This company has built a perfect estate gate for me. Openers and operators family-owned-and-operated excellent company handrails highly recommended.

Hired 60 days ago to build a custom driveway gate that I gave them the design aspects for, along with installation and openers. Gave the company the required 50% up front. I was told the maximum time would be 30 days and now its 60 days and no gate. Since this time Ive only been lied to over and over by the assistant and the owner. 2 weeks ago we were told the gate was being stalled on Monday as it was complete. Monday came and no one called or showed up. Finally in the late afternoon I started leaving messages trying to contact someone. When I finally did receive a call back I was informed that the openers had not been received and they were waiting on them but they would be by August 14th . So this week I reached out to content them again and the insistent told me that she had seen the gate and it was gorgeous, so I asked her to send me a photo. When she sent me the photo the Gate was only primed and not complete. At this point we felt like we were possibly being scammed so I tried calling both numbers I had again and left messages. Finally the owner called me back and said that UPS had left him a message saying the openers were delivered but he was at the shop and they were not there. At this point hit they had dropped the ball so much he felt that he should just refund our money. I tried calling him back twice and when he finally called me back he told me that the openers had arrived and the gate was completed but he wouldnt finish the job he was hired and paid over $2000 upfront. He said that he didnt have the workers to send out to complete the job because they were backed up. When I hired them they only had one other gate before mine. So he has a finish gate and the openers and now doesnt want to honor the job he took money for. We got them through home advisor and they are in the process of helping us since he has refused to finish the job.
