I am literally going through hell right now. I purchased a beautiful bedroom set today, & it was delivered today. I havent been able to sleep because its infested with bedbugs!! I kept getting bit but figured it was mosquitoes due to them having my door opened. All the linen and pillows were purchased today as well so everything was brand new except the bedroom set. I am going to the store first thing when it opens because I ASKED do they inspect the used furniture and I was assured yes. A set that was right next to mine was delivered to someone today as well, and Im worried they may have the same issue. The pictures I have taken of the bites and the visible bugs are horrid.

Behind one payment and a lady knocked on my door like she was going to break it down. Very unprofessional. I called the manager who has been working with me but they clearly need to train people on foot patrol to be more professional. I’m going to put this washer and dryer outside my door and they can pick it up. I’ve found better deals at the flea market for cash.

I had no issues with these people they pick up items that I dont want anymore I would recommend them

This location provided me with excellent customer service, from the day I arrived to rent my recliner on to delivery. The staff is also very friendly and personable. Noah went over and beyond to come help out with a simple issue I was having with my recliner that I could not do because of a surgery. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be renting here again

Sold me a used mattress, immediately inspected, bed bug and larva everywhere

They don’t give u the right stuff you finance I got a stand and a tv and they only brought the tv didn’t even have the stand on the paper work

Movers lost our dining table so we called the RAC near us for a specific table. This location had it and we called them to make sure they could deliver it by tomorrow. They confirmed and told us what to bring with us so we spent half the day gathering the information requested, driving there, and filling out their paperwork and then the guy says they wont deliver to our neighborhood and the other store that is closer to us wont take the table from them and deliver it. Now we have to go buy the table we dont like from the furniture store that WILL deliver in a reasonable time frame, sell it in a couple weeks and go buy the table that we DO want from the furniture store that has the good table on backorder. You literally had one job, RAC. One job.Also, the couches and such on display all looked pretty sketchy and used. Like visible cushion wear. I certainly wouldnt rent those.

Reasonable and good service

They start calling for the payment on your due date, the second the store opens if your payment is late one time.Store is under new management and now Im harassed by the staff on my due date

Dont finance furniture. There 55in 4k is almost double the cash price
