This is the most comfortable chair Ive ever sat in. We didnt even come in to look at chairs. Our list of wants quickly grew from just a dining room set, to this chair, and a bar area set up.Allahna helped us out tremendously, she was very informative, warm, personable and come to find out she has only been there for four days. The style of this place is unlike any other. Stop in and ask for Allahna.

I came in just to look and was blown away. Everything was super cool looking and beautiful. The employees were very polite and always asked if I needed help. I didnt, but if I did I would feel like they would be able to help me.

The place is fine, and the people are friendly. The interior design isn’t to my taste, but that’s not really their fault. The place is very tidy.

The furniture is very nice. Unfortunately when we had a credit check done for financing, it was returned that we were only approved for a low amount. We told them we werent going to go with the financing. The person at the store did not end the process there but signed us up for a credit card without our permission. I have spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get this resolved. I am very frustrated with this as it will now affect my credit score as I attempt to get financing for a vehicle or house.Update:I did not follow up. I have a family and many commitments, just as everyone does. I just want things to work correctly. Dont put a hard hit on a persons credit then give them a credit card they didnt request. Just because it is our process doesnt make it correct. I should contact the BBB.

Really nice store with polite and friendly staff. They have a good selection and variety of items they carry. There is good lighting in the store so it is easy to look at items. Parking is common with the mall and can get busy.

We recently purchased a desk here for our new home and Gwen was great! She was very attentive and patient.If you have the budget, there are some beautiful and unique pieces to give your home a very exotic feel and look.We will definitely be back to purchase more items soon!

After listening to our uncertainty about a particular design, she effortlessly introduced us to another look that we ultimately purchased.She was not pushy whatsoever during the sale. She even suggested that we buy less now, see how it feels, then procure more later. First of all I love ALL Arhaus furnitures, purchased outdoor Hamton dining set and Chaise, the best quality and style. I will love them for long time. The sales experience was wonderful, the store manager Brian was great in helping me get the extra discount.

I spent almost 50 thousands in arhuas furniture I was approve to get a new cushions for my lather sofa, but after waiting 4 months I call the sales person she call the super viser to fix the problem, I was shocked .today he told me he is going to call the corporate office attorney will reach out to me, because why I complain because of bad quality and I complain for no reasons, there furniture is very cheep quality Made in China, it’s supposese to be made in Italy but is not I think its nort Carolina furniture or China. I have a marble table from them also They change the marble table top one time but still not good actually is wors then the first one if you complain to the supervisor,name mr white, he told me if you buy same sofa in Ralph Lauren furniture the cost will be 10,000 I told him at least will be original not duplicate in next time I will buy from them, and he told me don’t come to the store and don’t call, I will never go there again, 10 years ago I buy sofa from Hevarty furniture I had problems with the cushions they didn’t ask any questions they send new cushions, it’s the best customer service . And better quality. by the way I have this furniture for 6 months it’s look like 3 years old, very bad quality . Sales person was nice it’s not her fault, it’s not a brand name furniture. I will never go there again very rude supervisor his name is ed white, he will put arhaus out of business with his good customer service . Thanks.

I just loved all the furniture recently purchased at Arhaus. Including Toulon dining room table and chairs, Toulon TV Media console, beautiful black buffet table and a stunning white Taja Belle display cabinet. Linda Papa assisted me to pick out the right color fabric, taken dimentions of the furniture selection to ensure it would perfectly fit in the dining and family room. High quality, expert sales associates, right pricing, My house looks beautiful!!
