I need to hurry up with the floors so people can actually move around almost me and my wife almost tripped over the things they have moving the shelves but all in all its okay we purchased a big huge speaker there for a good price

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I didn’t have to. Spent 2 hours waiting at 5 pm on a Thursday to get a Kayak to find out only one price on the wall is correct. Left at 7. Even has Manager’s special right next to one that’s not even marked correctly. Spent my entire afternoon on a waste!!!! Oh yet green one was marked correct. $88. Highly aggravated!!!

If you’re just going here to get groceries, ur in good hands besides it being busy. The carts are in some days and some days you gotta go get one. But if you’re getting pickup, expect to wait for longer than 30 minutes to get what you got. Very annoying when you have other things to do.

They never have carts inside the store. Grab your own on the way in. Shelves are unorganized and it seems like they hardly ever stock because I have a hard time finding what I need. Pallets are always in the way. Never have more than 2 registers open so be prepared to ring yourself up.

My first time. The pickup was awesome. Drove from W.Cola; brightened my day! Worth the trip to get out the damn house! Drive & Pickup - Enjoyed a change of scenery and they were Covid Conscious.

Went to get my eye glasses worked on and only took about 20 minutes...Young lady was very professional and replaced the missing screw that fell out of the frame in minutes...No charge!!! Forest Drive Eye care center is the best!!!!

Although the attitudes of the employees have gotten better. Its no any of the attitude you get from target employees. I wouldnt buy meat from here. Their kids clothes sizes fit pretty good too

Immediately upon walking into the store, I found the Easter buckets. I needed some buckets in which to put candy for my information booth. Also, I was looking for the M&M minis, and I found them in the grocery area. Also for my information booth, I needed some vinyl or polyester tablecloths. This store had some really cute ones (iridescent colors) that were perfect. It was pretty easy to find these items for this quick stop.

Boring. I go there about 3 times a week because its close to me. Other than that I wouldnt go. Lets just say convenience. And they sometimes have the things that I want or need.

The people are rude - customers and some employees, items arent properly stocked, and the overall experience of shopping at Wally World has steadily declined. They did have my favorite snack available in family size.

Walmart is my all time favorite. They never let me down.

Like going here ... but the traffic here be a little here and people dont wear there mask like they are asked . Shopping online here is awesome but I love going on the inside but I dont like crowded place its too much people be on your heels and stuff walking all over everybody smh

Very disappointed after visiting several times. Greeters dont greet... hardly ever any shopping carts. Most recently Money center was down due to staff shortage but clearly CSM was stocking candy and stated there wasnt anyone available. Went back the next morning, someone rudely stated, Its down, we tried and we cant open! Drove to Forest Drive, NO PROBLEM.

Friendly and clean. Cashier was what got the 5th star. She was funny and friendly, and most importantly fast. Though I love the banter, some cant scan and talk and she was on point.

They are always watching people of color and it is always your own kind that discriminate against you. The door greeter felt i should go to a line because my cart was full. So she had cashier freeze my machine and csm came to check and said I didnt ring up everything. Surprised, I let her check everything and she had to apologize for the inconvenience but I was embarrassed because people were looking like I stole something. Im tired of being singled out because of my skin color. Everyone of color doesnt steal. So please stop discriminating. Your lines are too long and theres never enough cashiers so people want to come in and leave as fast as possible by any means necessary. So self check out is it.

I mean...its Walmart guys. You dont go for friendly faces or good customer service. Strictly a means to an ends. That being said, I would rank this one slightly above Garners Ferry location simply for being better stocked and more ease of check out lines.

I love to shop here but I hat that I have to go back outside to hunt for a shopping cart most of the times visiting

This location is okay, for the most part the grocery pickup staff is friendly, and very hard working.Although, they do seem to be short staffed. Aazim, is very professional, and he works to get the orders out, rain or sunshine.The staff at this location make a good effort to locate suitable substitutions, as opposed to other locations, just marking items as unavailable.If you want to pick up your groceries on a Friday evening, between 6 and 8, be prepared to sit for quite some time. I have waited over an hour, on multiple occasions, not due to the staff not working, but due to there only being a few workers, and a good amount of customers waiting.It is nowhere near that bad on different days, and time slots.

Had almost everything I went for. Wish the Walmart app was better about proving location of product in store rather than just showing pickup is available in store. If I am in the store I dont need to know if it is available online, just where it is in the store.

Cant get over my experience of them giving my tv that I ordered and paid for off the Walmart website ...to someone else. I had to call the police because they tried to say theyll look into it and call me after I paid well over $500 dollars. After sitting around 2 hours of waiting and calling the police, the manager said the worker described someone else who my tv was given too. 🤦🏾... I am truly traumatized

But half the staff they have a just standing around. I will just stick to the targets and Lowes food also Kroger that I am used to makes no sense

Took entirely too long 4 battery change. After battery was changed knocked out my radio made me wait correct the problem they created. Really the last straw. Eventually figured it out myself how to get my radio back on💩

No shopping carts were on either end. I called to ask a question and no one answered the phone. Customer service sucks here. They deserve 0 stars.

Brought grocery 24 hrs ago. No update or nothing. A day later still no grocery. No nothing. Walmart grocery delivery is not dependable. Will not do this again. Second time this happened 😩😩

Huge walmart supercenter located on i77. It was packed last week and I assume this is all the time.Staff was good overall and attended 👍

This has been the WROST pick up experience I have ever had being that I have had bad experiences in the past with this same store with grocery pick up !!! The employees were very unprofessional. Getting smart, yelling and hanging up in my face . Even after speaking with Stephanie whom I was told was a manager employee continued to get smart and hang up in my face . Most of my cold items such as yogurt meats and eggs were missing . Even when groceries were delivered to my car employee thought the situation was funny and laughed/smirked in my face . When I arrived back the second time items were still missing ! After informing employee I had to wait another 40 minutes to receive my missing cucumber and tomato! This will be my last time ordering groceries from this location and a email has been sent to corporate as well as the store manager . This experience was unacceptable. The only reason I shop at this store is because I live down the street . This is not something I use constantly but only when it’s convenient because I’m busy . I’ve ordered from other stores and have never had a problem . The whole crew should be fired including the manager . Orders are barely on time and the wait time is always from 30-45 minutes. Employees don’t wear their mask and if they do they are not worn correctly. Ive over heard staff cursing and using other language that should never be used when dealing with customers . I referred several people including MY JOB. My job vouched to never use point pick up from this store because they had a 2 hour wait and nobody called to let them know that the order would be late . There is a lack of communication on top of unprofessional employees. I understand that no job is perfect but this has been and will always be UNACCEPTABLE . Keep in mind this is coming from a former grocery pick up associate.

This is a great store however they are going down but a one stop shop.

Cant get customer service anymore everything is self help self check-out I wanted to buy a watch asked for assistance twice no one came waited 35 minutes. I will never do that again. I will buy my groceries there only because its the cheapest place to buy groceries for my family.

Was very pleased I misplaced my mask so the door attendant was helpful to give me one so the walk back in heat was not necessary 😷Very thankful for such good service. Thank you all workers for your daily help with the public during Covid-19 👏🏽👏🏽

Walmart need to do better they be having only 2 lanes open out of 20 and the rest is self checkout. Most of the time I have to go through a live due to w.i c not being accepted yet through self checkout. All I ever see is workers walking around talking laughing cursing some of yall can go on a register. They had a new girl her first day at the register she was waiting for a manager an assistant finally comes only to cut her off and tell her the wrong thing to do and she still ended up having to wait for a manager. Walmart is too big of a chain store too have workers who not working.

There is not one Walmart in Columbia that us worth a dam. The store is dirty, under stocked, what you need us not there, shopping cart is never available to the customers, not enough Registers open, and you stand un line for sometimes more than an hour, where are all the cashier? Do they not know if it was not for the customers they would not get paid? I think all of the stores should be closed down, because no one cares that they are in the shape their in. Bring K-Mart back. You make me sick.

Walmart is Walmart unless you need something rather specific. I was in need of ammunition. They had some. Unfortunately it was behind locked glass. They couldnt get the keys out of the lock box because the lock box is broken. Been broken for a week apparently. Kicker. They didnt tell me that until after asking for help and someone being paged 3 times just to tell me they cant get it. No sign was posted. I wasted 30mins of my lunch break trying to accomplish this task. I know you cant purchase initiative at Walmart but maybe they can find some elsewhere.

Dont have shopping cart when you need one.you have to wait or go get your own cart.

Never any shopping carts at either end. If you want one you have to go back out to get your own. Their shelves need restocked badly. Looks like they are closing the store. The homeless folks hang out in the parking lot asking for money. Ive even had them come up to me in the store asking for money. I feel badly for them but this makes me nervous. The lines are long and its always hot. The store is not clean. What is on the shelf has no price. Merchandise in some areas are scattered on the floor. Dark on grocery side. Need more lighting. Honestly they need to close this store and do a huge purge. Hit the restart button.

Clean, organized, average size typical Walmart. I didnt find mens sleeping dress set here. Exit from this Walmart is a bit confusing.

The person in electronics decided to be lazy and sweet talk the signal 88 security guard to pull items out of the locked displays. Id highly recommend Amazon for electronic purchases.

The Walmart on Harbison hardly has the things I need anymore. There was another Walmart in close proximity on Bush River Road that closed. Now all of those patrons shop on Harbison and the Harbison buyers obviously did not account for the transfer of customers. I like Walmart but not finding the things I need then the wait in line, mostly to ring up my own items is frustrating.

A one star is too much. items out of place I had to go back to the toy section three times before I found something that was correctly priced. Where items were out of place it was a whole row. Not only is it time consuming but false advertising. I dont work there I shouldnt have to keep going to get anything. Forest drive Walmart sucks

This is by far my favorite location. All the employees have always been helpful and kind. Seldom will they be out of something that they normally carry and Ive ventured in because the location on Two Notch Road didnt have it. Plus they will always have at least one polite human working a cash register and that is appreciated when youve had a long day at work. Most of the time I dont mind self checkout, but if Ive got a cart full of groceries, I dont feel I should have to work again by checking myself out. So, thank you for being thoughtful.

The workers are SUPER ghetto, especially the young girls working the online pickup grocery. They give horrible customer service on the phone and in-person. The Waltons need to pay their workers more...maybe that will adjust their stank disgusting attitudes.

Meh. Its Walmart. Expect sub par service with an attitude, empty shelves, stocking carts in your way, and LONG waited in line. For Walmart though, it isnt the worst one.

Its upsetting that they make you check your own items out because there is no cashier available. They are a billion dollar company and we deserve better customer service than that.

“Ready for pick up”. Parks at reserved spot. Calls and the dude shows up 10 mins after. Makes a 10 min conversation with one of the customers moving slow and busy trying to look all gangster AFTER drop off. Comes up to window to verify name to say he’ll be right with me. 20 mins later, calling again. Girl says we’ll be out in about 2 mins. 10 mins later I’m making this review. PUT PEOPLE THAT ONE TO WORK OR RAISE YOUR STANDARDS AND HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE WALMART!!!

They were out of most yogurt, some dairy products, and juice, but had a good selection on fruits and vegetables.

One line open for cash paying customers which let to the line being backed up into that clothing department. And please dont need to ask an employee for any type of help if you dont want to get ignored and walked off on.

I had to get some photos made and the associate in Electronics was so very helpful and patient with me

Cleaner than any other one we have been in since our move to SC. Produce was fresh, but there could be a little more tending too in the fruit isle.

Had all items I wanted at reasonable price.

Had a wonderful experience at this walmart! They also had no problem letting my little sister bring in her tinkerbell suitcase! And even though she had an attitude and tried to run off the staff were very understanding! Everywhere was very clean and well stocked, the only change I would suggest that the bathroom in the photo center we didnt know there was one there so maybe hang some kind of signage would be nice! Over all we will be back!

The cashier was very rude. We were in line, 2nd in line, were there for 40 minutes. Not going back to that Wal-Mart.

Every thing was easy to fine in and out quickly safely back home in minutes.

Long lines, no assistance it was difficult to find what I was looking for.

We all know Walmart can be a little grungy and sketchy but I feel like this one takes it to another level. I have been asked for money in the parking lot almost every time and it is poorly lit at night. Besides the usual annoyance of being understaffed at the register, today was next level with trash everywhere & bathroom disgusting. Maybe the clientele is extra messy to pick up after but that’s not an excuse to me.
