I have been getting mulch from this place for about 3 years now and for the first two years haven’t had any problems. This past year I noticed that they were having an online sale for $24 a yard so I decided to jump on it and ordered my usual 15 yards. When it got to my house it was more like 10 yards. When I called they told me that I probably ordered 20 yards last year. 5x24=$120+Tax that they had no problem ripping me off for. Will NOT be ordering from them EVER again.

BEWARE!!! This is one of the worst businesses to spend your money. This company not only does not stand by any of its products but has a no refund policy even when they sell you inferior and defective products. The customer service from what I understand is built around protecting the owner from his customers. I have never been to an establishment that refuses to at least point me in the direction of someone who can resolve my claim. From what I was told by the employees the owner is the only one who could authorize my refund, however I was not allowed to contact the owner directly in any way and I was also not allowed to have his name! I like supporting small business but you are truly better off going to Lowes or Home depot if this is the way these yard stores operate.
