My daughter loves going to Michaels! Its her favorite store!! When we were in their yesterday and they announced a free session to make door hangers. She was so excited. Thanks Kira for making the class fun for us.

This place is a lot of fun during the holidays. They also have plain shirts you can. Get to decorate on your own.Customer service is helpful and the line is well managed with plastic shields between you and the person behind the register.

This location customer service is horrible! They are lazy and not helpful at all. I called asking if they had a certain product and was told possibly. Like when someone ask for if you have a product the thing to do is go check so you can give a definite answer. I went to pick up a store order worker sitting behind register just looking like can you get up and ring me up. Lastly when I told them my name for my order I know I have a unique name but the face the lady gave and The Who like she’s a owl and couldn’t hear. They need to find some other workers. I only go to this location when I can’t get it at my location which is Two Notch Rd location where they have great workers and give great service.

Love this place. they usually have most of what I need. The customer service is outstanding! Any time Ive needed assistance the employees at the store off of Jackson Blvd Columbia have gone above and beyond. That alone will keep me going back there.

I have spent so much money at this store to the point that I dont know how I still have any to spend 🙃Michaels is my personal go to place when it comes to anything and everything craft and art related. I love when I can catch what I need on a good sale such as the picture frames and canvases. Always be sure to check online for any available coupons!

Lots of crafting notions. Small selection

This is my favorite Michaels to go to in town. Definitely above Harbison. Its relatively easy to get to and Ive never fought traffic like I do at Harbison. The inside of the store is your standard Michaels and everything is well organized. The employees are very courteous and helpful if you need anything. I frequently run to this one to get a ball of yarn for my wife and its nice being able to depend on getting in and out quick.

Nice helpful on phone. In store I waited 10 mins for cashier and mgr to get a price right. A product on the cash line shelve... you could see it. Jeez, had 15ppl backed up, when I stepped up there were 0. Store items well marked. Well stocked.

This location has so much more to offer than the Two Notch location.

Its basically like every other Michaels however much better than the one by the base in terms of selection. But my issue is a lot of stuff has no price tag. At least not one you can easily find. Like the resin and clay.

The wait was about 45 minutes but the Blueberry Mimosa and the Shrimp and grits were AMAZING! The Shrimp and grits were pretty spicy but still really good. Ordered some fried green tomatoes they werent cooked long enough but they remade them and they were much better! I will definitely return!

I went in to get a few art supplies for my grandchildren. I ended up getting a whole buggy full of stuff. The staff are helpful. The store is setup in a way where the things you are looking for are easy to find.

Very kind lady picked my order, then trained an associate on how to refund part of my online order. The app stated they have 7 wooden chargers, yet the store only had 4. Very apologetic. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟

By far, the worst Michaels location I have ever visited in any state. The layout, the dingy flooring, the poor lighting, the lack of knowledge and helpful assistance in customer service... and the markups. This location will have signs posting a sale, items will be shelved under the sale signs but not ring up properly, yet the employees refuse to honor the sale prices. Also, the delivery system they have is antiquated. Picking up packages from this location is so time consuming because no one knows where to locate the devices or how to scan deliveries for pickup. Ive had to wait for a manager three times and will be changing my surepost location.

It looked like it was going out of business, the shelves was not quiet as full as it was, they had a lot of things on sale, which was fine. It just didnt look like Michaels.

No matter what time of day I order items for pickup, there is always an issue getting it fulfilled. The store isn’t always stocked well either.

Great curb side service! They had reserved parking spaces with the store phone number posted. I was able to check my bag contents before signing the receipt. The friendly clerk checked my purchase number and my drivers license. She wore both a mask and gloves.

This store is consistently under stocked and understaffed. There is usually only one cashier, even when there are long lines. With that being said, they do tend to run good deals and have plenty of coupons, so the prices turn out alright!

If I could give this particular location a 1 I definitely would. I do NOT like that one of my best friends (who is a manager at a thriving beauty supply store in Columbia) was treated so unfairly tonight. She was berated and disrespected by one of your fellow employees tonight and upon checking out she closed her register and told them it was closed but they were clearly still in the store, allowed to walk inside and shop, then told they couldn’t check out! She said spewed hateful things to them as they exited the premises as well. Upon leaving, she opened the door of the store in front of SEVERAL WITNESSES and yelled and heard her scream AND YOU CAN CALL MICHAEL CORPORATE OFFICE. If this is how customers are treated then I will make SURE this is passed on so no one else is treated in such a manner. The way my friend feels tonight is awful and nothing will make up for the way this lady handled things.

Staff was super helpful in getting me supplies for acrylic pouring. Mask for required and people were wearing them. And they were social distancing in the store and the customers.

Michaels had many different fun things to create and design. I enjoy all the different things that can be done.

I love Michaels in general. The lady who works in custom framing was awesome. I had an artist signed print I needed reframed. She took the time to help me find the exact right frame and color matte for the piece.

When my friend and I got in the store the cashier at the register already lied about what time it was I checked my phone when you came in at 7: 53 and announce it was 7:55... as we were heading up I beat my friend up front for the cashier to say our register was closed...we were the only two left in the store I told my friend dont worry about it you... just leave...as were leaving and I said you know maam this is why we write reviews... the lady with a short funny looking wig start verbally mouth attacking us... she was very rude it was customers in the parking lot that heard h...I dont understand how this is Michaels and youre being treated as if you were at Walmart Im a manager of a store and I would never talk to my customers like that..and at my store we wait until the final customer is done shopping we lock our doors at that time so if thats your policy I respect that but the way that the lady had the audacity to even open the door to State her opinion yelling you can call michels corporation and profanity was very unprofessional I will also be putting this on Facebook

Awesome selection of craft supplies and very friendly employees. Their regular prices run a little on the high side but they compensate by offering rewards and coupons regularly. Sale items are awesomely priced. Store is always tidy and well stocked with a varied selection. Great place to find teacher gifts.

Newer location with a wide variety of crafts, art supplies, home decor and framing. Much better selection to choose from than other locations. Cashiers were friendly and helpful. Always check on-line from current coupon availability which can run from 40% to 50% off a regular price item.

So much stuff that can be found all in one place. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and at the checkout, the young lady on register #5 (the retired Navy Lieutenant Commander) was the highlight of my day with her smile and brief conversation. Will be back!

This is discount season. Get them while they are hot! Slim selection for men but if you dig a little bit you will find that great price!!

I have bought so much stuff here through the years. Make sure you download the app to get access to coupons every week. Everything Ive gotten has lasted, was good quality, and ended up looking lovely when I was done. Im so glad they are so close by. I go at least once a month.

Prices could be better.

Even though fall items were 60% off they still had a well stocked selection and very orderly...not messy that usually happens when there is a good sale. Store was very clean. Check out was fast and associate friendly.

Nice place. A large variety of items (never would have guessed they had seashells!). Plenty of parking. I have never seen it crowded. They even have plain t-shirts in colors for around $3 or so. Plenty of neat stuff to find here

I love Michaels! This location is always nice... if you plan to run in on your lunch break, be mindful they have fewer registers open mid day so the line may be a little lengthy. But the staff is so sweet, who cares! Lol

Never anyone to help you find things, never have in stock what they say they do online, and what they do have in stock is ridiculously priced.

Currently waiting in line. 15 people besides me waiting in line. 1 cashier. No requests for backup. Where is store management? Or another associate? Extremely unacceptable from a company this large. Drive 25 mins to stand in line for 30? Please. This does not pan over well for me. Maybe call ahead to check check out line before you arrive.

I frequent this store and like that the merchandise is always rotated so there are new things to browse. I buy a lot of vinyl from here- they have a good selection. We have attended many of the Saturday craft classes with- they are super cheap and a great way to get the kids out of the house to do something fun.

Super sales and nice variety of products. Great service, also very nice custom frames,had one made two years ago. Excellent pricing.

Terribly disappointed. They frame it upside down even though they have a guide. They fix it by drilling more holes in the back of the frame. Hey, this was a new frame! Then, they glue a new whit backing on the back and its crooked. The oil painting is supposed to float but you can see the foam behind it. i just wanted to flee and I will not return. Unprofessional and I just couldnt take being there a moment more. $129.00 down the drain.

So far Ive been on hold for the Rosewood Crossings frame shop for a collective time of one hour. Ive had to call 3x and each time have been placed on a brief hold. Im still on hold ...

Very helpful and friendly employees. Everytime I cant find what I am looking for there is always a staff person around to help. The shelves are always stocked. I love the variety of items. Its easy to get stuck here for hours admiring the various arts and craft material. I highly recommend this store.
