Great staff! We visited this past weekend for the first time and our daughter had a wonderful time! Sarah greeted us as soon as we came in and helped answer our questions throughout the process and was very patient as she helped us look through all of the sound options on the computer. She was super friendly and our daughter loved doing her heart ceremony! The bears are a little pricey, but the friendly staff makes a big difference.

I went to find a Valentines Day gift for my guy and wanted something different and sentimental for him.He was in the military for 24 years. So I went here and Amber was great and was a great help to me.🌈🙂❤

The kids love it! Lots to chose from with clothing, toys, housing, ect for the the stuffed animals it can be easy to rack up a bill so be careful

Too much missing! My teens and I took their little sister and they commented on how it was missing the grooming station and it wasnt the same as when they were young

We went to build a bear for our daughters 2nd birthday. It was a really neat idea. However ... Explaining to a toddler that she cannot have the stuffed model bears lead us to 30 minutes of screaming. The staff were very understanding and extremely sweet considering her behavior. They tried everything to make her experience a good one. We ended up with two naked model bears but she was thrilled. The pay your age promotion is fantastic and allows parents even on a budget to make wonderful birthday memories with your child! I highly recommend it!

Thank you so much, Build-a-Bear! We were too far back in the line during the Pay Your Age promotion, so we got our vouchers, went for treats, and had fun at the mall. We came back today for a truly magical day! We all got our animals, filled them with love and kisses, and paid less than I would have dreamed! We cant afford to be regular customers, but I will be back as often as I can! A special thanks to Ms Janelle who helped make 4 special friends come to life and put BIG smiles on my nieces faces as they hold the animals with so much love! Youre the real MVP! What a magical day! Ive been dreaming of doing this for so long! Thank you so much!

Not the best honestly. We brought my daughter in to get a bear on her birthday and the whole experience was meh. It was during a week day and the employees were the opposite of enthusiastic. Weve been to other locations several times and they always seem happy to work with kids and make it a fun, special experience for them, like its designed to be. I even mentioned to one of the guys several times that she wanted to put scents in her bear and he just didnt listen. With covid things are strained i know, but i feel like given the circumstances it could have been a little better. They didnt explain anything, just pointed at the designated paw prints and herded us through the motions despite us being the only customers in the store. Will go to a different location in the future

Amazing place get it make your own teddy anything that they have in stock this would be a five star if the drop the price a little bit like come on 44 dollars for a baby yoda come on.

A little pricey but I had such a great time. Both me and my girlfriend always wanted a build-a-bear growing up but never got one. I decided to take her for her birthday and we both got one and it fulfilled both our dreams 😂 I would totally recommend. It definitely lived up to the hype. Thanks build-a-bear for the great memory.

Came at opening on a week day and it was still kind of busy. They were missing a lot of bears which was a little disappointing. The worker was amazing though and did a great job handling the business while still making the kids feel special.

Normally I would put a 5 star rating due to being a frequent costumer. Recently the store made new rennovations which was a nice update. Anyways I have been a costumer since they opened and now I take my kids there every year for their birthday. I visited this location 2 days ago to make my second daughters first bear and her birthday bear. Their was one child making a bear with her family in the store at the time, with only 2 people working. I sat and waited over thirty minutes waiting to stuff my childs two bears, which the woman who was stuffing the bears was taking her time with the other costumer which I understand because every costumer deserves to be treated equally and have a special time while there. But I did not appreciate the woman treating my eldest the way she did. We proceeded to let the other worker know we were ready to stuff our bear and she rudely let us know she couldnt leave the cash register, in which I watched her walk away from the cash registers multiple times. Also, it being so close to Christmas you would expect more employees to be working or be more prepared for the holiday. Needless to say my daughter didnt get her bears and all we got was abusive/bullying behavior while we were there. After years of being a loyal costumer, I will not be returning to this location for a long time. Highly disappointed.

Great staff

Although while the staff was nice, I bought 2 bears and both were defective. You could tell where the bears have been sewed to repair it. The esthetic of the store completely changed for the worse. They line you up in cramp place to stuff your bear, not as fun or engaging. Disappointed, not worth $50.

Its such a fun experience. My daughter went for her first time and built a bear picked it out herself and picked out a sound with the help of an associate. They even have scents to put in now as well. She is only two so we named it for her. She picked out some clothes. The associated are very nice and helpful. She was scared of the fluffing machine at first and started to cry the associate stopped and waited for us to console her before continuing. A great family event and a good gift as well.

We visit this store a lot. We have three young Granddaughters and a Nephew and we have made it sort of a family tradition to bring them to the store around Christmas and on their birthdays to let them create their own bears. The past few times we went there, we have dealt with a young lady named Amber, who has helped us a lot. We just went by there today to pick out a Birthday Bear for our Nephew, and Amber waited on us and helped us with all the questions we asked. Love going out there and will continue to visit the store as long as we get the kind of service we have gotten from them for years. ....Thanks Amber. Your help was greatly appreciated .... Again !

Was a great experience, everyone was happy, stuff adds up quick, but for the look on the grand childrens faces... It was well worth it!!!

Best Experience Ever

My daughter and I came in about a week ago, there were two very sweet ladies that need awards for their customer service skills!

My experience would have been better if I didnt have to endure standing behind an annoying woman for 25 minutes who monopolized the manager and only other employees during check out. The woman had them researching a lost $10.00 gift card that she thought they would have record of - while holding up an outfit in each hand and taking a poll on which one they thought would be cuter to dress her cat up in !?!? I practically had an aneurism standing behind her, (waiting to pay for my one item). I fault the manager and staff for allowing this to go on as long as they did. Talk about poor customer service. And with regard to this woman - stop being so self centered and have some consideration for your fellow shoppers. Lastly- what cat would ever let you dress them up in a build a bear outfit ? Sounds like animal abuse to me.

Have bear friends to hang out with some youll never be alone again. 😎😊

Amber was very pleasant when I had to return a bear. I bought the bear and my daughter played with it for one day and didnt think anything else about the bear. When I went to the store Amber understood and pleasantly returned my money.

We had my daughters birthday party here this weekend and the kids loved making a bear, but the store sent in a sick employee to do the party! She had no personality, couldnt talk loud enough for anyone to hear and the party itself was nothing exciting! Very disappointing that they would allow a sick employee to do the party for kids!!!

Not my first time here but I went to the pay your age event they had today and this store was completely unprepared for the event. Got there way before opening but still stood in line for 3 hrs just to be told they had run out of bears for the event and the lines was now closed. Wont go back after this cause just to be honest every time I have ever went they got a bunch of unprofessional college kids working in here and none of them want to do their jobs. When it was a kiosk here recently due to remodeling the store. I took my daughter for her 5 th birthday and stood there for over 2 hrs just waiting for one of the girls to even talk to us and help my daughter make her birthday bear

I gave you a 1 star because I wanted to use your website and you wanted to, before I could even look at the website, put 62 cookies on my phone! 48 of which were for marketing purposes! NO!!!! Im here to do a lot of long term buying of teddy bears! Im irritated that I even have to write a review about how bad that is! I will never visit your website again and I will absolutely never go to one of your stores.

An old aged woman employee was very rude to me, as I am above the age group for this store, all ages love stuffed animals, and I shop here all the time, however this time I felt very unwelcomed.
