I do most of my own maintenance, but a more difficult issue occurred on my zero turn and Maury Eqpt fixed it right away. They have a ton of parts on hand for every brand, experienced techs, fair market prices, and great customer service.

What a horrible company. They picked my gravely zero turn up and never logged it so they had it 5 weeks not knowing it was even there when I finally called. Mower was damaged by them upon pickup. Kevin was a complete A** and told me F you after I repeatedly ask for a price to repair it. Will be filing complaint with Columbia and BBB. Don’t go there unless you want verbal abuse and damaged equipment.

Difficult to pull in(narrow entrance for big trucks). Various STUFF every where. It was difficult to maneuver to unload but then it was easy getting out after doing a 180.

Absolutely the place to go if you want to have a salesman be wildly rude to you. I finally walked away from him, during which he turned to the men next to him and say Was I rude to her? Cause I sure didnt think I was! plenty loud enough for me to hear. Ive been in sales for roughly fifteen years and have never treated a client in such a manner. To have been treated so rudely in under four minutes was shocking. He spoke over me multiple times, spoke down to me like I was a child, interrupted even his own coworkers, and was excruciatingly unhelpful.The man should be fired, hands down.

Not sure if these other two reviews are talking about the same Maury County Equipment that I did business with. We walked in interested in a zero turn and experienced great customer service in a family like atmosphere. Found the mower we liked and it was delieved to the house the next day. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a great mower.

Dont waste your time. They dont have any salesmen that know anything. They dont have a manger that knows anything. They will tell you that they will do something or we will call you back never hear from them. Tried buy a hay baler took two weeks and never heard from them. Better off going to lynch equipment or baker equipment .They got better service and they are glad to help you.

Dont waste your breath or time. Called 3 days in a row. Someone always promised to call me back, but they never did. On the last call, I was promised that my equipment would be picked up the next day. It sat for 2 days before I called someone else to come fix it. I was apprehensive when I called because the business already had 1 bad review. Anyone can have 1 bad review I thought. I guess the other customer got similar service. I realize that people get busy and they explained that they were. However, if you promise to call someone back 3x you really should. If you promise to come pick up equipment you should follow through. To this day, they have STILL NOT called me back.UPDATE : more than 2 weeks later, they called back and said did you have a mower that needed to be picked up? I would have been embarrassed to call. There are other options in Columbia. I wouldnt go there even if they were giving stuff away!!

Never had a bad experience here, but Ive only bought mower parts. They have always been friendly and helpful. I have never had trouble getting parts and when they did have to order parts they always arrived when they told me they would. My only complaint is they are a little pricey, but no more than any other dealership.

First, came to the store - I think we have one, after 10 minutes of searching, no, but will have one in 3 days For more than 4 weeks, being told parts (not a major speciality part - very basic) have been ordered. Every time I call to check on the items, it is always - waiting on the truck to arrive. The latest call resulted in - they must have lost the order. Never an offer to call me when the items arrive, just you will have to just call back and check.Great reason not to buy the Bush Hog brand and especially at Maury County Equipment.

Did what they said they would. Liked a tractor they had on the lot, they told me that the owner had a nicer one, sent me to see it, and sold me the tractor the owner was using for the same money, delivered that day.
