Ive used Ace several times and am always pleased with the results. They are fast, professional and reasonably priced. They took care to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted and they didnt disappoint! The embroidered name adds a personal touch to my baby quilts.

First time at this business, operating out of an older housing staff was friendly, pricing reasonable, and hemming pants took 2 days.

Went in to ask about embroidery, I was told I need to pay to digitize the file to get the stitch count. I asked, if I did so, would I have to embroider there or could I also use the file elsewhere? The male worker told me that the file would work anywhere.So, I paid for the file and when it was returned, the stitch count was very high and for their services it would cost $30(+) per embroidered item. That was a bit high for me, so I said I would check around with other local shops to see what they would charge. This way I could gauge what was a reasonable cost for this image.Unfortunately, this company has a specific machine that no one else uses. So the file I paid for is exclusively for their shop. I specifically asked this prior to purchasing the service.So, I am unable to ask others to price the image because I need to pay them for a new digitized image, since no one else uses the same file as Ace.I contacted them and asked what my options were - seeing as they have a specific image that I just cannot use anywhere else. I was told there were no refunds or credits for this service. Which I understand since it is a specific service.My disappointment is that I specifically asked prior to purchasing - and I was assured that it would be a universal embroidery file.I have to now pay another digitizing fee - and I am no closer to getting these polos embroidered.I am sure they may do some things well, my experience was just not one of them. I personally would not go back.

My daughter needed a pageant dress altered. They did excellent work and quickly. I needed the dress in six weeks. It was finished in a week and a half. We were very happy and the dress fit perfectly.

This place is ok. Nothing great. Nothing terrible. Service is average. Customer service the same.

Just googled this place on google. I was very satisfied with my prom dress alterations! Make sure you go earlier to bring your dress like 2 to 3 weeks before because they get very busy during prom season. The hem & taking in the sides were perfect. Make sure to bring your shoes! Also as for prices make sure you set aside a good amount just in case you need a lot of alterations.

This is the only place I go for alterations. She does a fantastic job. I have had basics done and most complicated alterations, and Ive been happy with all of them. She does an amazing job on jean hems. They look like the original seams!

This place is awesome! I had a throw blanket embroidered for my mom for Mother’s Day and it looked wonderful. They have great prices and got my mom’s blanket done in 1 day!!! I’m super happy.
