The first picture is a photo of blue glitter htv i purchased from splurge and the second one is the same color and material but it was purchased from a different vinyl store that closed down unfortunately and i cut it on the same exact setting and the quality is 10x better than the one from splurge. Honestly don’t waste your money at splurge because they don’t do refunds. i thought it was my machine and my blade messing up this whole time and it was actually the vinyl.

I love the store but EVERY-TIME I order Something it’s an issue. I ordered an Sublimation image and called about the issue. They said “I click the wrong item” which isn’t true, because Im fully aware of what I ordered with my hard earned money. Then to have to order it AGAIN…when it was clearly their mistake, is crazy too me. Then when I told her the image was faded, she told me I couldnt get a refund when it was THEIR printer that printed it. I spend a lot of money here..it’s sad.

This was a nice store and they had a lot of things that I needed and wanted but customer service could have been better. I was so excited walking in and then talking to one lady and then I talked to the other my excitement was gone and I was ready to leave. They have a great selection but I hope customer service gets better.

My very first experience was awesome and I even recommended a friend who also went and made a large purchase. However the second time I went in, the experience was not so friendly at all. I inquired about the points system that was offered during my initial visit and was given a short curt response. Definitely no comparison to my first visit. Unfortunately I will be going back to purchasing my vinyl online as I did not care for the negative experience at all.

I am beyond grateful for this store! After visiting and getting to know the owner, I have gained a new friend! The staff is amazing and very helpful. If there is anything I was looking for, they found a way to help me get it. I recommend this place to all my crafting friends. From the classes to the help in studio to learning our machines. I love you guys! Keep doing what your doing!

Splurge is a fantastic store. Amanda will always go out of her way to help and this is the only store where you can not only buy vinyl there, you can get the shirt to put it on and use the heat press to put on that shirt you just got!!! Now if she could feed me dinner there, I would move in!!

I love Splurge! Amanda is amazing and helps with any craft you can imagine, even if she doesn’t know how, she knows someone who does! The quality of the products and services are top notch, real people run this store that love what they do! Personality guaranteed!I have taken almost every class type they offer from glitter cups to sublimation t-shirts. Use the stations available to cut my own Vinyl from a Silhouette, which Amanda helped me figure out, and have pressed many blanks for friends without having to pay for all the equipment. Never had a bad time, always received phenomenal service and enjoyed every minute there. If you craft or want too, go to Splurge!

Great store with PROFESSIONAL grade products & EXCELLENT customer service. Best place to go for product knowledge & how-to advice. Definitely sign up for the craft & draft classes, they are fun and a great experience to share with friends & family while learning a new skill. Im looking forward to doing a glitter cup class soon. I also have a weakness for all things sparkly so finding their impressive inventory of Palmetto Glitz glitter may be dangerous. Its all so pretty!

I have been looking for a vinyl store in this area and so happy I found Splurge. It is more than a vinyl store they have arts and crafts classes for all kinds of things. The owner was extremely knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She took great pride in what she was doing. She explained the difference in what I asked for and what would be best for what I was trying to do. If you make T shirts or do crafts you need to check this store out.

It’s very reasonably priced (much better than the big box stores that carry vinyl now) and the owner is always so willing to give help and advice. Also love that there’s a heat press available to use for just a few dollars since I don’t have my own!

I love the concept of this business the owner is quite friendly. I am new to the product line and didnt like having to use my phone to take pictures of operating instructions. I prefer printed material or an actual website. I have almost 3000 pictures on my phone so the instructions were buried in the mix after a couple of days.

I am a not so crafty crafter. I love the idea of crafting but struggle when selecting products. I agree to make some gifts for a friend and was not prepared for all that was involved. A friend recommended Splurge. I was thinking my only option was purchasing online and waiting for shipping during the holidays. They were very helpful and had what I need to complete my project. I even went back for more supplies because I did not follow the directions that THEY supplied me at no additional cost! I will always shop there before going to the big box stores in my area. Great selection, I have been there twice now and each time I dont feel like they want to help the customer thats not in there for a workshop. I do like that someone isnt rift in to of you the whole time but I want to feel comfortable if I need to ask questions

They literally taught me everything I need to know about using a cricut and a press machine. They helped me produce flag jerseys for an entire team last week. I was so excited to visit Splurge after learning I could buy vinyl locally! I finally was able to stop by last night and I was so disappointed! Upon walking in, I couldnt help but take in the strong smell of cigarette smoke. Not only that, but no one greeted me, I was there about 15 minutes. After waiting about 5 minutes at the register, a lady comes over and says did you need anything else? Still no hello, or anything welcoming! Sad to say, I will not patronize this business after my experience.Update to your repsonse:I gain nothing from leaving a review. I have no reason to be dishonest when it comes to a businesss lack of customer service.
