EXTREMELY friendly service, bent over backwards to help me get my RV inspected
Dishonest PracticesFabick Cat took advantage of me financially. My motor coach broke down while traveling through MO. I called three capable service providers and one of them was Fabick Cat in Columbia, MO. I chose Fabick Cat to help me because the owners are a past customer of mine in the corporate jet aviation business. I spoke to Fabick Cat Service Manager to get a cost breakdown to have a serpentine belt replaced. I was told by Mac (Service Supervisor) the cost could be minimal of $300 and a worst case of $900 depending on how long the job took the technician.Technician arrived in about an hour with new belt. Tech did a very good job of replacing the belt in one hour. He even showed me his billing time of one hour. I gave him a $40 tip for his work.Approximately one week later, I received an email invoice for over $900 for a one hour job. I emailed Mac and complained about the unfair charges. He had all kinds of excuses for the high charge, however bottom line they gouged me simply because I was a captive audience.I decided to send an email to Doug Fabick (Fabick Member) to share how his company had treated me. Interesting enough, Doug never even acknowledged the email. I guess the way I was treated was a result of flow down economics. If the ownership doesnt even care enough to respond to how a customer is miss treated, therein lies the problem.In the end, it was not a financial issue, It was purely a result of a dishonest practice that caused me to write this review.Highly recommend anyone considering doing business with Fabick Cat to be aware.
I No longer own a cat. But anyone that owns one, I can definitely recommend this shop. Kendall and company definitely know their stuff and we’re always fair. Sparkling clean shop.
They took a lot of there time to just help us get are stuff back together so we could go to work

Did call after hours for parts, said it’s 125$!plus parts price we said okay, but after waiting for 6 hours later they never call back and I left now it’s 12 hours still no callWhat kind of it’s emergency or after hour parts service . Horrible
