Bill and Alyssa helped me make custom wedding rings for my wife and I in 2018. They were very helpful, patient, and understanding. I was given realistic timelines and pricing, which was very reasonable. My wifes ring matches perfectly with her engagement ring that was custom made at another jeweler. My ring fulfilled the conceptual design I provided them and matches well with her ring combination. They still look perfect after two years of continuous wear and were very happy with the product and service we received. I would happily go back to them or recommend them to others.

The highest level of service Ive experienced in any store ever. They created a secret wish list for me so that when my girl friend visits the store, they will secretly note the items she lingers looking at so that I have a potential list to draw from later. They put relationships as their highest priority. How anyone shops anywhere else, I dont know.

I didnt end up buying an engagement ring here (my gfs tastes are picky) but Bill was very generous and spent a lot of time explaining how to diamond shop.One note: you may want to ask about getting your diamond tagged. Other sketchy jewelers like to steal good diamonds and replace them with cheap ones and tags help prevent this from happening. Thats my understanding.Excellent place to buy from a jeweler who will try to get you the best diamond for the lowest price possible.
