An awesome experience from the first step in the showroom until todays delivery. I knew I wanted another Jacuzzi brand tub to replace our old one but our local dealer is no longer in business. From the minute we walked into the showroom the staff was great. The tub was delivered today, less than four months after we walked in even with all the things going on in our country right now. The delivery crew was awesome, got the old tub out and the new one in place without wasted a minute, and everything was good to go at the same time the electric got finished up. Awesome service, great place to do business.

Very pleased with the service and knowledge that they have. I struggled all summer due to the shortage of chlorine tabs and bags of shock. Abby told me what products I needed to get my pool from green to blue, then I took in a sample the next day and Preston help me with how to keep it looking good. And it didnt cost a fortune like I had been paying prior to their help. Thank you for your help, I will definitely be back.

I am a frequent guest at Broadway Village and Columbia Pool and Spa services the pools on property. I am appalled and amazed all at the same time. Appalled, because not one time this summer have I been able to get into the pool due to the condition. By condition, I mean the dirt and bugs and the fact that you cannot see the bottom when right next to the edge. Amazed, because I was On my way to work on Friday and saw that Columbia Pool and Spas was servicing the pool. I thought I would for sure be able to get in after work and low and behold, disappointment all over again. I am having a hard time with what it is exactly that you guys do when you “service” the pools at Broadway Village, because it is very clear and evident that you don’t clean them!! If I could give zero stars and still leave feedback I would. You don’t deserve the one Star I had to give you!!

We were disappointed with service from another dealer in town and began dealing with Columbia Pool and Spa several years ago. Great people and service. They opened our pool a few weeks ago and found our pool heater wasnt working and parts were needed. They were able to find alternate vendors to find what we needed. Nice warm water now.

Kelly was very helpful and friendly! She went above and beyond to answer my questions and find information on a pool cover for us. We don’t live in Columbia. I just came across their business during a google search. I am so grateful for all that she did!

In 2020, we were told we would have to tear up our pool and completely replace the pool, the patio area, the motors and plumbing. We called Columbia Pool & Spa, in the hopes they could give us a little bit better news. AND THEY DID! It was quite a large job, but they did it for a fraction of another bid. Our pool has worked better than it ever did. Columbia Pool & Spa, assured that the landscaping and area around the pool were left looking better than when they first came.We are so glad we called them!

Columbia Pool & Spa, the owners, and the employees are awesome. They built a great freeform gunite pool for us and sold us an amazing spa. From the planning, to the pool building, to the finishing touches, everything was professionally done. They continue to be attentive to any questions we may have regarding the operation of the equipment and any other things that may arise. I can’t say enough about Chris, Kelly, and the wonderful installation crew that installed my parent’s Hot Tub! Kelly took a lot of time explaining everything we needed to know about Hot Tubs, touched base with us on installation times, & has followed up to be sure we are loving it and have everything we need! The 2 man crew that provided the install were so professional and so helpful and informative! Great experience from the beginning!

Ive honestly had no issue with them up until now. I have called 5 times since the 1st of October to see about getting my pool winterized and every time I get either well put you on the list and call you when we can come or Ill have somebody call you right back My last call was never returned. Its now almost December and I have heard nothing. I called another company today and tentatively scheduled a day with no problems.

My morning didnt start out so well..... My DOG ATE MY HOT TUB COVER.... I call all around, looking for a cover including River Mist Spas in Columbia Missouri where the spa was originally purchased and the dude over there told me that the dimensions I gave were not correct! I can operate a tape measure.... Anyway, I called Columbia pool and spa where my wife gets our chemicals from (and has for years) and told the guys about my day and the issue I had with River mist. They looked in their stock and had a cover that was close in dimension to mine and we discussed the possibilities of it working or not working. I asked if they could work with me on price since you can buy spa covers all day long online, but if I was willing to pay in full and keep my business local they said they could work with me a bit. They gave me 10% off the cover!! It was AWESOME and the two guys were so nice, polite and professional. I have bought my chemicals there for years and will continue to, but this really put them over the top in my books! Thanks guys, way to help a guy out when he needs it the most!!!!

Service has been excellent. When you drop off a sample they get back to you in a timely fashion. Everyone there is polite and helpful. They answer the phone in a cheerful manner and offer a great deal of insight and pool knowledge to customers with questions.

Install was very painless and well done by the Columbia Pool & Spa crew. They have been very responsive to questions that weve had. We have been very happy with our hot tub.

We were treated courteously and professionally as we shopped for a hot tub. After we decided to purchase one, our questions were answered and great service was given. Installation was completed without a hitch and service after installation has been great. Whether we went to the store or called in, we were helped without hesitation.

They have handled commercial and residential accounts for us. They always give good tips to how and keep cost down. It helps on the commercial end a lot to know what to do preventive. On the residential we couldnt be happier. We provide them with a key code on our locks and the staff is just great. They come service even when we are out of town. Purchased sand filter for our above pool. Sales associate seemed annoyed when I came in to purchase. Gave no indication the pump may not be adaptable to my pool. Or any indication I may need to purchase additional parts for the pump to work. When we tried to switch over to new pump hoses and adapters wouldn’t fit. When we called back for guidance as to how to fix it anyone we talked to was not very helpful.

New hot tub owner and non-chemist, so I had a lot of questions. These folks answered every question I had, showed me products and how to compare, and were happy to do it. Great place, knowledgeable staff, will continue to purchase spa supplies here.

Visited every Tub supplier in Columbia and wound up purchasing new Jacuzzi from here. Our sales person, Nick was knowledgeable & informative and continues to support us post sale. Brandon very helpful at install/start-up with user tips & recommendations for us first time Tub owners. Great product (so far, 6 months in) & great buying experience! Wonderful service, my husband and I bought a spa at a dealer on Vandiver Drive a few years ago that place never wanted to help us after we purchased the spa. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions and hot tubs. Especially the differences between one series jacuzzi and another. After going over everything we were comfortable to purchase a 400 series Jacuzzi!

Just got back from our community pool where we were only able to swim for about 20 minutes before the kids were literally crying from the chlorine burning their eyes. The pool here at Vanderveen was closed for 1 week, completely drained, refilled, and opened back up 3 days ago. No one can use it now. How are you so bad at servicing pools that you cant get the chlorine levels right on a fresh filled pool?

Employee at the front desk could not be bothered to even acknowledge my presence while I was standing there for five minutes while he talked to other employees and looked up information on the computer directly in front of me. To his credit, he did come outside to try and see if he could help me after I walked away and out of the store. Hopefully the company will realize that customers come first. I dont mind waiting as long as someone in the store acknowledges my presence and says Hi, Ill be with you in just a minute.

They do not honor warranties, they push it on other companies that dont even do business with the then they deny it, worst pool company i have ever done business with they are residential only

Had to call 5 times to get a hold of someone. The first 3 calls they hung up on me, 4th call rang through. By the time I was able to get help they had a attitude towards me and was no help. By the time our 2 min conversation ended he hung up on me mid sentence. Whoever this chris guy is, is not good at customer service.
