This dollar general is receiving 2 stars because they have 1 star customer service. Most other dollar generals I have been to are staffed with people who can at least pretend that they want to be there. This store, specifically store employee Linda, made it very obvious she did not want to be there. Another customer and I waited for 5-10 minutes at the empty register while Linda messed around with random things around the registers until I asked her if she could ring us up. She then rolled her eyes and said yes down here. If you cannot pretend to enjoy customer service you should be working at the distribution center. Also, what is the point of wearing a mask that only covers your neck, at that point just take it off. I would rather drive an extra 15 minutes to the next Dollar Tree than go here again.

Lots & lots of great stuff for a dollar. Gave the lady $11. In quarters, dimes and nickels. I loved it so much I spent time in the store looking for $1 bargain items. Happy shopping there.

I was so surprised at the greeting that I received as I walked in the door as if I was some special although Im just someone thats normal, it was a great surprise. Everything I needed that I couldnt find there was someone immediately there to attend to me and that was a great appreciation because I was so lost and because I needed to get out of the store as soon as possible to make another appointment. I will give a special thanks to Amber and Gretchen they were great sales associates and I would give them a 5-star review and I want you to know that I give it a thumbs up not just one two thumbs up at the cleanliness and the orderliness and the greeting that I received not only that I lost my scarf when I first walked in the door and they personally came up to me and said me I know this is yours and I thought man they sure do make me feel special so God bless you and all your employees for being who you are you sure do go above and beyond your Call of Duty

Was dirty and the girl at the register was more worried about her phone than handing me my bags. It wasnt busy, three manger was degrading the people who shop there... I think I might find a different one to go to.

There is always boxes upon boxes in every isle people are reaching over the boxes so they can get the thing they came to shop for you cant see all the products because boxes are blocking it you can barley get the cart through isles because of the boxes

I love love love Dollar Tree! They have so many things there. I try to go at least once a month, if not more. I do a lot of craft projects & they have so many great supplies. They have greeting cards, gift bags, cleaning supplies, etc. With a little patience you can most likely find just about anything you might need. The one drawback is that they almost always have a bunch of boxes that need to be stocked but you can still usually get to what you need.

This store always seems to have more variety than the others. Managers and staff work hard here.

Good place to shop for the little essentials at a cheaper price than the big box stores. I buy glow sticks for the grandkids, a lot cheaper than Wally World.

Last time I came here it surprisingly had a lot more new items in stock (not talking about the seasonal items). They had new drinks, new food and other things that I have never seen beforeI will say that it can sometimes be out of stock so you might not find what you want, but if you’re someone like me who likes to just browse and make food, then this will be a great place to stock up on spices and other foods.Unfortunately sometimes the food can be over priced, like how they were selling chicken but if you bought a pack from the store for about 3$ it would give you 5x more then getting a 1$ single serving.Overall great place for food if you are on a budget (but do some calculation if you want to get the best bang for your buck), or if you want to stock up your pantry with dry goods and junk food.

I can usually find a couple of things here ata much better price (obviously), but the store in general isnt a very clean-feeling facility.

We were able to find a lot of good stuff for my daughters new apartment.

Awesome staff reflects the manager and assistant manager’s friendliness. I’m there practically every day, because it’s super fun shopping in a store where everything is a dollar.

Best place in the world to grab a million and one things for $1. First time in this location and was able to easily find exactly what I needed. The manager was great and she made my experience that much more enjoyable!

This is the best place to find very cheap hardback books and holiday decor. The cashier thats usually there when I come to this store is so sweet.

I love dollar tree! Stuff is the same as in Wally world but not the name brands and everything is a dollar.it is mainly cooking things,food,school stuff,and paper goodsI go there to buy things for my place and when I go out of town.

Theres a sign on front window that says theres no public bathroom and they always tell people its out of order -- but I believe theres a working bathroom in the store, but its closed off to the public and is only for employees. Its in the back left of the store, across from the public bathroom thats locked and this bathroom has a sign that says employees on the door, so no one will know its a bathroom. Ive seen an employee go in there with a key, and I believe this is a bathroom thats in order. Most Dollar Tree stores have 2 bathrooms, one for the men and one for the women, and employees share the bathrooms with the public, but here they do not. Employees seem to have their own here.

I love the Dollar Tree, I always go in with the intention of buying one or two things, only to come out with a basket of things. Its fun, like being on a treasure hunt, they always have something new and different.

Great selection of christmas decorations, crafts and misc stocking stuffers! Love the motion activated snowman and Santa that plays music and does light show 😁.

Best place to get holiday decorations, simple craft supplies and cards! Great selection, roomy aisles, friendly staff. I believe they also fill helium balloons for parties, etc.

Only reason its two stars is because our cashier was super calm in a stressful situation. Her manager though was rude and super unprofessional to a couple different customers in line. Closing shift today.

This store is filthy and disgusting. I couldnt even get down several aisles, there were products all over the floor. Product was misplaced (if even on the shelf). I cannot believe corporate allows this! Avoid this store- the one off Grindstone is totally the opposite!

One of my favorite places to shop but you need to know what prices are on sale at regular grocery stores and discount stores a great example is Kroger will have dish soap for 99-cents and many other products you can find on sale at other places for a few cents cheaper but for the most part you cant beat Dollar Tree

Rude employees who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They’re uneducated, under trained and useless.

Terrible. Very unprofessional and one of the staff (O.J.) tried to pick a fight with me in front of my little 9 year old daughter. I didnt back down, stood my ground and when he didnt follow thru with his threats, I requested to file a complaint with the store manager (Margorie) who threw me out and called the police on me. Why your staff hostile at me because I needed a plunger to fix my toilet? Haters...they need to be reprimanded and your employee oj needs to be fired. Introduced to the right person who doesnt care, with that attitude, antagonizing customers? Yall could have a real problem at your store for no reason other than you need to hire those that are qualified with halfway decent people skills. I will never shop here again and will tell others not to because they may be treated unfairly or could easily get into a fight if they do.

The store is nice, my only complaint, which has nothing to do with the store, are the sketchy homeless/mentally ill people that hang around outside the store. One of them was even sitting on a bench in there smoking a cigarette.

Went here for many yearw, store is usually a disaster and most of the cashier Ive dealt with are rude. I specifically went last night and spoke to not only a cashier but a manager who told me they would blow up balloons not purchased at Dollar Tree at no charge in which the manager stated I wont be here tomorrow but the manager on duty wont have a problem with it. He seemed less then confident so I called and the manager on duty said Absolutely not because we can sue them of they pop our balloon so they lied and gave me incorrect info which throws my entire day an hour later since I now have to make the trip to party city. There have been many times that theyre so busy and they do not call up a second cashier and the cashier at register is rude and clearly exhausted. Ive been treated with less then good customer service. I love the option to grab a couple things that are cheap but dealing with the employees and digging through a trashed store is not ideal. One employee on another occasion has his child at the register with him, I assume he did not have a babysitter and his child although behaving still should not be at the work place if you work in customer service.

Great customer service and great items. Even though everything is only $1, I havent had any issues with products Ive bought there.
