
Madison went above and beyond. Very professional and I am very thankful. You guys found a gem. Keep her as long as you can until she finds her wings.
Not to fast for service but all on all it helped with what I needed.
Closes early.Make sure you get there 30 minutes early if you want to get anything out of the print department.

This was the worst customer service Ive ever seen. When I walked up the the print area no one spoke until I just stood there, then i was told to use self serve i tried twice and got an email back saying it wasnt able to process my request. So I waited 20 minutes. Finally another employee came up and she asked me to use self serve.. I explained it wasnt letting me, she rudely said why not I showed her the emails. She said well you will just have to wait then. I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. Not to mention the two ladys didnt know how to ring up another customer so they took forever arguing over what to charge. Its like they have no training at all. I finally gave up and left. Went to walmart and got what I needed on under 10 minutes. So if you want to be ignored, be talked to rudely and wait your life away then this is the store for you!
In a nice location and has a decent assortment of products. Went in to buy a printer on a quick break from work but apparently even though there is almost no other customers the staff cant find time to look up to acknowledge that someone had walked into the store. The men on the right seemed like they were legitimately busy but were closest so should have said something but the two women off to the left were just chit chatting away. In my opinion you get paid to be of customer service. Dont disrespect the company you work by losing them a sale because Im not going to spend my money someone that cant bother a simple hello.
I went here to get my daughters iPhone screen fixed and the sales associate supervisor Gary was top notch.. He went above and beyond to help us, very knowledgeable, and friendly and you could tell he loved his job, it was very refreshing, he should be commended for his service.
I went in there to get a menu done and I really liked the job that they did. Doris was very friendly and helped me get what I wanted on the menu. I will be back for more future projects
The staff was extremely helpful and polite. I was able to forward an email to them and have the attachment printed, filled out and faxed. This service was a lifesaver.
Tassie was rude an aggressive when I came in to ask her a question. Because no one was at the printing station. Tassie said that she was at lunch and didnt know when she would be back. It was obvious that that Tassie didnt want to help me
Great customer service, they helped me find what i needed as soon as i walked through the door. Good quick in and quick out for a busy mom. ☺

Stood in line forever. The customer infront of me at the register took off to the back if the store without saying a word. Cashier never looked away from the screen. I finally asked if he was done and cashier looked at me with her lip curled up and said Im not done with him. 3 4 other employees around and vacuuming and doing other things preparing to close. Then the cashier ask the people behind me what she could do for them.im white standing in between two black men. The cashier was obviously racist against white people
Hard for me to give a 3 because the salesman was wonderful! I cant remember his name, but he had red hair. He gave us his undivided attention. He was patient with my teenagers, and listened to what they wanted. He recommended great computers, and even searched for one perfect for them. My issue came two weeks later. One of the main reasons we chose a Lenovo ThinkPad with I 5 processor is because they assured me that if my son was unhappy that he could return it for a I 7 processor and pay the difference. He did decide he needed more, but the not so nice customer service rep insisted that although I had a receipt and all the interior paperwork that we could make no return without a box. I recycle, so the box went to no heaven. Said rep was rude, not understanding in any way, and has secured the fact that I will never visit office Depot again. Now I have to go through corporate and still not sure if Ill get it resolved. So 5 for sales and 1 for customer service averages 3.

I have always gone here in the past and had great service. Today they seemeded to be understaffed. One employee in the print section, one working on a computer, and another in the back. Nobody said hello or waited on me. One elderly man with a walker came in and waited and waited. Whrn I left he still had not been waited on in the store. Terrible customer service today.
I have had some good experiences but online printing recently did not go well. I sent off the copies and paid for them online . They were to be ready for pick up at 10. When I showed up at 12:40 they were not ready . The ladies were just sitting around and had not even checked the orders so they had not even begun my order . Ugh ! Cost me nearly 40 miles of travel and hours of time to return to get them a couple hours later. I order online to make things easier. Yes, the ladies were nice but they blamed the order not being done on opening late. Managers need to hold employees more accountable or compensate the customer. I could have gone elsewhere and spent less due to travel cost and time loss .

Went in to print about 500 pages. First girl that helped me was super nice. Then a lady (believe it was the manager) came over to relieve her for lunch break which was fine until this lady was absolutely rude and I told her Id been over charged and there were misprints she got frustrated and said whatever Im just gonna click things and its not my issue. She treated the ladies in line behind me like they were absolute idiots. Im sorry but this is not how a business should run. Short thicker older brown headed lady. AVOID HER IF YOU BRAVE THAT STORE!!!
Poor selection, staff dont understand printing equipment. Cant print to edges. Overall expensive. Might as well print from home.

The teenage blonde headed girl working in the printing department refused to print my invitations because they had Disney characters on them, even though they were created using a business license issued by Disney. Idiot! Save yourself some time and use a locally owned business. They have always printed them before. I suspect it had more to do with her not wanting to actually work while at work considering she did nothing but stand in one spot the entire time I was shopping in the store and no other customers were in the printing department. The older lady working in that department was also literally just there to take up space. I had to walk all the way from the back of the store to the cashiers to find an employee to help me with paper products on the back wall. This was a very poor customer satisfaction trip. Im not sure I will ever go in here again.
