Called and ordered new lights, tail light covers and wiper arm for a skidsteer. Sales guy was supposed to order them then call me back with details. Never heard anything back. Finally 2 weeks later I get a chance to actually talk to someone other then a voice recording to find out they were never order. Ill take my business to a different dealer that appreciates the business.

Good place for parts for my Husqvarna lawn mower.
So annoyed with this place. Bought a new gravely mower and when I drove it from the lot to my trailer to load it I noticed it was turning hard to the left to I told them. They said yeah we will fix it when we get back from lunch so I sit and wait finally 2 hours later I asked if it was almost finished they said oh yeah its been done for over an hour. Cool so I load it up take it home. Everything was fine then literally the next time I go to mow with it, its doing the same thing. So now they want me to bring it all the way back to them so they can fix it but they have a technician that drives around and works on stuff. They said oh well the service call isnt cheap and its not covered in your price. THIS IS A BRAND NEW MOWER IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT WHEN IT LEFT THE SHOP. I should not have to take it it when you said it was fixed. Not everyone has time for this. They wont be getting my business again Ill be going to lawn and leisure from here on out.

I am writing this review to hopefully save future customers from the hassle of getting your lawn mower serviced or even attempting to make appointment for service. This place was recommended to me by a friend. Id had 2 iffy encounters with them prior, but will only write about the last encounter as it lead to the ultimate decision to never go back. All I wanted was my lawn mower serviced. They offer a deal in March, so I called. The guy who answered was nice enough, took down all my info and said that someone would call me back. As you can guess no one called my back. So I called back again. The guy that answered this time was SO rude, I asked to speak to the service department and he rudely replied why. I said so I can schedule service, and he curtly replied fine and put me on hold. At that point I hung up. No amount of wording can describe how rude this man was and how much of a burden he made me feel like for even calling. Fortunately, this experience led me to calling another place here in town that was friendly and serviced my lawn mower for half the price. Hopefully this review will save people from feeling like such a burden to this company.
Ordered parts for my Ford 9600 tractor and Bob not only got the parts nobody else could get but got them quick. That’s why I’m going to get all my parts and business to Henderson. I’m impressed
Honest as the day is bright, everyone there. Ive been a customer for decades: chainsaws, trimmers, a tractor, implements...on and on. I always felt like they wanted to sell me what I needed, not what they wanted to sell me. It seems they feel guilty about telling what something costs, even though the price seems fair to me. Lots of good choices in town, and Hendersons is one of them.
My Husqvarna weed eater has a Speed-Feed trimmer head installed that I had allowed the the string to disappear. Without the technique and/or savvy to disassemble and restring, I took it to Henderson for drop-off and repair, expecting a two-week or longer wait in the queue. Incredibly, two guys behind the repair had it fixed and reloaded within five minutes-at no charge! Sadly, I didnt get their names but its obvious that customer service is a priority there.
Great business. I enjoy their attention to customer satisfaction. I have purchased lots of equipment from them and have valued their input and expertise.

The service department is a joke. They rarely have specialized parts and if they have to order something it could take months. On top of that, if you do purchase something from them, like a tractor, they still nickel and dime you for everything.I do know for a fact that I will never buy anything from them and I try as hard as I can to steer my friends and family away from them.The picture below is a defective part on a brand new tractor. They delivered it like this and tried to get me to pay for the transport cost to take it back to the shop. They got nothing.Buy a John Deere or something from another dealership. You’ll regret going here.
My tractors fuel leak is fixed and the lift is operating like new. The final bill was less than the estimate. I am very pleased.
I cannot even get a price quote from the person, what horrible customer service. I swear I will be taking my business else where. It is funny really, I had lots of cash to spend, and needed some land tools, they are close to where I bought my land as well. They will not be getting any business from me, it is a basic question, how much does this item cost, that is all I need to know. Let me worry about my budget, and do not assume that I do not have the cash for what I am looking at buying. Fact of the matter is that I have more cash on hand then most of the people coming in to your store, that doesnt mean that I am not going to shop around and get the best deal. You just lost a customer, because you wouldnt even tell me the price of the item, that your website said, request price quote, i didnt get, all I got was a bunch of questions about my budget.
We drove 85 miles to purchase a used golf cart and when we got there it was missing parts and had a tire locked up not to mention the guy who we delt with to purchase it was supposed to meet at 9 and was an hour late. He was not helpful or accommodating in any way.
I was greeted quickly and shown a product that met my performance and budgetary requirements. Ill be back and yes I recommended them, worth the drive!

Purchased a new mower from them less than a year ago first time mowing with it the seat came loose due to all the bolts not being tightened. About a month later the arm rest did the same thing. Obviously they aren’t checking out their new equipment good enough before it goes out the door. Had it serviced a few months ago and on its second mow it quit moving but fires up fine so I called to get it checked out said they would pick it up in the next couple days. After 2.5 days with no call and my mower still sitting in my front field I called again to check status. They didn’t seem to know what was going on and said they could pick it up Monday morning and would call before going to pick it up. So I just called at 2 pm on Monday to see if anyone was going out today to find out it was already there and they were working on it. Poor communication and customer service especially considering I purchased a new mower and it only has 50 hours on it. Very displeased with their service and overall attitude!
Very frustrated with an expensive lawn mower I bought from them. Had to have it serviced last summer. They charged alot and now that Im ready to cut my lawn again it will not start. Extremely poor customer service.
Been working on a TW30 and didnt have some of the information that was needed to complete the task. Called up there and they were very helpful and sent me the information I needed in a timely manner.
After purchasing my Stihl, I had to take it back 3 times due to the product not working. No one knew what was wrong with it and couldnt tell me what was wrong, but gladly took my money for their service. I know, shame on me for going back. Lesson learned!

They were a solid dealership years ago. Ive bought several pieces of commercial equipment from them. Given the awful performance from the service department I changed my review from the previous 5 stars.
